They don't deliver, so that's a real shame. Because of this, I'm going to order from somewhere that does deliver.

The food is good and the place is very neat and clean but the prices are ridiculous. I ordered a croquette sandwich with mayonnaise. The croquette sandwich was 3.65 on the expensive side but still okay, but I had to pay an extra 85 cents for a little mayonnaise on it. I will never come here again.

Hi, I wouldn't order from here. I called ahead to pick up at the agreed-upon time, but they still hadn't started the order. The food was cold and had hair in it. Also, the order wasn't recorded correctly. Regards.

I recently ate at this restaurant and noticed that the portions/meals were very small. I'm a 10-year-old and it wasn't enough for me, so I advise everyone not to eat there. You're better off going to McDonald's because you get more for your money there. In addition, the fries/chips were cold and had no salt on them. They were very sticky and seemed like they weren't cooked through. I reported this to the employee behind the counter, who pretended not to hear me and went on to help other customers. My mother also spoke to the employee and still pretended not to hear us. This was remarkable because she could have taken our order. They only want to make money. We spent €18+ per person, which is a lot for a cafeteria.

Had a delicious meal and friendly staff

I was craving fries so much that I ordered, among other things, "patatje oorlog" (fried "war fries"). It turns out that "patatje oorlog" in Leiden consists of mayonnaise, peanut sauce, and curry. I called back and explained that I wasn't familiar with "patatje oorlog" and hoped she would accommodate me, but to my regret, she showed no sympathy. Too bad!

The meager portion of fries was cold and undercooked. This, combined with a third of the usual amount of mayo. If the price were also a third of the norm, it might be understandable, but alas. I might try again in a year.

A nice place to have something to eat. However, food left much to be desired. Ras fries had cooled down considerably (I think I left the plate too long before serving it). Of course I passed it on, but the gentleman said that the fries couldn't be cold!? So that was of no use to you. The half chicken was way too dry. Couldn't get rid of it. I think there are far too few staff for what is available. Too bad because it is quite a nice tent.

So clean and tidy space. LOVE the spicy kip burger🍔I recommend ordering it as menu , so you wouldn’t loose the chance of eating fresh fries and mayo

We arrived unexpectedly with a large group. Tables were pushed together. Good and friendly service and delicious fries! With the friendly neighborhood ladies, it created a great atmosphere.

Just ordered a sundae-like ice cream “cookie monster”. I got a cup with not tasty soft ice cream, a few chocolate flakes that you put on your bread and some round cookies. For 3 people I paid €13,- and something. We didn’t get any further than the topping, because we felt sick from the soft ice cream. The ice cream that they show on the board above the bar does not match what they give you and then ask for so much money. Very disappointing… for this money I get much better at Jamin so no ice cream here for me. The lady behind the counter was very friendly though.

This place is a great family business that really pays attention to the little things. The burger is one of the best I've eaten in Leiden. The service is friendly and the decor is well thought out. All in all a hidden gem in Southwest Leiden, highly recommended.

Food is always tasty, the snack bar always clean. Lots of choice. Something went wrong twice in the past with our order, but otherwise always good!

Mooie zaak, toiletten waren hygienisch en schoon. Friet was super goed gebakken. Netjes verpakt meegegeven en vriendelijke mensen.

Kwaliteit en het eten is prima. Het echte enige nadeel is die taal barrière. Het personeel spreekt gebrekkig en vaak onverstaanbaar Nederlands. Klant moet vaak alles voorkauwen en uitleggen/herhalen wat vaak to irritatie bij de klant leid. Men is super vriendelijk maar dit taal probleem zorgt er helaas ook voor dat klanten minder snel geneigd zijn hier te gaan eten.

Prima cafetaria voor afhalen of ter plaatsen eten. Aardige medewerkers en kwaliteit frites is goed. Niet zacht maar gewoon lekker.

1 van de weinige leuke snackbars in Leiden waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Tevens hebben ze een diverse keuze en goede kwaliteit.

't Zwaantje is een petit restaurant "patatzaak" waar je lekkere spullen kunt krijgen. Ze hebben heerlijke menuboxen en lekkere satè, helaas is de satèsaus op z'n chinees gemaakt. Dus voor mij persoonlijk minder lekker.

Snackbar, gerund door Aziaten. Ze proberen er een beetje een lunchroom van te maken qua service en aanbod, maar dat lukt maar half. Erg lang wachten aan tafel voor er iemand aandacht aan je schenkt. Broodjes hard, taai en niet vers. Beleg saai en smakeloos.
