You pay extra for cheese and bacon fries, but you end up getting less than you should. I don't know if it's possible to add more water to the cola.

We were greeted enthusiastically upon arrival by Marian. What a kind and spontaneous woman! She kindly brought our order to the table, with a cheerful chat. Later, she even provided extra napkins. A lovely experience. Thanks, Marian, and we'll definitely see you again!

The restaurant's cleanliness is a plus, but the food is a disaster. The curly fries were raw, and the €10 hamburger was worse than at a gas station!

What an annoying woman standing there: short red hair with glasses. She yells instead of speaking at a normal volume. She snaps at the staff, even though that girl clearly understands customer service and also works hygienically. That "manager" picks up the bags of fries with her whole hand over them, while the girl just sits politely to the side, without touching the food. If I had to work with that woman, I'd be gone within a week!

Everything is better than before. Their service is very fast now. The food is hot and delicious.

Delicious, warm Whopper Long Chicken, everything was delicious. I think they have a new restaurant manager. I go there often, but the service wasn't great before, but now it is. Now you get served within 2.5 minutes.

The staff member ordered the wrong food and chatted with other staff while taking my order, which was very rude. The food took a long time to arrive. One of the ordering machines kept failing to scan the QR code; I had to switch to another one before it finally worked.

I was helped by Marian, who clearly hasn't learned much about decency or how to treat customers politely and kindly. Absolutely scandalous. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, but I got... vanilla??? Of course, another unpleasant exchange with Marian, who sighed when I said (it's white and tastes like vanilla) and turned around to get another. Same again... if this is your chocolate milkshake, I would immediately cancel it. Absolutely no chocolate to be tasted or seen. I wonder what your vanilla tastes like, or no... just leave it. Just don't go there again!

The burger was okay, but you do wonder about some of the prices. There are burgers over 10 euros? Also, I'd prefer it if the people looked a bit fresher, which is a bit of a turn-off. Maybe make the kitchen less open, because I saw that no gloves were being used, which I find less appealing.

There's a terrible woman working the counter (Marian?), short and red-haired with glasses. She takes orders incorrectly and blames you, the customer, for ordering the wrong thing. She's incredibly annoying! A customer before me ordered a milkshake but hadn't received it, and she blamed the customer for it! 2 stars purely because the employee is so pathetic!

We usually go to another (new) BK and expected a similar experience. But this one has an ancient styling, the food is not great (compared to other BK) and the drinks are extremely limited. Will not go again and only go to the new Breda BK from now on

After shopping we satisfied our hunger at Burger King and as always it was delicious, only a shame about those annoying men who apparently have nothing to do and then start bothering people, but yes, after Rutten and a Jetten cabinet, you get this more often

Bad staff, food quality is worthless, milkshake can better be called ice cream

The food: nothing wrong with it, completely different from McDonald's. We thought it was quite good. The woman at the counter was also really looking forward to it... NOT. What an uninterested person. And then it goes wrong too: if you say anything, you get this uninterested face thrown at you, and she doesn't speak Dutch either. The atmosphere is also very lacking; it sounds so hollow there. No, not our kind of place.

The food here is always lukewarm... even when it's not busy and they make it "on the spot." The portions of fries are pitiful, especially if you order Twister fries (5 curls in a bag for €4.50). The manager tries to encourage the staff to work ahead (getting things ready, you can do this and that in advance), but the young staff can barely move. A young Asian woman then shuffles by with a face in "extremely bored" mode, her cap so perched on her disinterested head that she could have been in a 90s rap video. The older woman who shouts at everyone like a walking foghorn is indeed a recurring phenomenon at this BK. While offering employment opportunities for people with disabilities certainly deserves credit, it's questionable whether this woman should be working in a position like this.

We used to come here a lot, but today I ordered and two of my orders were incomplete. Also, the burger was cold/dry. This was my last visit here.

We ordered the Junior Whopper 1+1 because I saw the special offer on Pepper. This is indeed a Junior. The bun is larger than the burger. If you want extra toppings, the special offer doesn't apply. It doesn't have much flavor, and the bun is quite dry, even with sauce. I really wouldn't recommend this. The buns at MC are cheaper, tastier, and juicier.

The staff is very rude and doesn't care about the impression they leave. Today, the soda machine was broken. There was a gentleman who wondered if he could still get the soda he paid for because you usually tab it yourself. The employee yelled at his question. Very unfriendly and rude for no reason. When we wanted to eat, we also sat at a dirty table because it hadn't been cleaned. The manager is also very strange! He leaves a very unprofessional impression. Really disgusting!

