The most disgusting Burger King we have ever eaten at. The toilets were super gross. In the men's, there was even poop (that people had walked through) on the floor. Enjoy your meal 😋🤮 The restaurant itself was also filthy. The staff wasn't friendly, but the food itself was okay! I would still drive on even if I really had to go 😏

What a terrible experience. It was 30°C outside, so I wanted to eat something inside, but it turned out to be even hotter (no air conditioning). So I opted for takeout and ate it in the car with the air conditioning on, but the onion rings had been in the fryer for way too long; they were just tough and didn't taste good anymore.

Food as usual. Service friendly, but only two employees at lunchtime. Extremely long wait times, so the staff were understandably stressed. Nothing on the tables was clean. And what's completely unacceptable: Taking money and then handling fries without gloves. Or wearing gloves and then taking money. Both are very unhygienic. The payment system for the restrooms doesn't work. No chance of getting into the restroom with a baby/stroller. At least it was reasonably clean.

Good place for a break from driving and refreshments.

Dropped my shake and espresso, staff immediately gave me a new one. Staff let me know it wasn't a big deal. Nice staff tonight!

Just what you would expect from Burger King. Multiple ordering kiosks and two separate cash registers with staff. You can order and eat on the spot or take the food away. We chose to eat on the spot and received our order quickly. The food was fine. Drinks came in a returnable cup. The tables were a bit grubby and dirty; they could use cleaning more often. The location itself lacks atmosphere, but what can you expect from a roadside restaurant... The staff were friendly and quick in their work.

The toilets are filthy, the fries were old and dry, the coffee tastes burnt, and the buns are a day old. The service is bad. I don't expect much from a Burger King. But this is mega bad. I sort of suspect they don't care. !!!Congratulations!!! People will come anyway.

Avoid this place! Incredibly filthy! Trash is lying in, on, and next to the bins, it smells terrible of urine, and there is little to no cleaning. Tables are covered in filth, there are cigarette butts everywhere outside, and the staff is terribly slow.

The worst burger king I've ever visited. This place is messy, dirty and the most unhygienic restaurant I've visited. Stay away you will get sick! I stopped and saw what I saw and got back in my car to the next stop. If this place ever got a visit from the government food hygiene for sure will be closed down.

I don't often write reviews, only when something is very good or very bad. This was truly terrible. It is run by teenagers; there seems to be no management. The food is very bad, and the building is in very poor condition, as is the hygiene. I wish the children working here had a good supervisor so it wouldn't have to be so miserable. I also wish they had air conditioning, because it is unbearable there. Also, they close at 8 o'clock instead of 9.

As soon as you enter, you are yelled at. The staff orders each other around by shouting, snapping fingers, pointing, and even whistling. This creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. The food isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't good either. The burgers were lukewarm, the fries were cold, and the order didn't include sauce, napkins, or straws. You had to ask for all of that separately. Then you get strange looks, and the sauce seems to be thrown at you almost immediately. So, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, the underground tunnel between the two parking lots is very filthy. It doesn't feel pleasant to walk through it. Burger King probably can't do much about that themselves, but it does contribute to the overall experience. All in all, I would recommend going to another Burger King if you have the choice.

A dirty, stinking restaurant. Even at 30°C, the air conditioning is completely off. There are only two self-checkout tills. The kitchen is filthy; it is visible even from 10 meters away. I strongly advise against it.

Super dirty.. only kids work there and a manager who doesn't speak Dutch.. our clothes got dirty and I can't even explain it in Dutch.. you only get an apology and they don't even try to help clean it.. employees jumping over the counter with their dirty shoes.. that's where they put the customers' food too.. BURGER KING - you can do better!

The service here is really bad. You stand waiting for half an hour before you can order at the checkout. And the person taking your order stands next to you waiting the whole time. Half the staff don't speak Dutch, so taking the order takes way too long as well.

At 19:45, laughing at the door, I told them they were closed. That's great when you're open until 21:00. Find staff who actually want to work then.

This is very strange; the opening hours were until 9 p.m. At 7:45 p.m., we were told they were closing. I just managed to order. Other (many) people were turned away... when returning my deposit cups, I stood in front of a closed door at 8:15 p.m.... sad.

I regularly visit Burger King for its good hamburgers, but in Nederweert I got a bit angry at two young lads who apparently don't take it very seriously and almost just tipped the bag of fries into the bag with the hamburger. And afterwards it turned out that the food doesn't have the taste and quality of other Burger King branches.

