Nice people, nice shop, but the fries don't have any salt. Unfortunately, that's often the case in the Netherlands. Adding salt doesn't really work either, because the salt falls off. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

People from the west; Google for chip shops in Limburg instead of snack bar. It's a very busy place. Good sign for me. Food is good, friendly staff. And as for the price; I thought my final bill wasn't too bad. These are general prices. I saved it for next time when I'm in South Limburg. Now (next time) again. Still good food.

Initially fine. The last 2 times the pickled meat was unedible. Quality is far from constant.

Some time ago I ordered a shawarma sandwich, among other things. When we got home it turned out that it was not a shawarma roll as you should get it, but a thick, soggy Italian bun. No thin strips of lean meat, as it should be, but large chunks of soggy meat, dripping with fat. I took two bites of it and immediately picked up the phone to call Cafetaria De Markt and make it clear that this was not what I mean by a shawarma sandwich. Response: "That's just how we make a shawarma sandwich." After a lot of trouble they were able to "arrange something else for me". When I said that I didn't want anything else because I wanted a shawarma sandwich and therefore just wanted my money back and that I would get that shawarma elsewhere, the request was rejected again. Then I had to come back tomorrow afternoon when the owner of Cafetaria de Markt was there. Elsewhere a decent shawarma sandwich (+ fries, because they had become cold) and drove back to Cafetaria de Markt. Returned the sandwich and asked again if I could get the money back. I was told the same thing again about 'the boss' and that 'they couldn't get any money from the cash register'. When I was not satisfied with that, they wanted to call 'the boss'. The result of that conversation: I was told again that I had to come back the next day between 12 and 2 p.m. 'because the boss would be there then'. When I said that I wasn't going to come back a third time for something that could easily be arranged, they shrugged their shoulders and that was it. When I said that this would be the last time I had been to Cafetaria de Markt, the immediate response was 'Okay, bye!!!' and when I closed the door behind me, there was another loud laugh. This is now more than a year ago. Never went back to Cafetaria de Markt since. It's a shame that complaints are handled this way, while it would have been so easy to convert this into a positive experience.

We ate delicious fries with pickled meat and a frikadel. Really tasty!

The tastiest zoervleisch in the Netherlands. I live near Deventer, and when I visit family in Limburg I make a detour here. Have never been disappointed. The service is aimed at a good experience for the customer. Should get a Michelin star from me.

If you live in Simpelveld, Friture de Markt is simply the place to be. It is always delicious and their menu is constantly expanding with special and tasty dishes.

Just grabbing a quick bite to eat. An extensive menu to choose from. It is not an average cafeteria, but one that wants to profile itself compared to other cafeterias. The dish is presented with attention and style.

The snitchel was very tasty and tasted delicious and not dry at all. Definitely recommended if you drive past. Frikandel and fries are also very good with our own service for salads of several types. Also good against waste for people who don't want that.

If you suffer from choice stress, you should definitely not go here. Lots of choice. Also strange combinations, but everything I have eaten here so far has been just as tasty. Fast and friendly service for takeaway and served slightly differently if you have a bite to eat on site.

Best chip shop in Simpelveld! Friendly, fast and always pleasant. You can eat there or take the fries with you. Quality is always good and tasty.

Very expensive and the goulash had a nasty aftertaste. We received our fries with goulash on a breakfast plate!! Large undercooked pieces of meat that didn't taste like goulash at all. The sauce was made with water so thin.

Best fries (sorry Friet😜) in a while. If you are on holiday near Simpleveld, this tent is definitely recommended.

A wide choice of food and extremely tasty. Certainly reasonably priced for the Dutch catering industry and the portions are large enough to keep your stomach well filled after a day of work. When the weather is nice, it is also possible to sit outside, both at the front and on the side. The burgers are recommended and available in many varieties.

Best chip shop in Simpelveld lots of choice price quality good and if you want to get a nice soft ice cream you can do it here nice and beautiful in the city center super shop 1 thing at the back outside you don't sit so nice size at the front outside nice near the water parking there is plenty!! ! Also a nice coloring page for children!!

The arrangement and layout of the tables makes it feel a bit uncomfortable. Although attention has been paid to the furnishings. Due to the hustle and bustle behind the counter and in the takeaway area, it can sometimes be noisy. Due to crowds, the food can sometimes be slightly different than usual. Like not really warm anymore or incomplete.

For me, this cafeteria is one of the best in our region. The products are well cared for and the staff is friendly. However, you have to drive to Simpelveld, so walking doesn't seem very convenient to me. The automatic cash system is also an advantage for me....

Net wezen eten met dochterlief. Zoals bekend vreselijk duur. Twee feitjes met saus en mayonaise, twee snacks, twee drankjes. Afgerekend waar je normaal voor vier mensen voor haalt in een Friture. Lekker is het zeker, dat mag gezegd worden, maar we wisten niet dat we twee, na “normale” porties friet besteld te hebben, qua hoeveelheid twee kinderfrietjes op een ontbijtbordje zouden krijgen waar ook nog de snacks bij liggen. Belachelijk weinig voor welgeteld 4,65 per portie (zonder mayonaise). Zoals ik ben maak ik daar een opmerking over aan de balie als gevraagd word of het gesmaakt heeft. Krijg dan al gauw het idee niet serieus genomen te worden, want de aardappels zijn duurder geworden en de uien zelfs dubbel zo duur. Nou: als je daarom je producten voor een astronomisch bedrag duurder maakt (of dan duur verkoopt) en je gaat dan ook nog minder geven, verhoog je de prijs dus aan twee kanten. Alleen dat al grenst aan oplichting. Vervolgens wordt gezegd dat het ligt “aan wie er staat, … geeft altijd teveel. Nou: … werkt er al zeker vijfentwintig jaar, als diegene teveel zou geven zou hij er niet zo lang werken, of de Friture zou niet meer bestaan. Het is dat ik er een nostalgisch gevoel bij heb, maar eigenlijk meer dan voldoende redenen om nooit meer te gaan.

Lekker eten en erg vriendelijk personeel!

Heerlijke friettent.. met nog eens een aantal lekkere hapjes.. Reifkoekjes moet je eens proberen daar.. Echt een heerlijke aanrader... Vriendelijke mensen en personeel.. echt een aanrader in zuidlimburg. Het kan soms wel eens druk zijn. Maar je wachten word hartelijk beloont als het druk is.

Mooie zaak en heerlijk eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt er gezellig buiten zitten en ook is er aan de honden gedacht staat altijd water voor ze vooral belangrijk voor de warme dagen een aanrader!!!!

Toilet is zeer slecht en vuil, afgebroken toiletbril bij de dames en verder ook een hele vieze vloer en randen.
