It is very tasty, but sometimes very expensive. Charging €4.60 for a glass of orange juice from the Jumbo press machine is a lot. The food does have better value for money.

I always thought Buutvrij was a nice place to have lunch with friends. This was confirmed once again today when we enjoyed high tea there for the first time. This was reserved by us quite a short time in advance, but completely according to your wishes, with vegetarian options. The concept is many small portions (savory and sweet), so it felt a bit like a tasting, which I thought was ideal and well varied. The service is very friendly and not overly present, but careful attention was paid to whether there was enough hot water for tea on the table. Definitely recommended! 💗

Gezellig plek om te lunchen. Het eten is heerlijk en het personeel is vriendelijk. Ze denken met je mee. Ik wilde namelijk een tonic en dit stond niet op de menukaart (oeps zelf niet goed gekeken.) Er werd mij de Fritz-Limo Lemon aangeraden. Ik laat we graag verrassen en dit drankje was erg lekker. Als eten had ik de Club Buut. Goed belegd desembrood. Ook de rest van het gezelschap heeft hier heerlijk gezetten en gegeten. De eerste keer hier maar zeker niet de laatste keer! Aanrader.

Nice tent! However, it always takes a very long time before your order is taken and your order arrives at the table, so if you want to quickly eat/drink something I wouldn't recommend it.

The atmosphere of the place was really nice, to study, to hang out with friends, to just read a book. Food was delicious although open sandwiches are not my thing. I wish there was an option to just have it like a normal sandwich. I'd still recommend the place tho.

My favorite coffee shop in Tilburg. Good coffee and an extensive breakfast/brunch/lunch menu, the plates are always beautifully presented. There is a pleasant atmosphere, which is ideal for catching up with a loved one, working or just relaxing. Highly recommended.

Heerlijk hangover ontbijtje, vriendelijke zeer goed ogende bediening, ontspannen sfeer. Leuke vintage inrichting, nodigt uit om lekker te blijven zitten en nog een koffie te bestellen. Laptop free is een verademing.

Heel trendy restaurantje en heerlijk flaquette en gebak gegeten. De koffie was ook zweer smakelijk. Hele vriendelijke bediening en de wc s waren schoon. Ik zou zeker weer terugkeren.

Nice and cozy cute place. However very expensive for people on a budget (8€ for a cheese tosty is definitely a stretch) has an entire area to work and study which is silent and very pleasant

The food (granola with yoghurt) was tasty, but very little and not as stated on the menu, "packed with fruit and nuts". Asking 11 euros for that is bizarre. Management doesn't seem very interested in the guests.

Das Café Buutvrij in Tilburg ist ein schöner Ort, um eine entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Unser Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und schmeckte köstlich. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls hervorragend und wird mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Es gibt sowohl Sitzplätze innen und aussen. Das Cafe liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und an der Straße die diesen mit der Innenstadt verbindet. Die Toiletten sind geräumig und sauber. Es war sehr voll so das ich eine Reservierung empfehlen würde. Wir hatten das Glück noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Alles in allem kann ich das Café Buutvrij in Tilburg empfehlen.

Gezellige lunchroom met heel vriendelijk personeel. De kaart is origineel en zeker niet doorsnee! Ik had gekozen voor " hete hennie" ( pulled chicken op een rond soort tosti broodje met garnituren) en die was heel lekker.

Altijd goed bij buutvrij. De gerechten zien er mooi uit en goed gevuld. Denk niet te snel dat ze vol zijn, want er is ook nog een achtergedeelte waar kan zitten

Erg leuke eetgelegenheid maar ook studie gelegenheid. Nu een aantal keer geweest, elke keer heel vriendelijke personeel en zowel dranken als lunch erg lekker. Ook erg veel dieet alternatieven zoals haver en soja. Zeker aan te raden ook als studieplek.

Wat hebben we hier genoten van onze koffie en lunch! De gerechten zijn ware kunstwerkjes en smaken erg lekker. De bediening is erg netjes en vlot. De sfeer is gezellig en gemoedelijk. We vertrokken met een grote lach en goed gevulde maag :) We komen zeker terug!

Red velvet taart was zo droog als iets niet te eten. personeel was meer met elkaar bezig dan met gasten. Ik zal hier niet meer komen.

Zit op een fijne locatie in tilburg even lopen vanaf het station. Met binnen zit plaatsen, buiten terras en een tuin. Bij binnenkomst een vriendelijk ontvangst en prettige sfeer. Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Heerlijke thee en hapjes, wij hebben er een hightea gedaan die met verse producten gemaakt zijn.dat is voor mij een echte aanrader. Ik ga zeker nog een keer terug .

Great food, great service. Waitress came frequently enough that I was always satisfied but not too much either. Managed to work pleasantly here a whole day while I had to bridge over the day in Tilburg. Highly recommend. Food was delicious too (had the sourdough club sandwich with avocado, bacon and egg)

2 cappuccino en 2 mooie broodjes. Broodjes zijn top. De cappuccino was lauw, gewoon te koud. Te lang op de balie blijven staan ? Of zo iets. Gelijk bij het uitserveren, mijn opmerking dat het lauw was, ( kopjes waren bijna kaud) krijg ik de volgende reactie Ach meneer dan had u extra warm moeten bestellen. Dom dat ik vergeten ben warme cappuccino te bestellen. Groetjes John

Gezellige en sfeervolle plek waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen. Vanwege het weer konden we lekker op het terras zitten. Lekkere drankjes, goede broodjes en vriendelijk personeel!

Ik ken Buutvrij al als een ontzettend gezellig café om binnen te zitten, met een heerlijke keuze in het menu en vriendelijk personeel. Maar toen ze vandaag op mijn verzoek afweken van hun menu om een high tea te komen bezorgen was ik al helemaal onder de indruk. Een heerlijk en origineel assortiment aan zoet en hartig, sapjes en theetjes werd bezorgd, plus de hapjes van onze vegan bezoeker nog eens in een netjes afgescheiden doosje erbij, en even divers. Fantastisch! Ze hebben tijdens de lockdown eens te meer bewezen dat ze meer in huis hebben dan enkel de ontzettend sfeervol aangeklede locatie. Zeker de moeite waard om ook tijdens de lockdown een bestelling te doen!
