Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty food at a nice price

Ordered spare ribs; these were amazing, just like the steak, burger, and pizza. A very successful evening.

We ate on Saturday (which is possible during the high season). It was really cozy; normally it's a café, but on weekends it's a dining room. The reception is warm and welcoming. The food is really good in terms of price, quality, and quantity. A tasty amuse-bouche (soup) on the house to start. A bread board with homemade spreads, among other things. And the main courses were delicious. Tender, well-cooked steak. Tender pork tenderloin satay. An amazing burger. And delicious gyros. We skipped dessert. There wasn't room for it anymore. But you shouldn't pass up this place for the price. Nor for the atmosphere and hospitality. And there are places where the food really tastes much worse. It's a shame we're leaving already. Otherwise, we would have come a second time this holiday.

We had a delicious meal with 5 people and the service is super friendly. The atmosphere inside is exactly as you would expect in a village pub/restaurant: fantastic.

Delicious food, very good service.

We had a meeting in the hall and then dined in their dining room. It felt like being in a 1950s living room, a dining room behind the cafe. The room is very noisy, meaning the sounds from other tables, including our group, were clearly audible. The menu is quite extensive, and we all ordered something different, but everyone was more than satisfied. The quality far exceeded our expectations. Next time, we'll have higher expectations for our meal...😉 And the portions are generous; a starter, main course, and dessert are impossible... for us, anyway.

A cozy village pub with a separate room for large gatherings. The prices were more than reasonable and the bartender/owner is a true professional. We went in for a quick drink and a game of darts, but ended up staying for over 5 hours. Great beers on tap and just a friendly little pub, the kind of which are becoming increasingly rare. The kitchen wasn't open that evening, but after a look at the menu and a chat with the chef, we are certain we will be coming back here for dinner sometime. If you want to enjoy a bite and a drink at your leisure, this is definitely highly recommended!

We first played a chess match at Café Op de Trepkes and then enjoyed a delicious meal. The people behind the bar are very friendly.

What a nice tent! Old-fashioned conviviality and delicious food. Perfect price-quality ratio. And hospitable people. Both during dinner and in the café. Nice atmosphere, we enjoyed it!

Delicious pizzas, the other menus are also excellent. It's a pity that you can't go there every day for a tasty meal, but the quality makes that acceptable. Nice staff and pleasant guests at the bar at regular times. So make a reservation to see if you can go. Close to the Hemelke campsite, so highly recommended if you are there.

Delicious food for a reasonable price. Living room atmosphere

Delicious 3-course menu on Easter Sunday. Delicious carpaccio with asparagus starter, a deliciously tender tournedos pepper sauce and a crème brulée with tiramisu and ice cream. That's topped off with a triple Karmeliet on tap! Definitely worth it! The kitchen is open on Thursdays and Sundays.

Always good, best pizzas in Hulsberg and surrounding areas!

Zeer vriendelijke beleefde bediening voor een schappelijke prijs.

Heerlijk ouderwets bruin cafe. Alles is van hout en de barman heeft passie voor deze plek. Daarnaast staat de eigenaar soms ook achter de bar wat laat zien dat het een klein knus cafe is dat bestaat voor de gezelligheid.

Heerlijk gegeten! We waren met 3 kinderen, Biefstuk en de saté was top, pizza geweldig, ook kinder pizza in elke gewenste soort, lekker ijsje en irish koffie na! Een aanrader mocht je in de buurt zijn!

Godsgruwelijk lekkere pizza's. De Taco is mijn favoriet.

Heel smakelijk gegeten tegen hele acceptabele prijzen. We zijn er nog een week, dus we komen wel terug waarschijnlijk

Goed personeel en mooie locatie

Heerlijke en rijkgevulde Taco en Tonno pizza afgehaald voor op de camping. Snelle service, Wij hadden het bier nog niet op of de pizza's waren al klaar.

Super gezellig café, waar je op donderdag en zondag ook nog lekker kunt eten.

Kleine menukaart alleen op zondag, woensdag zijn er alleen Pizza's en een hamburger te verkrijgen, uitstraling is iets van bruin cafe

Oergezellig café! Altijd verschillende overheerlijke speciaalbiertjes op de tap. Verder zijn er op donderdag en zondag overheerlijke pizza's verkrijgbaar.