Ordered a King Menu with a cheeseburger on August 17th. The hygiene standards were probably poor; shortly after eating it, I experienced stomach upset and diarrhea. It was busy (Sunday, 6:00 PM, and it was warm).

The products arrived quickly and were warm. It's not a cozy place, but it was reasonably clean, no crowded tables, and the deposit was processed quickly today.

The order screen wasn't entirely user-friendly. The employee was very helpful, but initially encountered the same problem (a programming error).

A young man who works here did a fantastic job! Helpful, there was a problem, and he solved it immediately! In contrast, his manager (an older woman who also didn't seem quite right, both physically and mentally!) would have given me a 1-star rating if I had to give her that woman! The 5 stars are really for how this young man kept everything running! He should have the woman's job. He did everything she should have! Be kind to him! Furthermore, it was surprisingly clean for a Burger King! Again, that young man who also cleans in addition to the kitchen/problems, etc.

Great Burger King location, friendly staff who enjoy a chat, fast service, and delicious fresh fries (we can always request them without salt due to our strict low-salt diet, :) never a problem). Much has improved over the years, so compliments are definitely in order! A solid 9/10 for me.

Ordered a medium (M) for €3.55... it's more like an M for Mini!! This makes no sense anymore, never again Burger King for me!

Treat your customers (and staff!) as you would like to be treated. If you buy a deposit cup as a non-Dutch citizen, be prepared to leave all your information (including name and IBAN) before you get your money back. Follow your neighbors' example (Ikea), where it's a simple debit card swipe. About five years ago, it was fine here, but today I decided not to come back.

Stopped by this BK today. Not all the staff have that "hospitality smile." They snap at colleagues, and are curt and rude to customers. If you want a milkshake, you have to leave a deposit for a cup that you can later put in a machine, where you'll then receive a QR code to scan for a refund. A man "explained" this to me, and it didn't work at all, even for a foreign bank account. This is how BK makes a tidy profit.

This was our first time in here. A fast food restaurant with few guests, is that a sign? We ordered at the counter: 1 long chicken menu and 1 x-tra long chili cheese menu. As it goes with a menu, drinks, sauce and fries. Besides the fact that the sandwich was sticky, there was almost nothing on it, at least what we paid for: The sticky chicken sandwich had a breaded something with some condiments, did not look appetizing and it also tasted like cardboard. The x-tra long sandwich was really just as long as the chicken bread, so where it was x-tra long? No idea. Asked for an explanation, because this was not what I thought I had ordered. So it was, said the manager, who was called in because the man at the counter apparently could not explain it. A normal sandwich is so big, while he formed a circle with both hands the size of a small cup about 5 cm in diameter. This also did not taste much better than the cheese sandwich. Then the small bag of fries that you got with it: too ridiculous for words. Not even a dessert bowl full, just a small bag of limp fries. Now I understand the silence of the guests. And then they dare to ask the main price for it, almost 23 euros Burger King? Once but never again.

Food was definitely overpriced, paid for 3 x xl menu and got medium fries bag with all 3 menus. You also pay deposit for cans of monster but these are not taken by the deposit machine. Bag of fries sauce is 75 cents each. Staff is very uninterested and look at you sheepishly when you come back for a large bag of fries and they point out their mistake. Tables were dirty on the terrace outside. Total bill for 3 xl menus with fries sauce was over 60 euros of which 2 euros deposit. Hamburgers are stately, in short for me definitely the last time.

Customer friendliness is to be honest just sad, really a shame. So I ordered a king deal menu, but got an XXL- King Burger menu and paid a lot more for that even though I hadn't ordered that no. So I immediately asked the woman if that was the right price?? I mentioned the normal price and then she just lied to my face. People, this is really going too far for me. To err is human, but just say so, it can happen, right? Completely understandable but they didn't even listen. Too bad but I will never go there again, BK on Ekkersrijt. Just admit your mistake and solve it properly, then you achieve more than this way, but I think everyone understands that. I think that good training/course for this staff is recommended. No star as far as I'm concerned, because the quality was also quite 'substandard', which I have never experienced before. I really think it's a shame, of course I would much rather give a good review.

If you want to wait a long time for a cold, thrown together burger, this is the place to be. 0 customer friendly, arrogant and rude staff. Especially that somewhat older lady who is constantly shouting ruins the whole atmosphere

I regularly go to a Burger King but this location is downright scandalous for the trademark. The reusable cups were dirty brownish in color on the inside. The floor was really sticky everywhere, as were the tables and chairs. As if they had been cleaned with honey. The food was already cold when we got it. And we were there at 11:30 in the morning and the men's toilet was sticky on the floor and had the pot of yellow pee under the seat. The 2nd toilet was out of order and a woman came in to wash her hands with the men's because the one with the women's was broken. After eating here I went to a hardware store where I had to leave early because I got stomach cramps, as did the rest of the group that had been eating. I think the inspection service should take a look here sometime. Really this was the last time at this branch, next time I will drive to Helmond because it is fresh and clean there. Bah bah

If you like Slow food, this is the place for you. Unmotivated staff left a milkshake on the counter for almost 10 minutes before the rest was ready. Fries lukewarm, fries sauce forgotten.

