Had a delicious meal again today, just like always. The delivery driver is always friendly too; simply a top-notch place!

I am very satisfied, good food, always friendly, I always enjoy coming back.

When we entered, we were able to order immediately; it didn't seem very busy either. We sat outside at the picnic table by the driveway and had to wait there for our order for more than three quarters of an hour—with children!! While we were sitting there, we saw many people come and go with bags of fries. We also saw the lady who apparently delivered in the little black car leave and return at least three times. Telephone orders apparently take priority here, or there are huge planning issues in the kitchen. After we finally received our order after 45 minutes and indicated that it was taking a long time, the lady in question reacted immediately in a very rude and irritated manner by saying that "that is only logical with 50 orders," after which the tray was placed on the table with an offended look. We were not told when ordering that it was busy with telephone orders, and afterwards, no apologies were even offered. On the contrary; we were even spoken to as if we shouldn't complain. Very poor communication with customers here. Tip for anyone not from around here who is passing through and wants to stop somewhere for a bite to eat: this place is definitely not for you! The place seems primarily geared towards delivering to the locals. Sorry, but I really am going to respond to your comment. Despite the long wait, we simply left you alone, despite the presence of 6 hungry children. In that regard, you had nothing to complain about regarding us as customers. When the young lady finally brought the order and asked who the "war fries" were for, it was literally said "that we didn't remember right now because the order was placed 45 minutes ago." That was meant to be funny, with a cynical undertone of course, but anything but "annoying" and "unnice." It stayed at that one sentence. She reacted immediately with exaggerated irritation and walked away with an angry face without saying a word. And now you are going to turn the tables and say that WE weren't polite? That is just as inaccurate as stating that the place was completely full, because you know just as well as I do that wasn't true. It was far too hot to sit inside due to the heatwave, and all the picnic tables outside were still free. We walked in and ordered within a few minutes. And if there were still 20 (or 50) vouchers waiting, why weren't we told in advance that we would have to wait a very long time? Then at least we and our children would have been prepared for it. You should have just admitted that things hadn't gone well, apologized, and then there would have been no big deal. I understand that you are trying to justify the review, but it is not right to twist the truth to do so.

Hardly any sauce, tasteless, and more expensive than others in the region. Not worth the drive.

I tasted sour meat for the first time today and it was really incredibly delicious. I liked it better than our Brabant stew. My compliments! And of course, the people were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I will definitely come back here again.

This place treats tourists with disrespect. I would never go to a place like that again. They need to be more humble. You can't even visit or take a picture because you liked the atmosphere and could come back to enjoy it next time, but you went in and didn't buy anything, and then they immediately act disrespectfully. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The chicken fingers were decent and the schnitzel with stroganoff sauce wasn't even tasty; the sauce was extremely sour, not tasty at all. You get something you didn't even order because it wasn't stroganoff sauce, it was terribly sour, and of course, way, way too expensive for a chip shop.

The food itself was fine...they just forgot to bring me food. In that case, the food is actually more expensive than stated. So, no more for me, and way too expensive for a chip shop.

We like to order here. The food is always tasty and large portions at fair prices, unlike most cafeterias. The kids box is very generously filled and delivery is always on time and friendly. A big pass for us.

We have been to bei ut Natascha before. We have indicated that we normally like the fries, but the last two times they have been extremely soggy. As if the fries have been in the bag for a very long time before the snacks are ready. We got the feeling that this was not being taken seriously. Even when we indicated that if that had been the first time we had fries from there, we would never have come again. Quality varies, sometimes it is very tasty, sometimes it is quite bad. I've had several times where I didn't like it. Often enough that it is very tasty. At the moment this chip shop is no longer our preference.

Tasty fries, good and friendly staff, large portions and very fair prices. The chip shop is homely decorated and well cared for. Have now become a regular customer at Ut Natascha!

Wachten op de bestelde schnitzel ok! Maar 35 minuten is vrij lang. Helaas viel de kwaliteit van de schnitzel tegen. Frieten ok, maar geen zin meer in na zolang te hebben gewacht.

Vlotte en leuke bediening. Eten is van prima kwaliteit.
