Ordered food tonight at cafetaria de rooie brug. Very satisfied with the food and the communication! After I forgot to add a drink and flames, they gave me that too, and would then give me a tikkie. After I didn't get a tikkie I thought to myself, I'll call them to ask where the tikkie was😅 then the gentleman said to me, because you are so honest about the payment you will get the drink and flames from me🤗 really super sweet! People honesty is rewarded super and fantastic eatery and delicious food at home! Nice and on time with the orders and very good service!!!

Just after eight I receive an email that my order has been canceled. Called the restaurant, which indicated that it was due to home delivery, that they did not have enough delivery people. If I'm not wearing anything at all, then don't accept that order. It is apparently a known problem for this business, in another review it is referred to that if you order via their own website this problem does not exist, only through their own website the order is more expensive, strangely enough... Then besides, this business chooses to be present at home delivery, so I also think it is their responsibility to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You can't make a customer wait 90 minutes and then pass everything off to home delivery. Edit after owner's response: Owner also demonstrates a nice example of customer friendliness. Great, the chance that I will order via their own website next time has also shrunk to 0%. What a retarded response

Everything exudes the original snack bar as we used to know it. Products are a bit more pricey than elsewhere, but you really get super quality. I think, for example, the frikandels are also a little longer than at other snack bars. Owner super friendly and makes hogweed himself in the store (delicious with fresh onion slices).

In the end I went there myself, the gentleman was very short and when I walked out they shouted sorry after me. I was supposed to get in touch, but so far that hasn't happened. In short, no longer, I understand that it is busy, but to treat customers like this and deliver your food like that, I just think it's rude, but when I read the reviews everywhere, apparently I'm not the only one in this, unfortunately.

We never received our order!! When we called a second time to ask where your food was, we were told that it had been delivered. The conversation got stuck in a "sir, it's your word against the delivery man's word". No solution was offered, even though we really had received nothing. And we were not believed. Scandalous!! €30. lost, no food and had to give children a sandwich after 45 minutes of waiting. Never ordering here again!!!!!

Ordered food online today and was quite shocked when I arrived. Nowhere is taken into account in terms of safety regarding corona, staff and delivery people work without gloves, staff and delivery people do not keep their distance, there were even 5 to 6 people behind the counter at the same time. There is no indication for customers to keep their distance, there are no signs or instructions, everyone just does what they can while scooter deliverers without gloves or whatever just avoid bumping into you when walking in and out. People are standing and sitting next to each other with way too many at the same time and not even anything is said, really too ridiculous for words, and very dangerous! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here at the moment. Fortunately, I have some nice photos for the GGD