I've eaten here before, normally never anything wrong, but today I got a very dry whopper with I don't know what else in the burger that was just gross. Loaded fries with maybe 1 drop of sauce and barely any bacon bits while I asked for extra. Staff have difficulty communicating, terrible things here

Visited Burger King in Helmond. The environment was a bit chaotic, but otherwise the food was exactly as you would expect from a Burger King: fast, hot and tasty. No surprises, just the trusted quality.

I was eating here few times and it was mostly ok. Last time my vege burger was so burned, it seemed like I would eat the tire after F1 race. They told me it’s not burned and didn’t want to exchange for a new one. Terrible experience.

Na een dagje Belgie wilde we op de terugweg nog ergens iets simpels eten. Dus kwamen we hier uit. Parkeren is geen probleem. Plek zat. Via de borden binnen iets proberen te bestellen. Maar drank kon je niet kiezen. Blijkt dus na veel zoeken dat de frisdrank automaat kapot is. Plak dan een A4tje op de bestel automaat!! Dus zonder drinken iets besteld. Burger met frietjes. En na niet lang wacht komt onze bestelling. Nu kun je van Mc. Donalds en Burger King niet te veel verwachten. Maar voor die centen wil je dus wel iets. De burgers zijn kleiner, veel veel kleiner, als op de plaatjes. De burger is soggy, koud. Net als de friet. Dus al in al een grote aanfluiting. En hiermee is mijn laatste hoop in Burger King verloren gegaan.

There's a weird rude "lady" who works there who screams when you ask a simple question. Looks like she doesn't want to work there at all. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. I had small children with me, so I held back.

The Whopper I was looking forward to was flat and soggy, otherwise the experience with the service was a bit like a restaurant misunderstanding

What a worthless ballet tent!!!

I don’t usually lose time to write this reviews but this case is an exception. I went around 3 times to this establishment and all of them just kept getting worse and worse. The waiting time is so much bigger than what’s expected (busy or not busy) and that’s a waiting time that it’s impossible to understand because they still give you cold not fresh fries and get your order wrong. Today I went there and besides me there was literally only 2 more people. The waiting time was, minimum 15 minutes (that’s a lot for a fast food restaurant where there’s only 2 more people waiting), the bacon/cheddar fries came with only the minimum of cheddar and bacon possible, all glued and cold. About the burger, I got the wrong one and unfortunately only noticed once I got home, even with only 3 orders they were able to mistake a X-tra long chilli cheese for a long chicken, which is like half the sandwich I payed for and I had payed extra for bacon in the sandwich also… it’s a big shame to get home and see all of this. They don’t read the orders at all, asked for take away and they gave it in a board… never going there again

On the way home from Limburg we decided to have a quick snack and ended up at Burger King on the edge of Helmond. Possibility to eat outside and enjoy the sun. Sufficient parking spaces. Nice and easy and quick to order a menu via a column. Although it was really not busy it took more than 20 minutes before our order was ready. Not really fast food...

I had the worst experience of my life. Initially, they forgot my drinks, and then I took my daughter to pee. They cleared my table without realising my children's unfinished meal and toys were on the table, and afterwards, when I asked, they ignored me. No more Burger King, McDonald's are way better.

It is and remains a big dull misery in this establishment. Slow, dirty, rude staff at times......

During my visit, I noticed the behavior of an employee behind the cash register. She spoke in such a loud voice that it came across as shouting, which is unpleasant for the customers. When I asked for a bag of salt, the response I received was that salt should not be on the fries. Although I indicated that I like it myself, I got a disinterested or unamused look. I also saw that an older couple was having difficulty with the ordering machines. Although employees could clearly see this, no one offered help. When I asked if they could be helped at the checkout, the response was with little enthusiasm. I understand that a fast food restaurant can sometimes be busy, but customer friendliness and service should always be a priority. These types of interactions come across as unprofessional and unwelcome, which is really unacceptable.

Burger costing almost €10, completely cold, bacon barely cooked, cheese not melted at all. Employee says this is so normal. Then it comes back from the microwave. Chicken nuggets tough, not crispy. I haven't had such a bad experience at BK in 36 years!

