Cozy, nice atmosphere, great service

The staff is incredibly rude and on top of that they assaulted my friend!! When the higher management was confronted they ignored it!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!

Horrible! Guy (who we later found out is a regular) assaulted my friend and the bartender simply walked away and did nothing when we raised concerns! Never going there again!

We went out to The Hague for a weekend getaway from Groningen. The DJ/woman singing was extremely arrogant. She told me to get lost and get off the stage. My friend was on stage, so I wanted to go. When my friend confronted her about her behavior, she became hysterical and started screaming, and she called security. The staff was terrible, the woman was terrible. Not recommended.

The dj physically assaulted me! I was talking to the manager about how the dj she pushed my friend and then she pulled my hair! Absolutely atrocious behaviour! This is not acceptable and this so called “dj” has to be fired!! I will never come back and will discourage everyone from ever coming here.

“DJ” was psychotic. She punched my friend and pulled her hair because she walked up to the mic with a drink… even though right before that she said it was ok. Anger issues alert! The other bar personnel was also shocked by her behavior. Really terrible experience. The “manager” and other personnel didn’t do anything about it even with their negative reactions. Will NEVER come back, absolutely do not recommend!

We were canceled because we wanted to sing and have fun. Not here. #nofun. Such a shame. The bar was fun, the singer was canceled. Missed the train. Canceled. Greetings.

Very rude people inside. Disappointing

Incredibly rude and arrogant staff and people inside. Definitely would not recommend, unless you want to be insulted and harassed by the staff.
