Cafetaria "De Köster" in Wijk 21 Keent

Delicious fresh fries and tasty snacks, and you can sit comfortably there both outside (weather permitting) and inside. The best fries in Weert!

Outdoor terrace as well as takeaway. Delicious dishes and 'regular' snack bar food. Friendly service.

The food was tasty, but waiting 40 minutes for two bottles of drink and more than an hour for two plates of fries with a snack... then your process isn't in order. Many others were also grumbling about drinks, having tables wiped, and food.

I've only had experience with the fries, but they are outstanding. If you're in Weert, grab some fries at De Köster!

We were there for the first time today. Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the outdoor area is beautifully designed. I highly recommend it. It's definitely worth a visit.

Due to different ordering options (online, via portal) it takes a very long time

Had to wait way too long, 1 hour for a frikandel with fries. Never again.

They still have real fries here, just the way fries should be. The snacks are also good quality, and the staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. Fast and good service, and the sauerkraut was also excellent on the crispy fries! I'll definitely be back.

One of the oldest and best chip shops in Weert and the surrounding area. The currywurst and fries are highly recommended. They're only open in the afternoon, though.

Great chip shop, too bad you have to order at a pole, very impersonal and you have to search for a long time

Ordering at a pole, no contact with the people who work there. Didn't get what we ordered and the fries we got weren't cooked through. In short, not social and bad, so a one-off!

Another delicious schnitzel on the cozy terrace!!

Remains the tastiest fries in Weert. And ditto shawarma dish.

Really more of a quality restaurant than a cafeteria in my opinion. Just a little better than other comparable places. And... Delicious French fries as an extra choice. Yum yum.

Good food there or to take away. The hygiene is excellent. Good service and fast service. Restaurant is attached, but make sure you reserve in advance.

Best fries in Weert. Delicious cod for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately today Bad experience with the sexton Fries very fried and greasy Bami block fried very black and full of fat. Unfortunately I cannot post a photo with this review

Delicious fries and a wide variety of side dishes!

Always thought it was good, but rarely came. Now that I live closer, I do it almost every week. Delicious fresh fries and nice owner.

Delicious food. However, it takes way too long. I've been there twice and twice waited longer than 45 minutes between entering and receiving the food. While there were only 6 people waiting in the store at both times.

Delicious fries that since worth waiting for

Arguably the best chip shop in the region. Been coming here for at least forty years. Always throw it where, and still enjoy it when I come. Something can happen if you wait longer.

Super tasty, fresh fries, delicious peanut sauce and the shawarma dish with garlic as a tip!

Undoubtedly the best chip shop in Weert. Delicious food and friendly service. This is eating with pleasure. Lots of fresh products. Relax with a drink at the terrace hair. It can't get any better.

If you really want to eat delicious food, De Koster is the right place, fresh fries and the pickled meat is also highly recommended, many things are homemade, you can eat inside, but you can also order and pick up in different ways.

Very customer oriented, great place to eat. Icon when it comes to cafeteria in Weert and surrounding areas. They make no effort to please you as a customer. And it has been that way for as long as I remember. A really nice thing.

I have eaten there, picked up and ordered by telephone. But bah bah, that's really disappointing. It all takes way too long and the price doesn't lie... And it takes a while before they understand you over the phone. And you have to wait a long time in the car before you can get your food. WORTHLESS restaurant “. Go after someone else

This is THE chip shop in Weert and surrounding areas. Best home-made fries, best service, we come here regularly and are very satisfied every time.

I think it's worthless that you have to wait 45 minutes before you get your food. The food wasn't everything either. I'll go to another place where it's better

After a surprise outing, we enjoyed the delicious chicken satay and hare satay 🥰👌🏽

Ordering by telephone and collecting afterwards works excellently. The fries and snacks are of good quality. Everything is neatly taken care of.

THE snack bar in Weert for more than 50 years

There was a lot against the food and the cutlery and napkins were dirty. And 2 years ago the food was better and there was less staff sitting on the terrace.

Very good fries, very friendly people. Top tent!

Delicious fries and dishes, all well presented

Top cafeteria! The 1st time I order a Meatball Special and the meatball and onion rings are not burnt! Add fresh fries, peanut sauce and warm curry sauce, delicious!

Very good fries, but ordering has been very bad lately. In the past you could pick it up at an agreed time. De Koster has been unable to do this lately. The last 3 times I had to wait 20 minutes or longer in the chip shop itself.... Perhaps no longer offering to order in 4 different ways.

good food affordable price and nice smooth operation

Very busy, small and no option to eat on site. Satay sauce not tasty, sour and the snack it was on was thrown away.

The Special Shoarma dish is still just as tasty as it was 30 years ago. And then it was already the tastiest dish in Weert. Delicious satay sauce, great homemade fries and fantastic Shawarma. De Koster is a household name in Wieertj!!

