The slowest and unfriendly Burger King I have ever been to. The staff would rather look you away than have you there as a paying customer.

I've been waiting for well over an hour and a half already; the staff is quite lax and it's just taking far too long.

Drive on quickly and eat somewhere else. Long waiting times, cold and half-raw food. Half heads of lettuce between the burgers.

Not really customer-friendly there. There isn't a single employee who speaks Dutch. Simply scandalous, and in your own country of all places.

Just got something here, the food was good and ready quickly. The only downside is that they have machines there and you have to pour your own drinks. And I chose Sprite Zero, but what came out is 100% not Sprite. Tastes a bit like Spa Red, but nastier.

Tables could be cleaned more often.

It's a matter of taste, not really our thing.

Picking up some nice takeout, ordered a bit of everything, got in the car and I didn't hear the kids on the back seat anymore, until.... Dad? Where are the fries? Well, there aren't any, just 3 portions of fries sauce but no fries! :( Update: Coincidentally back here after 5 years. It wasn't busy, still waited half an hour for food. Tea half full of water. And a mandatory €1 deposit on the cup, but just fill in details via the return machine and wait 3 days for the money back.

Good hamburger and not expensive

Had to wait a long time for our order, resulting in cold fries, cola splattering, and wanted a sundae but the machine was broken. As for service, they brought my order... and that says it all.

Such a terrible state of affairs. Even though it says they are open, I went there two days in a row and they were closed. Really terrible! Avoid this Burger King.

In one word, my favorite place.

You are required to take a cup with a deposit of 1 EUR. To get the deposit back, you must print a QR code via a machine, scan that QR code, enter your account number and surname, agree to the third-party privacy policy, and wait up to 3 days to receive your money back. There is no problem with a deposit system to reduce waste, but you should be able to get your money back just as easily as you paid for it in the first place.

On March 29, 2026, around 4:49 PM, I ate a meal here and was very sick for the entire evening that followed. What made the experience even more unpleasant was the handling of my complaint: after nearly 7 weeks and multiple emails, I received not a single serious response. The branch manager even indicated that a refund was not possible and suggested as a 'solution' that I travel 2 hours to the branch. Very disappointing, regarding both food safety and customer service.

I stood waiting at the ordering kiosk for 20 minutes. I was briefly asked if I could wait a moment. A moment, of course, but 20 minutes? There was already someone waiting for 20 minutes at the pickup point ahead of me. So I decided to reverse back out of the drive-thru and go to McDonald's. It's not the first time I've experienced bad service here.

It opened a quarter of an hour late, and yet the place already smelled awful upon entering. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English. The fries didn't taste like usual, and the curly fries were a bit too hard.

I really loved going to the Burger King chain, and due to work trips I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place in many countries and cities. Unfortunately, before today's visit to this location, the girl who served the visitors, unfortunately, did not deign (namely Oksana) to react to us as customers of this chain and, moreover, completely ignored us as if we were not people. To put it mildly, it was very unpleasant, but thanks to the administrator who served us as expected, I understand, a big thank you to her for this.

Lack of atmosphere on the A2. The ordering board system is a bit unclear, and there are very few tables inside. The deposit cup system is handy in itself if it says somewhere where you need to go or how it works.

The service was very slow. Ordered at the kiosk and had to wait at least 25 minutes. Some staff members were just standing around looking around. There was nothing wrong with the food and it tasted good!

Disappointing. A burger for almost 11 euros that was tasteless. I should have just ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese. The staff worked hard. It was busy, yet everything was under control.

We ordered two burger menus, but the burgers were cold and dry when we received them. After pointing this out, we were given new burgers. However, these were so hot that steam was coming off them, as if they had been reheated in a microwave. As a result, the taste and quality were poor, and unfortunately, the burgers were not tasty. Very disappointing.

Good experience for a quick meal. The burger and fries were hot and fresh. The staff was attentive and customer-focused. Prices were reasonable considering the location on the highway.

What terrible service. The drive-thru was closed. Takeaway was impossible. After insisting, the food was just dumped in a bag and I had to get my own drink. And it was undrinkable too, thanks to a weird lid. If this is the new style Burger King, you’ve lost a customer.