What a filthy mess! Stopped by at 7:30 PM for a quick bite and was astonished by the filth and trash in and around the restaurant. The trash cans inside and outside were overflowing. Customers had stacked their trays on top of and around the trash cans. Food scraps and trash lay ON the tables. Inside, there was a large puddle of cola on the floor. Upon arrival, it wasn't busy, but the staff apparently didn't feel the need to tidy up the restaurant. Naturally, things went wrong with the order as well, and a few things were missing. The missing items were silently thrown onto the tray, and when I mentioned that the drink cups weren't returnable (for which I had paid €1 each), I received a rude NO in response, and the employee threw 2 euros in between the fries and the burgers. Disrespectful! I don't expect Michelin-star service from a Burger King, but the big BK boss never intended it this way. As a manager, I would have closed the place down immediately, refunded the customers present, fired the branch management, and sent the wait staff for training. Scandalous! Never eating here again... Yuck!

I'm really not quick to be negative, but this was without a doubt the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The staff seemed completely unmotivated, the hygiene left a lot to be desired, and the whole experience was just bad. My advice: drive those extra 2 minutes to McDonald’s.

The atmosphere at a Burger King is never great, but this one was really cold, like an office. Plus, you could smell the toilet while in line. I’m willing to go to BK sometime, but I would skip this one.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was abysmal due to staff shortages, 20 minute wait in an unaircondioned fast food place. It was horrendous. La place, who occupies the same building across the motorway was cool and pleasant, but Burger King obviously did not want to spend on air-conditioning or ensure enough staff were present. What a waste of money!

Very bad toilets, haven't been cleaned for months. If you want to get a walk, that's the place to go. There are a few teenagers standing behind them who look so bored it looks like they're just hanging out. They really, really need to learn how to be customer-friendly.

When you order something extra, you get a regular portion instead of an extra one. If you then point this out to the staff, they react with an attitude and refuse to help you further. This was the first time I didn't get what I paid for at a Burger King. Poor service, a bit of a shame.

I've had better food at Burger King, and in Belgium they also have more cola flavors and you can refill yourself. Many chairs were already on the tables and it seemed like they were staring you out there.

Burger King always has much better burgers than McDonald's. It is a shame that it is less well-visited and less busy and lively. They deserve more visitors.

Actually, I can only say one thing about this place: Stay away! The staff tries their best, but there is absolutely no authority; they just go through the motions. The quality of the delivered meal was substandard in my case, barely cold enough. And no, I didn't say anything because, after the long wait when it wasn't even busy, I was hoping to grab a quick, tasty burger. Not so, and my appetite is gone now. Another point of frustration: The deposit takeaway cup. It's hard NOT to add it to your order when you're eating on-site. My appetite for Burger King is gone for the time being. And I won't even mention the "piss tunnel" you have to go through when coming from the other direction on the highway.

A disgrace. The place is filthy and there's no air conditioning despite the heatwave (37°C in the restaurant; if it's the same in the kitchen, I'm worried about the cold chain). My order was completely wrong; I asked for a chocolate sundae, and they forgot the chocolate, saying it was my fault because I hadn't selected the flavor at the kiosk (it clearly said chocolate on the receipt). The service was appalling and unfriendly. Nothing is done to make your meal enjoyable. Don't even think about going there.

What a beautiful place. You can barely hear each other because of the flowing water. Beautiful view, friendly staff, but a bit pricey.

As far as fast food is tasty... it's bearable. It was warm, at least. It was just boiling hot inside, and we genuinely felt sorry for the employees.

The opening hours are wrong! They close whenever they want, just like street vendors, and then you're left hungry!

Made a special detour for this, arrived at 7 pm, but were no longer allowed to enter the premises or order because Da snelweg was closing tonight.... Treated very unkindly by the heroes of the transport regulators.

It is assembly line work, of course, but that doesn't mean the fries and hamburgers have to be lukewarm... Perdoneel was actually very friendly, by the way. Next time, new chances, new round.... maybe in a couple of weeks then.

A motley crew of grumpy old women. Not customer-friendly at all. Such thick synthetic eyelashes that they can't even look the customers in the eye. I drive past at full throttle.

It wasn't a very good experience; the onion rings were tough, and the hamburgers were really soggy and not tasty. The fries weren't very good either. Unfortunately, Burger King is normally of much better quality.

The worst burgers you will ever taste. I drank water that was crispier than the deluxe crunchy chicken burgers here. Not to mention the foul toilet smell that hangs through the "restaurant". Oh, and you have to pay separately for toilet use, even as a customer.

