The menu was excellent. Truly delicious. And the rest was also really good. Friendly atmosphere. A real asset to Loenen.

We dined in the conservatory, had a delicious meal, and the service and communication were excellent. Excellent value for money. Within walking distance, which was also convenient. One point of concern is that it's quite noisy in the conservatory. Therefore, we didn't get a 5-star rating for ambiance. They still need to figure something out.

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration with our team in the dining room at Den Eikenboom. Toby, carefully crafted the menu and venue, carefully considering our wishes, and Patricia and Harry looked after us wonderfully. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had such a lovely Christmas brunch this afternoon with the seniors of Smurfit Westrock MNL. It was wonderful to see everyone again and reminisce about "Back when at De Zeeuw, now Smurfit Westrock MNL." This time at a new, charming location: Den Eikenboom in Loenen. The brunch was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Many thanks to the company for making this annual gathering possible, and to Den Eikenboom for their hospitality.

Hotel den Eikenboom is a top-notch hotel! Beautiful, very clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we missed was water in the room. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful setting. The restaurant is very good, although the menu is relatively limited. The location is good, along a busy road, but we didn't experience much noise because of the good insulation. Sincere congratulations to the entire team! We will definitely be back.

On December 2, 2025, we celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with about 30 people. The reception, the food, the friendly service, and the room were excellent. The overnight stay in the spacious room and the breakfast were superb. Den Eikenboom is highly recommended for its excellent value for money. So, nothing but praise.

What a wonderful evening we had at Den Eikenboom. We felt completely spoiled! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was incredibly delicious and good (no matter how much you pay for it). It's a place we'd happily return to. On the downside: if a space is rented for a party, parking is minimal, and you even have to find a spot elsewhere on the surrounding streets.

Great place. I've lived in Loenen all my life. It's a shame it's no longer a cafe. A bar with bar stools where you can have a beer. I get the feeling that if you sit at the tables, you're also supposed to eat. It's just a good Eetcafe. Drink a beer, but go to a pub with a real bar.

The dinner was excellent. We enjoyed it immensely. However, the space is very noisy. It would be nice if the acoustics were improved; then it would be perfect for dinner or lunch.

Lunch on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious and very affordable. A hint and there were fireworks. Our partner, Pebble Solar Panels, was also pleasantly surprised. Even the tomato soup was special.

Last Saturday, we held the Coldenhove Papier staff party here. Everything was well organized. The weather was bad, but luckily we were able to move everything indoors. The chefs were cooking outside in the rain, but they did so effortlessly and with a smile. The other staff also looked after us well.

We celebrated my 75th birthday with 60 guests at De Deel. The Loense Tea Table was perfectly organized, with delicious snacks, a lovely soup, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place and what fantastic service! The history is palpable in the meticulously restored building. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was superb. Highly recommended, and the former barn is perfect for parties and celebrations.

We dined in the dining room on September 20th. For the first time, a six-course culinary menu with matching wines was served. We're quite spoiled and critical, but it was fantastic! Our host, Toby, welcomed us warmly and served us all evening, in a very relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. The food was all delicious, surprising, and full of flavor. A real asset. We hope the dining room will offer many more wonderful menus!

Two small suggestions: The acoustics (in the conservatory) need some attention, and the decor is nice (including a small vase of fresh flowers on the table) but still looks a bit dull, as if it's not quite finished yet. All in all, we had a pleasant and delicious evening with this new addition to Loenen.

The food was delicious, nothing too fancy, just a nice, no-nonsense meal. I gave the atmosphere a slightly lower rating, and that's due to the acoustics in the conservatory. Hang up some curtains and it would be much more pleasant.

Just had a delicious meal, with friendly service. I had a vegan burger and it was fantastic, nice and juicy, really good. My husband had a Black Angus burger, also well-cooked and very tasty. We had a hot and cold buffet here in the barn to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. It's a beautiful location, the service is friendly and always willing to accommodate any changes. The food is excellent. It's a great starting point for a fun activity. We took a covered wagon through the Reeënberg and Schalterberg areas and along the spring headlands (Veluws forest). A beautiful garden and lovely terrace. We will definitely return to this beautiful location. A nice bonus is that your four-legged friend (dog) is also welcome. We celebrated our wedding here in the hall 45 years ago and stayed overnight in one of the hotel rooms.

What a beautiful place, wonderful to relax both inside and out. The food is, in a word, excellent. The pork tenderloin is our favorite. My husband is thrilled with the polenta on the menu. And every time, we finish with the most delicious dessert, the Eton Mess. We can't get enough of it.

We had a wonderful meal at De Eikenboom last night. The seared rosefish was cooked perfectly. The staff were also super friendly. Gerrie served us very well and in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Good quality food, friendly service, but if you order a main course, you get no vegetables or salad with the Angus burger and a mini portion of curly fries. If you want something extra, you can order it, which is a shame. The clothes on a plate, only a hamburger bun with a mini portion of curly fries, just misses something, especially for that price.

The food is excellent, with plenty of choices, beautifully presented plates, and the staff is very friendly. It's a bit of a shame, though, that fries and salad aren't standard with a main course; you have to order them separately.
