Had dinner tonight. Very friendly staff. They keep a close eye on everything. The food is superbly prepared and tastes delicious. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious and well-prepared. It's great for parties or for personal dining. Highly recommended. And they take great care of you. The only thing that could be improved is that you never have to search for someone behind the bar during a party because it's empty for more than 10 minutes!

The atmosphere and food were delicious, but half the staff were surly. The food we received the first time was completely wrong and didn't match what we ordered. And the meat was cold the second time. We went back again. Clearing plates took a very long time between the starter and the main course. The main course took a very long time to arrive, 45-60 minutes. There was an accident with a drink spilled on clothes. As compensation, the house offered the drink for spilling it, but it was included on the bill. In short, far from satisfied, and from what I hear, this isn't an exception. It's a real shame to spend €250 on a pleasant Saturday night.

A charmingly decorated restaurant with excellent service and an extensive menu. Our waiter did a great job and immediately asked how late we were, as we were going to play an escape room nearby after dinner. I had chicken wok with teriyaki, which was delicious. The rest of our group also enjoyed the food. The wine was also delicious, and we got to try it first. We might just come back again when we play another escape room.

With two children under two, we received a very warm welcome. The weather wasn't great outside, so the back patio with play equipment was opened especially for the children. The restaurant is located on a busy road, but the atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere quickly made us forget that. We asked if we could move inside for dinner later. A great table had been reserved with plenty of room for strollers, etc. The food was exactly what we expected. When we left abruptly, the staff member thought something was wrong and asked us. If it had been up to us, we would have stayed there for a few more hours, but the children had to go to bed. All in all, we had a fantastic afternoon/evening.

We ate there with our children and two grandchildren. Nice, varied menu, friendly service, and good prices. Our grandchildren could play outside in a secluded area, so they didn't have to run around the restaurant.

I regularly visit Eetcafé Vermaeck in Rijen and always feel completely at home there. What I appreciate so much is the warm Brabant atmosphere and the attentive staff that always greets you warmly. My absolute favorite are the delicious snack platters: a perfect mix of flavors to enjoy with friends. Every time I make it a cozy evening and I heartily recommend it to everyone!

A cozy family restaurant with okay food at a reasonable price.

Last April, a few colleagues and I decided to have lunch out and ended up here. Even though it was still chilly outside, the heated patio was wonderful. That was such a nice surprise. The atmosphere was super cozy, both inside and out—really relaxing background music, soft blankets, and friendly staff. We sat outside but didn't feel cold or rushed. The food was also simply good, European-style, with tasty sandwiches and a good cappuccino. A great place to unwind between work.

We recently had dinner at this restaurant with a group of twelve people, but unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival at 5:50 PM we had to wait until 7:00 PM for the starter and the main course was not served until 8:15 PM. This long wait was disappointing, especially for a larger group. The ordered prawns actually turned out to be more like scampi in size. The daily special, a sole, was not dry per se, but was served with an excessive amount of liquid on the plate. In addition, the meat dishes were lukewarm and the satay sauce and pepper sauce were even cold. Given this experience, we are considering canceling a future reservation with an even larger group. This is a shame, because we went to eat here on the recommendation of others. We expected better service and quality.

But buddy, those chorizo ​​nachos are the ultimate!! So good.

When we come here for a drink on Saturday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, they always make room for us. It's also nice that they now know what we like to drink and which snacks we like to eat. It's the little things that matter to him and they understand that all too well here. ;-) Besides the cozy atmosphere, the staff is always very nice and correct. Besides the delicious snacks, we have not had lunch or dinner here before.

The wait staff is plentiful and works quickly and efficiently. Started with an onion soup that was very standard and made little impression. Then had a rib-eye steak that was very tasty but also a bit tough. Normally I am used to a more tender piece of meat. The additional port sauce was tasty but did not really impress. My partner had a duo of beef which was very tender (both the tournedos and the sukade) and had the cherry fleur for dessert which was very tasty. All meals were presented in a very neat manner, which is certainly worth a compliment because the eye also wants something.

Vandaag gegeten bij het Vermaeck om de 81e verjaardag van mijn moeder te vieren. Door de abnormale drukte viel het allemaal behoorlijk tegen. Taaie biefstuk en het eten was koud. Jammer maar je kon aan alles merken dat ze het niet aan konden. Veel te druk waardoor de kwaliteit van alles veel te wensen overliet. En ook nog heel erg duur!!!

We had the entire dinner and dessert comments thrown at us, were called names, made things up, bumped into us with shoulders while we were eating and when we walked away they got up to chase us. I didn't even get to say hello to my family normally. We held back all evening because we didn't want to be bullied away, but in the end I got into the car in tears. I will never come back here, even though the food was really great and the waiter tried to appease us and apologized to us for the situation... All we wanted was a nice evening, it's a shame that' a bunch of idiots that can ruin things so terribly.

Just on spec, we drove to Het Vermaeck, where we arrived just in time to have dinner. We were told this jokingly, but we were (and felt) very welcome. Had a delicious dish of the day (lamb chop and pasta with salmon), super tasty. All the time was also taken for the delicious dessert. Dietary wishes were carefully listened to (I am not allowed to eat undercooked fish or meat), which is always nice when you notice that it is so well understood. The atmosphere was very pleasant, evening of Dutch hits, we were almost swinging along at the table :) After about 10 hours it became a bit busier and the music volume gradually increased, then the evening 'café' begins. But it remained very pleasant. And when it really became too noisy for us to talk, it was time to go. We will definitely come back here again!
