Zeer slappe koffie. Visplankje als lunch gegeten.. zeer matige kwaliteit.8.. ik loop dit restaurant de volgende keer voorbij.

Muchos restaurantes en la plaza, pero seleccionado Leopoldo, basado en el menú. Seleccionamos el pescado con patatas fritas y el bacalao al horno. El pescado era una serie de piezas pequeñas y muy bueno. Yo tenía el bacalao que venía con 2 verduras, gajos de patata y salchicha. Muy sabroso y lleno. También estaba considerando la caña de cordero. El servicio era muy bueno. La corona de la comida era cerveza Leff. Las mesas estaban disponibles fuera, pero preferimos multar dentro.

Gezellig restuarant vriendelijke bediening snel geholpen en lekkere mojito's 0.0. Lekker gegeten. Is op het plein in Den Haag zit vlakbij het centrum. Dus na het eten en drinken kan je het makkelijk het afwandelen of shoppen in hartje Den Haag .

Salade caesar faite maison avec de la salade fraîche, et un poulet croustillant top, burger très bon et fish and chips excellent. On s'est tous régalés, les assiettes sont réparties vides! Service efficace. Découverte sympa.

Reservamos este restaurante por dos razones: Disfruté de la comida flamenca durante mi visita a Bélgica y estaba a 3 minutos a pie de Mauritshuis. Tienen 2 secciones: al aire libre y la sala de estar interior. Elegimos permanecer dentro a pesar de que era un día soleado encantador y la terraza estaba llena. Estábamos recibiendo por una joven muy agradable que rápidamente nos mostró a nuestra mesa. Ella siempre fue muy rápida en tomar órdenes y asegurarse de que el flujo era bueno. El menú consistía en una buena selección de platos belgas junto con otros más estándar en los Países Bajos. Pedí el Frietje Stoof y debo decir que lo disfruté, simplemente fue perfecto después de haber caminado durante horas. Al ser un café belga se puede esperar una buena selección de cervezas. Complemente esto con un servicio amable y precios razonables y creo que estará satisfecho de haberlos visitado.

Nice terrace. In summer but also in winter. A lot of turnover in the service, but always pleasant.

Nice place in the city center. Collection of beer is good. Fish and chips was ok. Bitterballen was ok too. It’s expensive comparatively. Outdoor heated seating is good though and staff are polite. Only the name brings back atrocious colonial crimes committed by King Leopold in Congo & Africa.

Visitamos este bar de cerveza belga para tomar una copa después de la cena. El servicio de mesa fue muy bueno y disfrutamos de unas cervezas Koninck que costaron 5 €. 50 cada uno.

Vriendelijke bediening, drinken stond snel op tafel, het was even wachten voor 6 man stoofvlees met frietjes maar het was heerlijk smullen en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Amazing spot of bar snacks and drinks, but if you looking to combine dinner with drinks especially for vegetarian, then not a very good choice. Limited veg options and not very delicious.

Good place for lunch in the center of The Hague. We stayed at the outside tables for a long time and it was very pleasant. Very good service and reasonable prices. Great variety of beers.

Delicious apple cake with cream, it would have tasted even better warm. Guess it was thawed or left in the fridge overnight. The cake cost 5.50 euros and you only had to pay 1 euro for the coffee.

Atmosphere and service are good but the size of the wine glasses borders on insulting. And then asking 7 euros for that is rude.

There were three of us and we had a hamburger sandwich (House Steack) and a Lamb Duet with veal and a piece of lamb, some veal with rost potatoes and Toast truffle mushrooms, a toast with mushrooms. everything tasty and tasty. 2 beers and a Tap Water. Except that the tap water arrived in a small glass, it would have been better in a medium one. The urinals weren't too bad, but someone had vomited near the toilet and didn't think it was necessary to clean up his vomit and flush the toilet. What is also striking is that the emergency door is open and everyone can walk in and out. That actually encourages theft. You drink a lot of money there, you go to the toilet and you disappear without paying. Now I don't have that attitude, but there must be plenty of people who do. I will certainly pay Leopold a visit when I visit The Hague.

