Laconic staff, glitchy ordering system, not clean, and a strawberry milkshake without strawberry sauce. They should take a look at the McDonald's in Uden to see how it can be done differently. But unfortunately, they don't sell Whoppers there. That is still superior to the McBurgers. 😀

One of the most expensive burgers, but seems someone just hit it with the car… I often order take out at BK while traveling by car, but this, by far, was the worst experience, from order to eat… almost no salad, 2 slices of soft bacon, all crooked

Terrible service from the lady behind the counter; she shouts and can't seem to pronounce numbers properly. If there is a problem with the deposit, she doesn't listen, and you could easily lose 3 euros.

I ordered 4 burgers eat in. They put it in a bag instead of a plate. "Eat in" is written in every burgers. The big king is juste a double cheeseburger, was wrapped in the wrong paper, and I've been badly recieved. Food was really under average.

The food itself was just fine, but the man working there was incredibly rude and snapping at us, even though we were being friendly. It just took a while to get the debit card and then the order was wrong, but the way this man reacted was simply unnecessary and unpleasant.

It could be a bit cleaner. Trash cans overflowing and the toilet filthy.

The cups were incredibly dirty and uncleaned. Not hard to imagine how the personnel treat their own personal hygiene when handling food then.

I come here once a year, but this time was also the last. I ordered a double grilled burger. After waiting 20 minutes, my order finally arrived. It was a single burger delivered; that can happen, so I asked for a new one. After 2 minutes, I got my bun back. I opened the tray and saw fingers positioned in the bun and that a burger had been shoved on top. Yuck. I reported it and initially received a friendly reply from the manager, telling me I should just eat it.

There is hardly anything plant-based left in the assortment. This was the very last time I was here and you were well on your way. The plant-based Whopper was really tasty, bring that back to the menu.

At Burger King, I really noticed the fast service. In no time, my meal was in front of me, and everything was perfectly at the right temperature. The efficiency of the staff, combined with the quality of the food, provided an experience that really made an impression.

I really felt that Burger King isn't the King it used to be. I always liked the milkshakes better than the ones at McDonald's... until now, thin sludge with the flavor at the bottom of the cup. Curly fries? Dry and tasteless. The Baron King burger was okay. Cheeseburger same.

ordered two Barbecue Masters, and both looked like this. I had to go back and ask them if they could just put some leaves on because that’s why I ordered that burger. We each got three leaves, and the burger itself was so dry and had no sauce. The patty’s flavour was nice; however, the Coke I ordered was horrible. It was so sweet and tasted like it was mixed with something else. For a burger that costs €10.45, it was not worth it at all. I do, however, have to admit that the tables were clean, which is not something you see very often at a fast-food restaurant.

Ok so I love Burger King. The restaurant is nicely located right next to IKEA. So you can kill 2 birds with one stone.

The burgers weren't really warm and were dry, plus I didn't really like the atmosphere behind the counter. I didn't get the impression that they were happy or satisfied to be working. I'm afraid I've been to better Burger Kings.

Ordering with a coupon at the ordering kiosk didn't work. However, service when ordering at the counter was quick and friendly. The food was also ready quickly.

I placed an order of €52.15 via Thuisbezorgd and paid immediately, but it never arrived. After waiting for over an hour, I contacted Burger King myself. They stated that they had never received my order at all and referred me to Thuisbezorgd. The result: paid, no food, and having to chase my money myself. Very disappointing. I expect a paid order to be delivered or for the problem to be resolved immediately. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Not worth repeating.

Ample parking, tasty food, and always a good experience. We have been here several times already and it is great every time. An ideal place to grab a nice bite to eat after a visit to IKEA, for example. The only minor downside is the ordering kiosks; personalizing your order could be a bit more user-friendly. Otherwise, a top-notch branch that we happily keep coming back to!

The food is okay if you are hungry, and the rest is mediocre.

The staff were very angry and annoying. We were sitting alone at a table and they already told us we had to leave because we were talking loudly, and we were sitting outside. We could hear them talking from outside, from the kitchen.

Keep an eye on your orders before you leave or go upstairs; for me, 2 out of 2 orders went wrong. To mention something positive, however, things moved nice and fast here; we didn't have to wait long.

First and last time ! The place is so chaotic !! We waited 40 min to get our food!! Super slow staff, and unhygenic at all. The chicken was not tasty , there s barely any mayonnaise in the burger, and the fries suck, they were fried so many times. The floor is super dirty and slippery, and tables cleaning service is very slow.