It is unclear if you only want a burger; you have to indicate that twice, otherwise you get and pay for a menu.

Unfriendly even though nothing was going on, shabby and dirty, and the toilet was beyond words.

The staff really do their best to bring your order to your table as soon as possible. The loaded fries are really tasty here!

I ordered large fries and got small ones. Garlic sauce was missing. I also didn't get a receipt. Worthless.

The burger was cold, everything just dumped on it, and the Twister was lukewarm and soggy. Not recommended for a quick bite to eat.

The system with the reusable cups, the return via this machine, and the refund via QR code is very annoying. Why can't you just get the one euro back per cup? This, in my opinion, strange system wasn't explained to me in a particularly friendly manner when I inquired about it. The restrooms could be cleaner.

The Whoppers were disappointing; you couldn't tell they were flame-grilled.

Truly disgusting. After eating, I wanted to quickly wash my hands, but the accessible toilet and sink were covered in vomit. (It was the only available toilet at the time, by the way.) After opening and closing the door, the acrid smell of vomit permeated the restaurant. When I politely confronted a staff member about it, I only received a disinterested "Okay, just use another restroom" in English. No apology, no action. Apparently, hygiene is optional here.

Shame on Burger King! I've been coming to this location for a while now, and I even remember them winning awards for their quality, but it's deteriorated so quickly and drastically. Today I picked up lunch for the family, and besides the staff being incredibly slow, they also messed up. The crunchy chicken deluxe was made with the patty from the cheap chicken burger, so it was 90% bread and sauce, no chicken. And the vanilla milkshake, which I paid almost a euro extra for, turned out to be a strawberry milkshake. This is simply unacceptable. And since Burger King's customer service doesn't take these kinds of mistakes seriously, I'm posting it here. About six months ago, I also ordered a double bacon king, and when I got home, it turned out to be a big king XXL in the wrapper with the double bacon king sticker... I got a long chicken that was so burnt that it was pitch black. And then the customer service just doesn't respond... Truly scandalous!

Disappointing experience with this Burger King. Ordered the Ultimate cheddar burger, but there was no cheddar at all. The fries were cold, but I did get fresh ones. €15.30 for a medium menu. The price-quality ratio is poor.

Very bad to open the drive and ask if you want to order inside. It is not the first time. Either it is closed or everything is dark.

The best service and cleanest place of any BK in the area. The sandwiches are perfectly assembled and warm, and the drinks are always delicious. I definitely recommend this one of all the BKs in the area.

The restrooms were filthy, unfortunately. And the drink machine was half empty. The fries were delicious as always.

Friendly people and fast delivery. The food is delicious, and when you buy a drink, you can choose from a wide variety of flavors. Delicious! I mean, the atmosphere is a bit less modern, but I find the sandwiches tastier and more authentic than their competitors'. ;-) There's something for everyone.

The food took a long time to arrive because there weren't enough employees. However, it was complete and okay. The employee was stressed but still friendly. The men's restroom was (still) locked. The women's restroom was clean, though.

Free chicken sandwich for my birthday. Chicken sandwich. I won't buy this myself. The bun was soft and lacked flavor. Great service! I couldn't enter the receipt in my order, but I got help right away at the pickup counter! Fantastic.

Terrible location, wrong burgers, cold burgers, poorly assembled burgers, everything falls off the moment you open the packaging. You'd think packing two burgers and a few nuggets in a bag wouldn't be that hard. Burger King seems to be hiring staff from asylum centers lately.

The food is just average. But what a filthy place. Dirty floors, dirty tables, and you're definitely going to get sick in the restroom. Yuck, yuck.

Keep in mind that you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food, even if it's just one simple hamburger.

What a disaster. We ate with the family and placed our order through the screen. We typed in four mayo bags, but ended up with 16. The manager wouldn't let us return these unopened bags, and we didn't get a refund either. Last time I'll ever go into a Burger King 😄

Very bad. The manager was extremely rude. The staff is usually very friendly. But the manager was so unfriendly, like a pit bull. I left immediately. I'm not a dog who snaps at you.

