Ordered food and it never arrived. Also tried to contact but no phone number is reachable. Do not deliver here!

I've picked up some takeout here before. That was okay. I haven't seen any sign of life here in weeks. There are still a few tables folded up outside. I'm surprised you can still order online here.

Ordered food last Thursday, November 14, 2024, nothing delivered, couldn't be reached by phone. Haven't gotten a refund yet. Ugh, it looks like it's closed, but you can still order, which is strange.

What a bloody mess, unbearable! I ordered here through Uber Eats, but suddenly I couldn't track my order anymore, and the arrival time was delayed and ultimately wasn't even visible anymore. I called the number listed on Uber Eats twice, but no answer. Then I called the number listed on Google. The first time they hung up, and the second time someone answered the phone but didn't say anything except breathe! I understand it's Halloween weekend, but just act normal. Anyway, two hours later, €20 poorer, and still no food.

Too bad you didn't want to hire me. I would have done everything differently. Everything would have been cleaned, and the food would have been much better. You shouldn't be lounging on a couch; you should be cleaning... missed opportunity.

I've tried to order food from here twice, completely blind. Both times, the food wasn't delivered, and unfortunately, I paid for it. I got my money back for one of the orders. I'm still waiting for the second. I really enjoyed the food and the fast delivery last year. I really wonder what happened back then.

We called at 10:00 PM because we had no food yet. Phone rang endlessly. So no food. Not delivered complaint created via Thuisbezorgd. Then ordered food again at another restaurant. Trying to contact Checkpoint all evening. Pointless. At 11:00 PM I suddenly read on Thuisbezorgd that our order had been delivered. But not with us. People don't order anything here. Choose a different cafeteria. You have been warned. Updated 03-01-2024. Thuisbezorgd handled the complaint, but could not reach Checkpoint. They aim to resolve the complaint within 48 hours. If you read other reviews about this rogue restaurant. I'm afraid I can whistle for my money. Again, don't order anything here if you paid in advance. Pay in cash at the door. Then I suspect they will suddenly show up. Update: Thuisbezorgd has neatly refunded the full amount. According to Checkpoint, something had gone wrong in the system. I question Checkpoint's statement because we received confirmation and notification that the order was on its way and later that evening notification that the order would be delivered.

Just ordered food. The fries were tasty but we had war sauce which was inedible and was very watery which is not normal at all. Also had shawarma roll which was also not good.