Ordered 2 veggie burgers. Then we find out while eating that it has REAL BACON on it. Reported this to the manager... the manager says that we should have reported this ourselves at the cash register if we had wanted veggie bacon on a veggie burger. What kind of nonsense is this! We don't order a veggie burger for nothing!! Then why do you have veggie bacon? Never again!

You order to eat in the house and the food is still lukewarm... you don't get to eat it warm. The staff exudes non-involvement. Stay away from it. A shame for Burger King.

Fabulous burgers, fast and friendly service.

This is the 3rd time that we have experienced that this branch is completely closed before closing time. Everything dark and not a soul in sight. It's a shame if, due to circumstances, you haven't eaten yet and you fancy a burger and you drive especially for it.

What a sad affair this Burger King always is. Yesterday I stood in front of a closed door again, for the umpteenth time. It was 7:05 PM and I had checked in advance to see if they were still open, which should be until 9:00 PM. But once again there was a note on the door saying they were "closing today at 7:00 PM." Guys, you already have the slowest fast food in all of Eindhoven, and you already forget half of the orders if you don't order via the computer. Is that unpredictable closing time really necessary?

Zoon en ik zijn na enkele uren beginnen overgeven, diarree,… duidelijk dat dit kwam na een bezoekje aan Burger King. Ik schrijf normaal nooit negatieve recensies. Maar door beide zo ziek te zijn wil ik andere toch waarschuwen.

Toilets were not clean and we had to wait quite a long time for food. We paid for bacon on the cheese burger but didn't get any bacon. We were eating and were turned away from our seat upstairs.

ordered a blondie and got it well done, went back with it and they said this was normal which is not, this should be runny on the inside. Didn't get a new one and no money back either. I tried to eat it anyway, but it was so overbaked that the cake was tough. was not possible to eat. so money gone and treated poorly by staff.

Quick bite better than at Okea, but that could be my fault, the food is always lukewarm. At all these types of companies. Personally, I find that very strange, they pretend to prepare this verse for you. Well when I make a burger at home it is hot...

Worthless, girl at drive-in can't even hold the ATM, she's holding it by the cable... can't even see how much I'm paying. The food was reasonable, by Burger King standards.

The floor was so dirty my feet were sticking. They also got our order wrong and put cheese on each burger and it was way too salty. The device for your deposit only worked half way, so we were one euro short. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to add this to the charge.

She made a mistake, the piece of paper was a double hamburger, contained a single one. This wasn't believed, but didn't the doubles get away or something? People make mistakes but fix it... customer service 0! It's a real shame how we were portrayed as liars in front of children... I really listened in amazement to how they talked to my 9-year-old daughter! Never again!!

What happened here? Been many times in the past and always treated well and friendly. Went again recently and was not treated very kindly. I thought okay, no problem this time, but I went again today and what an unfriendly staff. Kindly ask if you can help me because it doesn't work at the ordering point and that was just too much to ask for the employees, to say the least. I don't quickly write a review, but now that I'm done with BurgerKing Ekkersrijt, I'm really done with it today. . Sandwiches were also no longer as they used to be with crispy lettuce and vegetables, now limp lettuce and almost nothing on it. Too bad, I always liked coming here, but this was really the last time!!

Been to two branches in Eindhoven and they were great, but the branch on Ekkersrijt is terrible. When you enter, the staff looks at you angrily as if they would rather you not come and eat something. With a deep sigh, action is finally taken to start working (very slowly). If you want to go to the toilet there, I recommend that you tie your shoes properly: the floor is so sticky that your shoes would remain standing. Last cleaned in the 90's it seems

Terrible service. Unhygienic staff. The staff was not wearing gloves and hats while preparing food. We even saw a woman scratching her face before handling fries with her bare hands. The cup return is a total scam, since there was no QR code on our receipt and we already placed the cups into the machine. One of our orders was wrong as well. Overall, the worst Burger King we have ever been to.

What a ball place it is from now on, the drive closes before 7 pm on Friday!!! Staff have no affinity with customers at all, telephone and neighborhood information about weekend plans is more important. Drinking contains more ice than drinking, burgers are cold and the fries are not warmer, we live 3 minutes away, and if you don't eat it in the car it is freezing when you get home, we threw it away and went to mc driven. It's time for the owner to do something about it or close his shop because it should not bear the name Burger King. Never come there again!!!!

Almost threw up then and there. The beef was bad fries fried 20 times, soft full of oil. Me and fiance felt sick. The ground sticky, bathroom full of pee and smells like ammoniak. We threw our food away and went outside, I needed at least 10 minutes to keep it down. I knew burger king wasn't doing well. But.. this is asking to close down. Don't go or go I'm not your dad.

The Burger King, what can be said about it, after all, I think it's better than the Mac, but it is and remains a fast food