Extremely unfriendly staff. They very clumsily put a large paper cup into a small plastic cup, causing my drink to fall over at the table. Eventually, I politely asked if I could clean it up, but they just got angry and I didn't get a new drink. A nice 17-year-old boy cleaned my table; he said that I was the fourth person today to drop his drink. Eventually, the boy before me asked the staff one more time if I could get a new drink. The boss came over to me angrily and told me that it was my own responsibility, even though no one had said it could easily fall over. Later during the meal, I saw it happen again to another boy, who also didn't get a new drink. The food was also very mediocre, put together without any effort. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Went today. First time. Definitely the last!! The fries were lukewarm and not crispy. The sandwich was like a sponge. The other sandwich (my sister's) was spongy too. Filthy. There was cola on the floor. The employee walked through it almost twice but didn't get the idea to clean it up. The only positive thing was getting a new drink immediately because they had accidentally put ice in it. Never again!!!!!!

We are currently sitting on the terrace at BK Ekkersrijt and have ordered food for 18.60. What a disappointment this is! The 'lady' behind the counter is rude, snaps at other staff and customers, and pulls fries out of the bag one by one with her hands, even though she just wiped sweat from her forehead. She also looks unkempt. A disgrace! In short, not a good advertisement!

I have been a vegetarian for over 4 years, and it occasionally happens that I receive real meat instead of a meat substitute. Consequently, I am very vigilant about this myself. I had ordered my burger and noticed that the bacon looked different than usual—very real. When I smelled it, I concluded that this was real bacon. When I walked up to the counter with this and asked Marian—who, according to the reviews, is customer-unfriendly—if she was sure it was real bacon, she confidently, curtly, bluntly, and rudely stated that it was real. When I ordered the same burger again, this time with the vegetarian bacon, it turned out to be real meat after all. I wonder why the customer-unfriendly Marian still works here.

Very grumpy staff. Probably due to a shortage of staff on late-night shopping. Dirty floor and tables with fries, sauce, and containers; order stand full of dirty stains. Milkshake had too little volume, but tasted fine. The absolute low point was the female employee with glasses who, with a lot of noise, pushed a chair aside much too hard/aggressively against a table where I was sitting. I and a few other guests were startled; the employee just walked right past without apologizing or anything. Very strange.

I have never seen such customer unfriendliness. People are grumpy and don't want to speak to you. If this is what service means in 2026, please close your shop.

Marian is a star! She has been working here for 19.5 years and always does her best; if she isn't there for a change, it's immediately noticeable. She is super fast at the drive-thru and the food is tasty too!

We visited here for the first time today. We were served incredibly cold, sticky fries, followed by a cold hamburger. After finishing the disgusting, inedible fries, we returned with the cold hamburger. They wanted to heat it up in the microwave with tomatoes and lettuce inside, but we saw this happening and asked for new hamburgers anyway. We eventually received them, but it was clear the staff were doing this reluctantly. We then spoke to the manager, who apologized. The staff were very unfriendly. We will not be returning here. No quality food and no customer service.

Everything was wrong with the order, the woman was screaming and telling her colleagues to hurry up, it was all very inhumane.

After ordering at the terminal, the food arrived very quickly and was freshly prepared. It was hot, delicious, and of good quality. The Burger King restaurant and restrooms were clean, as was the parking lot. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Burger King.

The menu is €9, the final price is €13. There isn't even cheese with the burger. There are certainly better Burger Kings in Belgium, France, and Spain. It is literally the worst. For the first time and the last time, for sure.

Today my husband accidentally knocked over his drink and didn't get a new one. The fries were also raw, which they claimed was impossible because it had to do with the frying time. Well, that can be a bit off too. And the woman behind the counter snapped at you as well. Definitely not a place worth visiting again.

This branch is really very dirty and unwelcoming. Chairs were still standing on some tables. The ordering kiosks were covered in filthy fingerprints. Tables/floors where people had eaten were not cleaned. The manager, with the demeanor of a pea, is sitting in his little office chatting with an employee with the same demeanor. Ordered a KitKat, a real pale imitation of what you see in the photo of the kiosks. Actually not even comparable. The same goes for the Grillmasters menu. That burger was terrible. We pointed this out to another employee who took the complaint and fortunately came up with a nice solution to make a new one. Although this was a good solution, the new burger was also terrible. The young employee did try her best and was friendly. Nevertheless, we will not be coming here again. A complete mess.

