Simply fantastic. Always high quality. We've been coming here for over 35 years, which speaks volumes. The mussels are currently fantastic, so tender and deliciously prepared.

Ik was er met enkele vriendinnen. Zelf had ik een vissoep besteld en een broodje gezond. Een andere was gegaan voor een kipsaté met frieten. De andere voor een vleeskroket en frieten. Al de borden waren zeer goed gevuld. De vissoep was goed gevuld met vis. Het broodje gezond was ook goed gevuld. De 2 andere borden waren ook zeer goed gevuld. Ze hadden grote moeite om die leeg te maken. De grootste verrassing was de rekening. Als je Belgische prijzen gewend bent en je krijgt dan dit weet je het wel. Hier komen we zeker nog wel eens terug.

During our campervan stay in Yerseke, we stopped here twice for a simple meal. The first time, we had an omelet (uitsmijter) and the second, a croquette sandwich. Each time, the service was friendly, and the portions were generous enough to get us through the first few hours without a rumbling stomach. The terrace is a pleasant place to relax. The prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to return to.

The food is delicious, the service super friendly and attentive. There's also a cozy atmosphere, although I didn't venture much further than the terrace because of the beautiful weather. Of course, when you're in Yerseke, you can hardly eat anything other than fish, especially mussels (I'm unfortunately not a big fan myself). But the sea bass was delicious, the fries were tasty, and while the salad could have been a bit more special, it wasn't bad. The portions were certainly generous. If you arrive early enough, you can still get a table without a reservation, but after 6 pm, I would definitely recommend making a reservation on Fridays and weekends, even if only to guarantee a spot. Definitely worth a return visit! In short, a great place to stay and highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

Delicious food and quick service.

We arrived at't Anker without a reservation and we're told straight away that the restaurant was about to start a two week holiday on the next day. As a result there was a reduced menu. I had steak and my partner had prawn salad. We both had beers and a glass of tap water. The food was delicious and having seen our neighbouring tables desserts, we decided to share a huge ice cream. We would recommend 't Anker.

Very tasty. The food tastes good and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The atmosphere is very pleasant and not too loud, making it easy to have a good conversation. The only drawback is that the restaurant is relatively expensive. However, the price is relatively reasonable. Overall, a great restaurant, highly recommended.

Great catering facility stimulated in the picturesque Zeeland town of Yerseke. Very extensive and clear menu. Excellent drink selection. Many facilities available. Wheelchair accessible and dogs are also welcome if kept on a leash. Employees are very hospitable, enthusiastic and also extremely professional. A visit to this much-praised location is more than highly recommended!

Too bad we were chased from the table after an hour and a half. People were waiting. In the beginning they had already placed 2 beer mats on the table with the times of the guests. Food was perfect.

We arrived on Sunday, August 18 at 8:20 PM. There was a boy and a girl cleaning the terrace and the girl said to the boy: they will probably come looking for food and they both laughed. We asked very politely if we could eat anything and she said no, kitchen closed. Sorry to comment like that while we were just walking by and loud enough so we heard it. We have remained polite. Wanted to send an email to the owner but can't find an email address anywhere

Friendly welcome. We were lucky, the terrace was full, we had not made a reservation and we still got a table outside. Despite the crowds we received excellent service. We ordered mussels and a steak. Value for money and didn't have to wait long for our food. Highly recommended if you are in beautiful Yerseke.

Had asparagus with salmon on Saturday evening.... The 4 Asparagus were really not tasty, it seemed a bit chemical. There were a few potatoes that were undercooked and the price was around €30.50......a bit of a shame.

Made a quick stop and had asparagus soup. Delicious. The appearance of the owner is very positive. Cheers to the whole thing

Had a delicious meal tonight with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece and my wife. The food was super tasty and the service was very friendly. In one word, great. We will definitely come back someday.

Before collecting oysters, first a cup of coffee with grandmother's apple pie. Because there were five of us, we were allowed to pull up an extra table ourselves and enjoyed a cup of coffee outside on the terrace and a piece of really freshly baked apple pie (only two cakes baked by the sister-in-law, so we were told) which was really not to be missed. Highly recommended for enthusiasts.

We komen elk jaar een keer in Yerseke en lopen dan altijd langs de oesterkwekerijen langs de dijk. Deze keer eens door het dorp zelf gegaan en een fijn restaurant ontmoet. Personeel zéér vriendelijk en in de half open keuken zag je dat er ontspannen en netjes gewerkt werd. De 1e keer voor een borrel binnengekomen, prima rode wijn uit Frankrijk. Op de kaart zagen we allerlei lekkere gerechten dus de volgende dag voor een diner teruggegaan. Reserveren is slim. Ik nam als voorgerecht een zeeuwse vissoep, prima gevuld en ook mijn partner werd blij van de garnalenkroketten. Beide gingen we daarna voor 2 zeebaarzen, heerlijk (met smaak) gebakken. Lekkere frietjes erbij en een fijne witte wijn. Daarna nog een koffie met een borreltje Fles water gratis en ook de snoepjes bij de koffie werden niet gerekend.

Small restaurant with busy takeaway. Long time between starter and main course. When we asked about it we received an unpleasant answer, which is a shame because the food was great! We also politely asked if we could take the empty oyster shells with us and the lady would put them in a bag. As we left she greeted us and off we went. Too bad and once again too bad.

Lovely place, very cozy, warm welcome and smooth, perfect service by the hostess. If you are in Yerseke, you should definitely come here. You can also just have a drink, nice beer or wine here. (We were here with our family on 05.11.2023) Recommended!

Net als op zondag aan schuiven aan de familie tafel. No nonsense lekker eten in interieur dat net kitsch genoeg heeft om de vele avond gezellig in door te brengen. De magen lekker gevuld en het glas nooit leeg.

Gezellig en lekker. Heel vriendelijk, wel 1 minpuntje....erg remoerig. Je kunt elkaar bijna niet verstaan.

Leuke zaak, een heerlijke omelet gegeten! Goede koffie, kortom het was kei lekker!

Heerlijk gegeten, Ribeye was zeer groot en ontzettend lekker. Ook de kinderen en rest van de familie hebben genoten.

Ohne Reservierung ging aber aussen was. Service und Essen waren zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Eine klare Empfehlung! Tolles kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Wir mussten etwas finden, dass nicht nur Fisch anbietet und hier haben alle etwas gefunden. Die Bedienung war super nett.

We hebben hier lekker gegeten, en vonden de bediening vriendelijk. Het interieur is netjes, maar niet zo gezellig. Prijs/kwaliteit is ok.

Met onze fietsclub en tussenstop gemaakt in 'tAnker. Lekker gegeten, goede en snelle bediening. Jammer dat we niet individueel konden afrekenen, wat wel ging vorig jaar. Is uiteindelijk geen issue.

Niet zo heel veel keuze, maar als je aan zee zit probeer je best de verse vis..... En die is verrukkelijk. .. vriendelijke bediening,charmante zaak en heerlijk eten tegen schappelijk prijs. Bedankt !

Gisteren zeer lekker gegeten. Goede bediening een aanrader 👍en niet te vergeten Belgische bieren.

Wij halen graag spareribes bij het anker. Zijn echt super lekker en iedereen is altijd super vriendelijk!
