Lize and Erwin are very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Seen a lot of pubs for my job over the years . This is one of the best ! Good bar menu even when busy you don't have to wait for a refreshment . Very good selection of craft beers. I can recommend to go when your near .

Last visited May 2025. I was only in Arnhem for a single night. Found this little gem if you love both beer and whisky. Good selection of both. Owners were here very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice and good service. Price quality is very good. Few mushrooms with the steak. Lots of choice of beer. Recommended and went to eat here because of the other positive reviews. Other than that it looks good.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. We had a delicious meal. The price was more than reasonable: €14.50 for a good steak, delicious fries, and a refreshing Greek salad. They have a huge selection of beers. The decor is cozy and the service is very friendly. In a word, it's excellent and highly recommended. You really don't need to go to the Korenmarkt for this. And it's right around the corner. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Arnhem.

Burger buns were a bit ‘tough’. Overall an ok place, but nothing out of this world. Good beer selection though! Gender neutral toilets if you care about that😉

Small, quaint, somewhat hidden beer bar in a side street off the main shopping street. 3 tables outside. Toilet accessible via stairs. Really hard music. Nice host. Very good beer selection. About 10 of them are on tap. You can also find unusual things here. It's always worth a visit when we're in Arnhem. There is also fast food to eat, but we didn't try it. The focus here is clearly on beer.

Honestly this place is amazing to go, even though it's rather small and cramped. The barowners are lovely people and because of them the place is always fun to go to. You do have to get a bit lucky to find a seat because tables are limited but if you do find one try the menu. The burger is delicious and well proportioned. The drinks are a bit more expensive but they do serve it with water and you can just sit and relax and enjoy the time

Unique cafe with a wonderful ambiance (characteristic, old, lots of brown, dark, candles on the wall), friendly, relaxed staff and delicious pub food for a suitable price. It is only small, we were happy that we could find a spot by chance. Very atmospheric and nice.

Very nice bar with lots of beer and whiskey on the menu. You also get a nice plate of food for a great price. Tip: if you want to eat, reserve a table!

Great bar has an up and downstairs section and you can sit outside also. The food was good I had a burger and it's huge, lucky the guy at the darts bar on the corner gave me the tip.

De beste plek voor moderne speciaalbieren van Arnhem! Knusse kroeg, erg vriendelijk personeel en ze hebben ook lekkere en betaalbare maaltijden. De burgers zijn ook vegetarisch en vegan te krijgen. Super fijn!

Beer lovers paradise, a number of beers on tap and many in cans & bottles. A beer menu is available and necessary to select your next favourite beer! I tried one made with plums, it was green!

Very good selection of beers and a few burgers to accompany them. The owners are always there, preparing the food and serving drinks with a smile on their faces. They speak very good english, beside dutch. The bar may seem small at first, but the atmosphere inside is extremely nice and cozy. Each time we're in Arnhem, we stop by for a few beers.

Heel fijne plek! Extreem hoog aanbod van biertjes, en ook veel verschillende opties aan de tap. Het eten is heerlijk en tegelijkertijd spotgoedkoop (al helemaal wanneer je de kwaliteit in beschouwing neemt). Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben hier een geweldige avond gehad!

Wat leuk café met zeer uitgebreide whisky collectie. Gezellige en enthousiaste barman waar je aan kunt zien dat die ook liefhebber is. Aanrader voor een ieder die een whisky zoekt in Arnhem voor een zeer betaalbare prijs.

Mooi biercafé met een grote keuze aan diverse (speciaal) bieren en whisky's. Tevens kun je genieten van uitstekende maaltijden (pub food) voor een zacht prijsje. Het café is een echte aanrader voor de bierliefhebber!

A lucky find whilst we were exploring the back streets of Arnhem. Great atmosphere, a wide range of fantastic beers, amazing scampi and fries and very friendly knowledgeable staff. An irresistible combination and we will return soon. Highly recommended. Good luck to you in these challenging times

Great food from the smallest kitchen of Arnhem, superb craft beer, whiskey and liquor

Dit is een perfecte plek als je van een speciaal biertje of een beugeltje naast je hamburger of kipsaté houd. Naast dit hebben ze ook bierstuk en zalmfilet. Er worden hier 8 bieren op de tap geschonken en ruim 50 bieren op de fles. Naast bier is er ook een ruime keuze aan whiskey en andere sterke versnaperingen. Het is een kroeg met een bijzonder karakter. Zeker een aanrader!

Grote keuze aan bier en goed advies hierover. Echt gezellig binnen ook.