It's nice for modern people, but not for older people. If you ask someone how it works, it's very impersonal, followed by a sigh, just like those old people who don't get it. Even the tables were cleaned by the customers themselves. No, I'm passing this Burger King station.

Dirty, smelly toilets where everything is broken......

I pin-pin for nothing at Fing-Fing! Not friendly at all. I had to repeat what I wanted ten times. No problem, you'd think. When I received my order, my medium fries had turned into mini-mini fries. I asked Fing-Fing if this was correct, and she kept insisting it was. A colleague wanted to double-check, but she stiffly squeezed the bag shut and repeated "medium." Also, there's no ice cream, but there is a milkshake? I paid 11.70 for two portions of fries, a small milkshake, and a brownie without ice cream, with terrible service!

Unfriendly, food was mediocre and the sanitary facilities were defective and dirty..

Second time here, and it really makes up for my first experience. What a friendly and cheerful guy at the drive-through window! Great! Mmm.

Dirty Burger King. Ordering kiosk: there are items you can't order because they're out of stock. There are items you can order but don't get because they're out of stock. You have to search for the numbered signs on your table so they know where to bring it. No receipt comes out of the kiosk. Tables: dirty. The lady walking around has a cleaning cloth in her hand, but she doesn't use it. The layout is far too cramped for the average person. You can barely get between the bench and the table. The tables in the back are cordoned off with ribbon. Otherwise, the circle she has to walk around is too long to do nothing. People had to eat standing because there were no available tables!! Drinks: the drink machine was jammed and only Fanta came out. But we wanted Coke... Food: was reasonably warm and okay. Drive-through: closed. Very inconvenient for a roadside restaurant, in my opinion. Restrooms: just too dirty. Don't go there. Staff: Dutch, and even English, is a huge problem, truly ridiculous. Only the apparent manager speaks Dutch. The lights are on at everyone else's place, but no one is home. Recycling: Cups need to be put in a machine, but it's not working. Another queue for a refund. General: Opening hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM are quite tight for a roadside restaurant, especially during peak season. It's messy, disorganized, and dirty.

Bad service, no Dutch-speaking staff. I just waited 20 minutes for my food. After pointing out the guy a few times that it was taking a long time, all I got was "just a moment." Useless. The guy also acted like he wasn't interested at all.

Unfortunately... what a mess. And filthy, the tables, benches, and restrooms. The drinks machine wasn't working, and the deposit machine wasn't either. Only the manager spoke Dutch. Not worth repeating.

Poor hygiene. The men's restroom was extremely dirty. The food wasn't very good, and we were missing several items when ordering. Furthermore, there were no soft drinks available except Sprite or Fuze tea, even though we ordered Fanta and Coke. The staff didn't seem to care.

Not highly recommended; vending machines only had a limited selection. I ordered regular Coke but it was only available without sugar or caffeine. The men's restroom had an almost overflowing urinal. The regular toilet was also very dirty. They only had deposit cups, which was OK, but returning them was very complicated.

The drinks were lukewarm and tasteless. But the toilets were four and not working.

It took over half an hour for the food to be ready. In addition, a large number of the orders I saw coming in were wrong.

Most of the staff don't speak Dutch, although they are friendly. When it's a bit busy, it can get chaotic, with incorrect orders and long waits.

Rush hour means waiting 45 minutes for your food and then not actually getting a full meal out of the four we ordered. Since when did the toy on the children's menu become the famous Burger King crown? They were also more busy handling complaints than delivering the food. The language barrier is a real problem! The back of the restaurant was closed off because it had supposedly been mopped... so it was slippery. Few restrooms and unfortunately not clean. No air conditioning in the restaurant. In short, not what it could be. Burger King is much better than the big M, but I still haven't found a good location to relax and enjoy the best burger.

14 people in line, 27-minute wait. Your order had to be checked four times, unpacked, and repacked... The service is so thorough you'd almost think they were packaging gold bars. Speaking Dutch? Oh well, why bother. Highly recommended for those who aren't in a hurry.
