Café Asgard in Vondelkwartier

A lovely, relaxed pub where we regularly pop in for a beer and a game of pool. Sometimes they have some really good beers on tap. The six-year-old Hertog Jan Grand Prestige was a great one that stuck with me.

Super cozy pub. Great live music.

Good bar, I like going there. Friendly staff and a decent selection of drinks.

Great cozy bar with top bands as a surprise

A real Rock Cafe! Good dark colors in the interior, tasty drinks, cozy corner with good nice sofas and last Saturday also live music with a top band! Unfortunately I couldn't hear them this time (they were already there), but that will probably come again at another time. The lady behind the bar is pleasant and happy to share her knowledge. It was fun at the bar for a while. For smokers (we don't smoke ourselves) you can at least stay dry outside. Always nice in the fall 😊 We'll be going again next month for another live performance, but who knows, maybe sooner. Was cozy!

Hoe een kroeg moet zijn. Top. Lekker poolen of hangen aan de bar of chillen op de bank en vaak hele leuk muziek, van bandjes tot jamsessies.

Mooi ingericht en zeer gezellig. Veel activiteiten en regelmatig live muziek.

Nieuwe locatie, nieuw concept. Regelmatig levende muziek en andere activiteiten. Zeer toegankelijk voor jong en oud.

Heerlijke plek om te onthaasten en een lekker biertje te pakken met een knabbeltje erbij

Leuk cafe en vriendelijk personeel

Café is gesloopt. Het oude pand is niet meer. Asgard is verhuisd naar de koningstraat. Het bestaat dus nog wel maar op een andere locatie 🍻 proost

Pool verlichting is naar beneden gekomen maar alles geprobeerd om t te herinneren goed werk

The only place in Beverwijk and surrounding area that caters to a relaxed evening with friends but also live performances and parties. Great selection of weird and wonderful beers and a decent selection whiskey to boot. Used to be my hangout, now still visit when I am around.

Laatste keer dat ik er was, was het niet meer de Asgard die ik kende... alles strak en netjes, niet zoals ik de Asgard ken... enige pluspunt is Hertog Jan op de tap.

Fijn café! Goede service, groot assortiment bier. Ook mogelijkheid tot een borrelhapje. De sfeer is fijn, lekker relaxed. In de zomer wordt de bbq soms spontaan aangezet. Sportwedstrijden staan regelmatig aan op tv.