Had a nice beer under the heaters during a downpour

After walking around in the hague i was tired and came accross this terrace which was pimeacefull and in the sun. Great place to sit and recover from the days activities. I enjoyed a glas of chardonnay, which was served at the right temperature. Relaxing atmosphere on this terrace and friendly and fast service.

We ordered 3 jupilers. A strange taste in the beer that indicates pipes that are not maintained.

Tja, als je een kwartier moet wachten (als je aansluit!) voor je de bestelling kan plaatsen en tot 2x toe zelf naar binnen moet lopen om wat te bestellen als je op het terras zit dan sla je mijnsinziens wel de plank mis.

The food was good. The waiter was a little lost, asking us if everything was okay.. he had just forgotten to bring us the dishes.. We were still lucky because most restaurants/bars after 9 p.m. the kitchens are no longer open! Surprising for us.

Average overcrowded bar, staff were friendly but the coffee wasn't good.

Day in The Hague and selected Leopold for lunch. The location on the Plein is of course very nice. Inside a classic café with lots of wood and those brass bar railings. Yet the whole thing seems a bit bare. The waiter came to help us quickly and we ordered the foccacia classico, a foccacia with pulled chicken and the hamburger. The foccacias were a bit disappointing. It looked nice, but on the small side. It did taste good. The hamburger was fine and the Flemish fries were very good. There is a decent choice of specialty beer, so in that respect it does justice to a Belgian café. A nice place to have a drink, I would say.

Nice café on the square and also a nice specialty beer deal for students with a kneak app. However, the café, like the other cafés on the square, is very pricey.

Delicious lunch, friendly service. There is really only one disadvantage to mention: the toilet is somewhere downstairs, almost outside, where there is a lot of smoking (so cold and smoke smell).

Nous sommes venues par hasard, quelle découverte incroyable, service génial cuisine incroyable. Nous avons profité de la tresse grâce aux chauffages extérieurs. Prix abordables pour l'excellence des plats proposés ( compté 18 euros par plats ). Encore merci à l'équipe.

Ondanks dat we een reservering hadden was het restaurant niet toegankelijk. Ik begrijp dat er een renovatie plaats vond, maar neem dan geen reservering aan. Zeer teleurstellend.

Fijn terras aan Het Plein in het centrum van de stad. Mijn hotdog classic smaakte heerlijk. Bediening was vriendelijk en vlot. De Belgische sfeer ontbrak voor mij.

A great atmosphere for a borrel. A limited number of beers but they taste good.

The service was incredibly slow, especially when it came to getting a beer. I found myself waiting for an extended period of time, which was quite frustrating. As a result, I made the decision to finish my beer and leave the establishment.

The place has a good and big selection of beers. Besides the staff was super friendly, asking if everything was alright and if we needed something pretty often. The snacks are also good, the portions are enough.

After looking at numerous menus in the area we opted to try Leopold because it actually had hot food for lunch. It was pretty good and the beef stew really hit the spot on a cold day, it came with French fries so it was a good sized lunch. The fish and chips was also good. Service was pleasant. The restaurant is old but that adds to its character.

Good bar in the center with Belgian beer. Nothing special, but its nice for a sunny day or a chill evening.

My friend invited me for a voucher lunch. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice service and the tasty menu. We both had the pastinaak soup. I chose the Tuna salad sandwich and my friend took the Dutch croquettes. We shared so we got to taste both. It was very nice!

Lovely food and pleasant seating outside. The Beef Stew is very nice, as is the Burger and the Classic Foccacia. Friendly service too. Thanks!

Café restaurant Leopard zit aan het Plein in het centrum van Den Haag met een ouderwets bruin café gevoel en een een ruim terras op het plein bij de Tweede Kamer. De bediening is vriendelijk en snel om je te helpen. Je merkt dat ook aan het feit dat het café schoon is voor een drukke locatie. Een leuke plek om even een drankje te doen.
