Cafetaria Car-San in Sappemeer

Wasn't used to it but fries were good The rest was inedible.

We went twice with a group, and almost all the fries were left half-cooked, not good either. We've seen better quality of other snacks, etc., but it was still acceptable given what we ordered. The atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a snack bar; it could have gotten 4 stars if the quality had been better.

Unfortunately, I just had a really bad experience. My wife and I walked in and sat down at a table. We decided what we wanted to eat, and I wanted to tell the waitress what we wanted. Then I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any of the waitresses speaking to me. Then I asked them to call me when they had time to place our order. We sat there for another 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. We left, and again, we didn't hear from the waitresses. I've been coming to your restaurant for years, but this was the last time.

If you order because you are on time, you get nothing in the pan because the egg balls were gone. But don't even call sir, we don't have any egg balls. You say something to them, big mouth, last time you eat here.

Wanted to order, waited half an hour, totally ignored by the staff, of course I left, never ever again!

Ordered fries, when I got home the containers were melted and there was plastic on the fries. Drove back with the containers and instead of apologizing, a big mouth asked where the fries are.

I would have included photos of the half trays and fries that you can see through because the potato has been fried out, but apparently that is not allowed because then my review will not be posted I would have liked to call personally, but they have already left the phone behind. Called 6:08 PM order placed. It's ready at 6:30 PM, fine, our son walks in at 6:25 PM. 6:40 PM Not back yet, I tell him, then ask him how and what? Teenagers, so no, they don't. I call, yes, from the car at 6:45 PM, talking until 6:55 PM, so I just walk in. No, said the girl, I just put the fries in (second lie) because it was at the bottom of the bag! And if so, call us and we will write down your name and you will get it for free next time. We are very busy because BONTE HUIS is closed, unfortunately I said that because we have been going there for a long time and it was always wonderful, after we left you two years ago, but everyone deserves a second chance and your peanut sauce is really the best of all cafeterias, still a plus. Okay, when we got home, as predicted, cold overcooked fries, see photos, the potatoes were no longer there. I had a big fries war, but to my surprise I had exactly the same bowl of fries as our son who had a normal one and they are filled to the brim, not like in the past with an extra scoop in it. Lukewarm snacks, but because we were so hungry we decided to eat them. And now I try to call from 7:28 PM to 7:50 PM just in conversation. You don't have to write down my name because I will never come to you again, today was really the worst time ever! I really understand that the staff is doing their best, but you should really do something about the quality, because this way you might lose even more customers. A man next to me felt the same way. Too many bad times, but today was the last straw. I would like to end on a positive note. MELISSA IS WORTH GOLD! I order fries and a frikandel. I eat it and the owner comes and asks who I am. That it doesn't concern him and is also very rude; He doesn't understand either. And what about the portion of fries. It's very small. Who does he think, who is he? By the way, I thought I was the only one who got sick from the frikandel. Let him eat it himself.

New policy at Car San, small bowls of fries and then filled to the brim and no cup on top, normally I would call this a child's portion, but that is not enough for him... If you want to file a complaint by telephone, you are allowed 10 minutes on hold!! Looking for a better snack bar, but that can quickly happen....

Van de 4-5 keer afhalen nu 3 keer buikpijn gehad van de frikandel, personeel (jongetjes) zijn meer bezig met elkaar (stoere praat) dan met gefocust hun werk doen (eten om 18:40 afhaal besteld, net aan 19:00 klaar) Wij slaan over

Kapsalon is lekker. En saté van de haas ook. Echt top.

Voor de derde maal patat komen eten en voor de derde maal het smaakt niet lekker. Kies de volgende keer toch een ander eetgelegenheid.

Eten smaakte goed, was er ook binnen 10minuten klaar na het bestellen. cafetaria is van binnen leuk aangekleed.

Met de kids gaan zitten om te eten Hebben meer dan 3 kwartier gewacht...en prijs kwaliteit???was meer kwijt dan bij de McDonald's... saté saus was net pindakaas zo dik ....sjagerijnig personeel..nee jammer 10 jan 2032...Update Door samenloop van omstandigheden....vandaag opnieuw naar Car-san... En De oude eigenaar is weg. En ja...stukken beter dan mijn 1ste post... Personeel stuk vriendelijker en de shoarma schotels waren prima

De eigenaar kwam naar buiten terwijl wij daar aan het eten zijn en een kennis van mij kwam erbij zitten en ging als een gek tekeer tegen hem niet netjes

Prima snackbar! Ik hoef niet lang te wachten, het eten is lekker en zeker niet duur.

Zorg dat je flink trek hebt als je ter plekke eet. Ze serveren grote porties. Maar neem geen frietje saté. De pindasaus is verschrikkelijk. De rest is prima. Kleine investering om het toilet op te knappen kan geen kwaad. Vriendelijke bediening. Prijzen zijn redelijk.

Personeel niet supervriendelijk en eten duur. Spinnenwebben op de muur:(

Voorheen nooit geen problemen gehad. Goede kwaliteit en redelijke bezorging. Maar nu wacht ik al 2 uur op mijn bezorging. Vraag me dan ook af. Gaan de telefonische bezorgingen voor de internet bezorgingen ofzo? Dit hoort in iedergeval niet zo.

Duurt lang als je t laat bezorgen. Als je geluk hebt binnen 1.5 uur. Als je na een uur belt is de bezorger altijd net onderweg. Laatst waren ze ons gewoon vergeten...en ook toen was de bezorger net onderweg, toen we belden na een uur wachten. Ik hoef denk ik niet te vermelden hoe lang we uiteindelijk hebben gewacht.Niet altijd vriendelijk personeel. Voor de rest is het eten best goed.

Bezorging is bar en bar slecht iK raad aan om hier NOOIT te bestellen met bezorging echt NOOIT

Slechte zaak Geen tosti's te verkrijgen. Iets anders ook niet naar wens. Halve koppen water voor de thee. Bediening kortaf.

Slecht. 2 uur gewacht.. nog niks. Maar afgebeld, we eten wel brood.

Heerlijk gegeten en wat een leuk gesprek met het personeel. Tot de volgende keer.