We have been living in Weert for 3 months now and have tried almost all the chip shops. NO ONE can beat this one! I even dare to say that this is one of the better chip shops in Central Limburg. Whatever you take here: everything is delicious. Delicious fresh home-cut fries (where do you still see this?!) and also tasty snacks. The owner gave me the tip to try Brander mayo. Unfortunately I now have an addiction...ohhh so good. We are regular customers, even though we live on the other side of Weert :)

Best fries in Weert and surroundings! Homemade sauces are recommended to choose with your food!!

Tue, Dec 27, we had a nice meal with 4 adults and 4 children Was more than worth the wait

Today we got schnitzel with fries and some raw vegetables, boy, what a party, and also super hot. The goulash croquette is also recommended.

Nice people and choice of gluten-free snacks. Smooth operation.

It was fun and busy, good food!

Always good food. and good service.

Eating and drinking takes a very long time

Nice and friendly service. Lovely "restaurant" set up and chilled atmosphere.

Very tasty fries, very friendly staff, it was very busy and we asked how we should order because we wanted to eat outside, a small misunderstanding had arisen so we asked again what was going on. But very soon afterwards we received our food and also with a gift from the company for the inconvenience. I thought this was really thoughtful. You are an example to many others. Thank you, I will definitely come back more often. I recommend everyone to eat here and you will definitely come back.

A household name in Weert, good quality!!!

This used to be a cafeteria. Nowadays it is a takeaway place. The atmosphere is that of a factory. Nobody has time for a chat anymore. That's too bad. The fries are still good.

Usually tasty fresh fries, but also regularly small, rock-hard fries, which is a shame

Delicious fries, but the snacks were a bit soggy (frik.spec. and bami block). Hence no 5*

Fries got cold very quickly, which is a shame

Good service and chef makes a wide range of food freshly prepared

Always good. Our favorite chip shop.

After many years, fries with sour meat and a special frikadel with peanut sauce......delicious!!

Very neat place, friendly employees and good, tasty food. Good service and cooperative employees.

Delicious fries war and a peanut snack (meatball special in the south)! Definitely come back again🤩

Nice cozy cafeteria schnitzels super tasty and also half rooster well prepared and very tasty

It was delicious, worth repeating, highly recommended!

A very good chip shop and a good restaurant, definitely worth a visit

Delicious food. And always friendly staff. Great👍

One of the better chip shops in Weert.

Delicious fresh fries and various meals. Recommended

Very neat. Great service and simply the tastiest fries in Weert.

Always enjoy a tasty fries and snack.

Delicious freshly made thick fries, French fries also available, ordering possible via Whatsapp, by telephone and online ordering via the website. The choice is huge. Also for various dishes and menus, such as noodles, nasi and Zigeuner schnitzel.

Had to wait a shamefully long time! Important

Great thing. Have a lot of good products. And delicious home-made fresh fries! Nom nom

Very good anti-covid 19 measures!

Would love to come there from Amsterdam

The fries were not cooked properly and were still raw on the inside. Service was good and the carona tasted excellent

The best chip shop in Weert, delicious fresh fries and artisan products, such as curry sausages and pickled meat

I didn't like the chicken skewers. The peanut sauce resembled that of the Chinese, so it was not special. The fries were not really great... the presentation of the chicken skewer dish was good. Moreover, it took a long time for the order to be ready. 30 minutes. No to come here again... no

Delicious fries and everything neatly arranged. Super tasty cut.

Perfect service and very good food. Always liked coming here. Also take allergies into account. Super!!

We come here regularly for a delicious hare satay!

Very tasty fries and the pickled meat is excellent 👍

Delicious fries! We have now had fries there twice, but once we got much more fries for €7.50 than the other time. Other than that, great business, friendly staff and a handy system during the busy times when it comes to drawing tickets!

Great place, very good service and tasty food.

Delicious french fries The quality and quantity are very good. Highly recommend this restaurant, good quality fast food at a reasonable price.

Delicious fries and friendly employees

Super friendly people, neat looking place, delicious food

Tasty fresh fries. It takes a long time, but ordering online is also possible!

Very good fries and friendly staff. It can take a long time before you are helped by the ordering system they use here. If you come to pick up, don't forget to grab a ticket with a number. Ordering online is also possible. This is certainly one of the best chip shops in Weert!

We had a delicious meal for an affordable price

Super food for an affordable price

the tastiest fries in Limburg! and there is only 1 in the country with the tastiest peanut sauce, and that is the kôster!

A household name in Weert! Good food excellent staff. Highly recommended for a quick bite. But their catering service is perfect.

They have delicious frikkandellen peanut sauce

The tastiest chip shop in Weert

Good food and nice people, what more could you want

One of the better snack bars in Weert.

Super tasty fries but you always wait a very long time, at least 30 minutes.

Had a delicious meal on the terrace at the köster

very poor, no stars, stingy, greasy fries, little meat with the dishes and so on

Delicious fries and snacks. Been coming there for years and almost every Friday. 👌
