Fish platter with 4 types of fish, plenty and very tasty, accompanied by chips, fried potatoes, vegetables and salad, mayonnaise and ravigotte sauce.

Only visited on July 23rd for a drink. The beer menu is quite limited. A great location that exudes authenticity and is apparently recommended for dining.

Top Restaurant/ Kneipe Super Preisleistungsverhältnis Super Personal und super liebe Besitzer. Sehr zu empfehlen . Reservieren muss man bevor man hingeht 😉aber es lohnt sich😍

You won't find this kind of value for money in Belgium. We paid €22 per person for a fried fish platter that the four of us could barely finish.

Wat een heerlijk restaurant! Mooie kaart met schappelijke prijzen en zeer uitgebreid met groenten, friet en aardappeltjes. Nog nooit zulke lekkere sliptongetjes gegeten! Ook de visschotel en de gebakken mosselen vielen goed in de smaak. Ruime porties. Je kunt buiten of binnen eten. Komen zeker terug!

Reserved and we were too early, while the place was only half full, we had to wait to order. We had to sit according to THEIR rules (their words) food is certainly good and spacious. A course in customer service would do wonders!

A while ago we ate here with 2 people. We had a fish plate and the spare ribs. We really liked the food. We got a lot of side dishes such as fries, boiled vegetables, salad and potatoes. It was too much for us, but we had a delicious meal. One of us was gluten free. They really thought along with us and if we had questions, she asked the chef. So we also had a delicious gluten free meal. It was a bar and restaurant in one. When you enter, you immediately come into the bar area where there is also a pool table. If you walk through, you can walk into the dining area. If it is quiet there, you are assigned a place there and if it is busier you are assigned a place in the bar area. For the rest, a wonderful and nice experience.

Quaint little restaurant with great food and very friendly staff. Price performance is very good. Always a must when I'm around.

Had dinner here with family on August 22. A nice cozy establishment where the food is rich and good. The fish and meat are of good quality. A cozy pub filled with local people completes the picture. We enjoyed it. If you are (near) Bruinisse and want good food at a nice price, then you have come to the right place.

Very tasty meal here. Via trio was very tasty and a large plate full. In addition, as a group we also received quite a lot of fries and baked potatoes, as well as warm vegetables and salad. Delicious!

Onbeschofte mensen, de hele dag gevaren en dorstig. We mochten wat drinken maar voor bitterballen hadden ze geen tijd, het werd al aardig druk namelijk, uhhu er zaten pas 3 tafels in het restaurant. Ik hoop niet dat dit kenmerkend is voor de zeeuwse vriendelijkheid. Kortaf en ongastvrij dat is de beleving hier.

Nice meal. We ordered the fish plate for 2 people and it was more than enough. Large portions. Service is very friendly and the atmosphere on the terrace is great. Worth repeating as far as we are concerned.

They have never heard of customer friendliness here. Surly unfriendly woman behind the bar (lady?). The place wasn't full at all and yet they supposedly had no room?! We were told this in a gruff manner!

Zeer bizar ontvangen,menu kaart kregen we niet "omdat het te druk was"? Drinken mochten we bestellen zonder een kaart gezien te hebben. Na ongeveer een uur later brood met smeersels gekregen ,eerst de potjes saus en na 10 minuten het brood. Het eten op zich viel wel mee maar toen ik de rekening vroeg kon dit ook niet vooraleer ze de tafel hadden afgeruimd? Voor ons heel raar. Wij gaan zeker niet terug. Bijna 3 uur daar gezeten.

We are here on vacation and were looking for a restaurant, here we found what we were looking for, nice service (German speaking), nice atmosphere to sit outside and the fish platter for 2 people with plenty of side dishes we ordered was a culinary delight. The price for this great meal was perfect ok👌

Been here for dinner. The service was very friendly and attentive. The Dutch menu was even translated into German for us. The food was very tasty. The price-performance ratio is great and therefore a clear recommendation.

This time I came home from a rude awakening. Yesterday we had a drink and a bread platter. Then things went wrong after I asked a question (what are the costs for an extra portion of spareribs) and I received a blunt answer from DOUBLE PAYMENT. I said I don't need fries and salad. This made no difference. Don't get me wrong, the food is fine and the ladies are very nice, but there is an older lady walking there (I think the owner) who is unfriendly and looks like a "wet newspaper", unsympathetic and certainly not hospitable (there is simply no favorability factor) several I've been there many times (always give big tips) they know me there as “big spencer” but I'm not happy with this “action”. They don't see me there anymore.