Best Burger King in Eindhoven. Nice people and Basir is nice too; a small thing went wrong, but he fixed it immediately.

The wait for your order is incredibly long, the burgers taste terrible, there's barely any syrup in the drinks, and you have to be careful not to get scammed when reviewing your entire order.

We felt welcome and everything was well taken care of. Definitely a nice place to grab a bite to eat after shopping!

The food was OK but the burger looked nothing like the poster. The service is slow and hygiene is poor. The toilets stink and are obviously not regularly checked/cleaned. Toilets being two flights of stairs up doesn't work for a lot of people. No lift. Moreover, the staff barred the stairs 30 minutes! before closing when there were still people upstairs using the toilets. The guy doing so looked ad if he had been working for 24 hours. Last but not least, the cups return machine works on and off.

While waiting for my order, I saw an employee placing the paper sheets on the plastic trays. Nothing wrong with that in itself, but every few sheets she stuck her fingers completely into her mouth to then place the papers on the tray... 🤢🤢🤢 I have no words for this.

What an annoying woman standing there: short red hair with glasses. She yells instead of speaking at a normal volume. She snaps at the staff, even though that girl clearly understands customer service and also works hygienically. That "manager" picks up the bags of fries with her whole hand over them, while the girl just sits politely to the side, without touching the food. If I had to work with that woman, I'd be gone within a week!

Delicious, warm Whopper Long Chicken, everything was delicious. I think they have a new restaurant manager. I go there often, but the service wasn't great before, but now it is. Now you get served within 2.5 minutes.

The staff member ordered the wrong food and chatted with other staff while taking my order, which was very rude. The food took a long time to arrive. One of the ordering machines kept failing to scan the QR code; I had to switch to another one before it finally worked.

I was helped by Marian, who clearly hasn't learned much about decency or how to treat customers politely and kindly. Absolutely scandalous. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, but I got... vanilla??? Of course, another unpleasant exchange with Marian, who sighed when I said (it's white and tastes like vanilla) and turned around to get another. Same again... if this is your chocolate milkshake, I would immediately cancel it. Absolutely no chocolate to be tasted or seen. I wonder what your vanilla tastes like, or no... just leave it. Just don't go there again!

There's a terrible woman working the counter (Marian?), short and red-haired with glasses. She takes orders incorrectly and blames you, the customer, for ordering the wrong thing. She's incredibly annoying! A customer before me ordered a milkshake but hadn't received it, and she blamed the customer for it! 2 stars purely because the employee is so pathetic!

The burger was okay, but you do wonder about some of the prices. There are burgers over 10 euros? Also, I'd prefer it if the people looked a bit fresher, which is a bit of a turn-off. Maybe make the kitchen less open, because I saw that no gloves were being used, which I find less appealing.

We usually go to another (new) BK and expected a similar experience. But this one has an ancient styling, the food is not great (compared to other BK) and the drinks are extremely limited. Will not go again and only go to the new Breda BK from now on

After shopping we satisfied our hunger at Burger King and as always it was delicious, only a shame about those annoying men who apparently have nothing to do and then start bothering people, but yes, after Rutten and a Jetten cabinet, you get this more often

The food: nothing wrong with it, completely different from McDonald's. We thought it was quite good. The woman at the counter was also really looking forward to it... NOT. What an uninterested person. And then it goes wrong too: if you say anything, you get this uninterested face thrown at you, and she doesn't speak Dutch either. The atmosphere is also very lacking; it sounds so hollow there. No, not our kind of place.

The food here is always lukewarm... even when it's not busy and they make it "on the spot." The portions of fries are pitiful, especially if you order Twister fries (5 curls in a bag for €4.50). The manager tries to encourage the staff to work ahead (getting things ready, you can do this and that in advance), but the young staff can barely move. A young Asian woman then shuffles by with a face in "extremely bored" mode, her cap so perched on her disinterested head that she could have been in a 90s rap video. The older woman who shouts at everyone like a walking foghorn is indeed a recurring phenomenon at this BK. While offering employment opportunities for people with disabilities certainly deserves credit, it's questionable whether this woman should be working in a position like this.

We used to come here a lot, but today I ordered and two of my orders were incomplete. Also, the burger was cold/dry. This was my last visit here.
