Rolls are very light (accelerated rising process), boules are made with bread 'improver', so tastes like supermarket bread. Baguette is rock hard. This is not a bakery, but a bread shop...

Naast het gewone gistbrood dat iedere bakker verkoopt hebben ze gelukkig ook (steenoven) desembrood. Als het ook nog biologisch geweest was zou het perfect geweest zijn. Maar desem is al heel mooi!

Vriendelijke medewerkers, Leuke zaak met mooie producten, alleen vielen de oliebollen en appelbeignets gisteren erg tegen; weinig smaak en erg droog. 😔 Nu ben ik de kwaliteit van bakkerij Herfst gewend, maar dit viel me helaas echt tegen. Ik ga het eind december opnieuw proberen!😉