Super prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Gezellig restaurant, lekker gewoon. We hebben echt heerlijk gegeten en super vriendelijke bediening. Jammer dat we niet in de buurt wonen, anders zou ik er vaker gaan eten!

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend mit den Kindern hier und alles hat gepasst. Aufmerksame Bedienung, Preis/Leistung sehr gut und nettes Lokal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente war nicht so schön, aber das Essen war gut. Der Service war super und konnte alle Sprachen, die man sich nur wünschen kann.

Das restaurant hat eine super schöne terrasse hinten raus. Damit hatten wir von außen vorne gar nicht gerechnet. Wir waren dort zu unserem 25. Hochzeitstag ganz lecker essen, nachdem wir es einen tag zuvor ausprobiert hatten. Wir hatten jeder an beiden tagen ein anderes gericht. Jedes essen war vorzüglich in der qualität und in verbindung mit den ganzen zutaten, die uns ohne aufpreis aufgetischt wurden, mehr als reichlich. Alle speisen waren liebevoll angerichtet und super lecker. Zudem kam, dass ich die holländische mayonnaise als kleines kind schon sehr geliebt habe, immer noch liebe. Dann verzichte ich gerne auf kroketten und ziehe die leckeren pommes frites dazu vor. Das personal war sehr freundlich, obwohl es am 2. Tag nur zu zweit gearbeitet hat und die terrasse voll mit vielen gästen belegt war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😘🤗❤️🐕

Kann ich als Geheimtipp nur Empfehlen, essen ist super lecker 😋, super Service und Aufmerksam. Parkplätze sind um die Ecke zu finden, zu Fuß von dort nur wenige Minuten, Ambiente ist ansehnlich, sogar einen Billard Tisch ist vorhanden. Alles in allen Perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder...

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zum Essen da und waren vollkommen zufrieden. 👍🏻 Wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte von der Karte wie zum Beispiel die Fischplatte und können es nur empfehlen, sollten wir nochmal in der Nähe Urlaub machen kommen wir gerne wieder 😋👍🏻

Muffelige Besitzerin, die uns aber trotzdem bedient hat 😄. Haben einen sehr leckeren Cappuccino getrunken und die Kinder ein Eis mit Sahne gegessen. Ist eigentlich ein Billiard-Pub, der wahrscheinlich Abends von Einheimischen genutzt wird, daher waren wir nachmittags um kurz nach 15 Uhr wohl eher lästig.

Unser erster Abend in Holland, spontan und ungeplant einen Tisch auf der Terrasse bekommen. Von außen eher unscheinbar doch sehr sehr lecker. Freundlicher Service, Bedienung spricht deutsch, Essen rasch erhalten. Große Portionen, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir waren nochmals dort, Auch beim 2. Mal nicht enttäuscht. Hier essen viele Einheimische!

Heel lekker gesmuld van grote porties met de nodige warme en koude bijgerechten - onze 4-persoons tafel was maar nét groot genoeg om alle schotels voor 2 personen op kwijt te kunnen. Een placemat onder de borden was wel aangenamer geweest dan de kale tafel. Alleen bijzonder jammer dat de sfeer totaal verpest werd door een feestje van 15 luidruchtige brandweermannen in dezelfde zaal - wij konden op een normaal stemniveau amper met elkaar praten... Tip voor de uitbater: als je een grote groep gasten hebt/verwacht, zet dan niemand bij in dezelfde zaal; in ons geval was er plaats aan de andere kant van de muur, dus dat had best gekund...

Verrassend goed gegeten! Een leuk restaurant, vriendelijke bediening en lekker gemoedelijk. De visplaat en spareribs waren top, als nagerecht hadden we de espresso schrobbèler ook erg lekker!

Taking the 4 fried fishes meal for two was an amazing experience for a very reasonable price. It's been a long time since I ate such nice and fresh fish!

Heerlijk vis gegeten en bediening luistert naar je helemaal top

Wat een gezellige plek, ook aan de bar. Wij namen de visschotel, 4 soorten in roomboter gebakken vis, geserveerd met gebakken aardappeltjes, frites, gemengde groenten en gemengde sla en....emmertje mayo.. Rijkelijk genoeg en 😋! Restant in doggie bag mee naar huis en dag erop weer gesmuld. Gastvrije lokale mensen, leuk biljart, TOP👌🏼

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Abend! Das Essen war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als gut. Der Service war hervorragend und die Bedienung wirklich sehr nett. Das Essen war schnell fertig und trotzdem frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und konnte sehr gut Englisch sprechen. Außerdem war es besonders toll, dass wir unseren kleinen Hund (angeleint) mit ins Restaurant nehmen konnten.