Closes earlier than indicated. At 19:50 (they close at 21:00), we were already not allowed inside for a napkin. Everyone was refused entry. At 20:08, we had to wait outside until they opened the door for our deposit. Not customer-oriented.

My first visit to a BK in my own province, but for now, also the last. What a terrible place; very hot, dirty tables, a dirty floor at the ordering kiosk and in the restaurant at various tables and the clearing area as well. The food was substandard. The burger was lukewarm, and the fries needed an extra minute in the oil. No napkins, no straws provided—we had to get those ourselves. So, zero service, uninterested staff, no charisma. I understand it's a busy, hot day, but hospitality is service with a smile, even on busy days. And then having to wait to return that dirty, plastic deposit cup. Paying for dirty toilets (that also depends on how people leave them, but no toilet paper is unacceptable) and then not being able to redeem the receipt at BK.

05/23/26 - not particularly clean and there is no toilet paper in any of the toilets! And you have to pay 0.70 cents for this! Is this even normal??? There is no toilet paper in both the men's and women's toilets😳😳😳

I had a good laugh at the voice of the Maaskantje employee calling out your number when the meal was ready.

The toilets are paid and you get a receipt with discount for La place.... There is a diaper changing table in the female toilet. We received the food pretty fast and the fries are actually one of the better ones among the burger king's we've been to.

I can't describe it any other way than one big chaotic mess. Staff openly cheat on each other in the kitchen and use the word 'cancer'. And that's not even mentioning the enormously long queue, which gives slow cooking a whole new meaning. Too ridiculous for a fast food chain. The kitchen staff just kept on cooking, while the delivery chute literally overflowed, meaning the cashiers couldn't find anything anymore and some orders were simply served cold, resulting in angry customers. Even the trays behind the counter ran out, and no one took the initiative to solve that problem. Close this place down quickly and send the staff on a re-examination first to learn how a fast food kitchen *should* work. I have literally never had such a bad fast food experience as here.

The wait was quite long, but the food was decent for a motorway Burger King.

Opened 15 minutes late. No large coffees available, no iced coffee available, no apple juice available.

It was very quiet there due to roadworks, and yet the order was not entirely fresh and not really warm either.

The service was extremely unprofessional. The dark-skinned lady with the thick head of hair shouts out your orders under her breath. After receiving the food, it turned out to be incomplete and incorrectly prepared. I went back for this, during which the woman didn't even apologize for the inconvenience; you only receive a very ugly look of disgust. When the order was corrected, she shouted out the burgers under her breath, which is not clear who these burgers are for, given that there are multiple guests present. After this, a male colleague asked who this order was for, to which the woman responded unfriendly: "Yes, I already called that out." I addressed the woman about this, stating that it was very unclear to me. She pointed out that she had called it out. Whereupon I indicated that this was not the case. Her only reaction was: "Enjoy your meal, yes." Disgusting staff member; they should give her a service mindset.

The lady behind the counter is very service-oriented (29-3-26: 1:30 PM). The food is what you know and expect. However, it is not a very cozy location. Decorating it a bit more cheerfully would do wonders.

Terrible service and customer service. At lunch, not all the items I ordered arrived, and when I went back to the counter to ask, they were still arrogant; later, with only 8 minutes left before closing time, they refused to let me into the shop to buy just an ice cream.

It was already closed at 7 PM, while there were still people inside. It won't be allowed to close until much later! Scandalous.

Outdated and far too understaffed the day we were there. A 20-minute wait for a burger is way too long, especially considering its location right on the highway. The food—and that's the most important thing—was good and fresh.

Last Saturday, I ordered dinner at 8:15 PM (closing time 9:00 PM). Half the restaurant was already closed, making it very difficult to find a seat. In addition, the restrooms were already being cleaned, so no one was allowed or able to use them. I ended up taking my son outside to pee in the parking lot, but that doesn't seem like the best way to treat your guests. It was still 45 minutes before closing time!! I also had to go back to the counter twice because someone had forgotten one drink and one ketchup. Probably because the staff were so caught up in each other's stories. Our family will never return here!

Avoid all costs. Terrible customer service, they treating you as they are blessing you. Received wrong orders and dropped my drinks because they placed it crooked on the tray. They didnt care at all.

The food is okay if you're willing to wait 20 minutes for your burgers at a fast food restaurant, but unfortunately, they're usually cold by then. To my surprise, the waitstaff didn't speak Dutch (on several visits). I'd recommend getting takeout here because it's always a mess of dirty tables and trays. The drive-thru is almost always CLOSED, so you have to go inside once you've managed to park your car.

I've never seen such a mess and filth 🤣 it's scary to eat here 🤣
