With the new owner as of January 1, 2026, this is going to be a great spot for lunch, snacks, catering, or just some delicious fresh (cut) fries! Fresh&Fries 🍟

The food was cold when it arrived, and on top of that, they're harassing us about having to give the correct address from now on. So we looked at them in surprise, and it turns out we'd given the correct address through Thuisbezorgd (provable in black and white), but they'd put the wrong number on the receipt. So you call and expect some kind of apology for the cold food, but no, we just shouldn't be so blunt... Never again for us, anyway, and so be aware of what you're getting. If you don't want to be harassed and have cold food, I'd order from somewhere else.

What incredibly rude people work here and are the "boss." The end result is cold fries and snacks and a big mouth full of threatening accusations. I advise never to order anything from here; if they make a mistake, they'll yell and curse at you as if you did it. They don't look at any evidence and, of course, they don't offer any solutions. Have a wonderful Christmas Eve. Brief explanation: I ordered fries and snacks from Wellness for lunch, nothing special and not too difficult. I checked the address that Thuiszorg (home delivery) gave me online based on my location to make sure it was correct. After over an hour, my order finally arrived, and I immediately received a loud rant from the man telling me to write down the correct address from now on. No "bon appétit" or an apology that some fries and snacks took an hour to deliver, no, just a big mouth. I replied that I really thought I'd checked everything thoroughly, but the man walked away again. After the dirty, old, cold fries and snacks, I went to check what went wrong, and guess what? The business itself made the mistake. I entered the correct address on Thuisbezorgd, but they wrote down the wrong house number on the receipt with a pen! So I could have just had warm fries without the bitter aftertaste of an angry delivery person. I thought this was worth reporting, so I decided to call the business. But unfortunately, these people are impossible to reason with. They insist they didn't do anything wrong, are incredibly arrogant on the phone, and won't even consider a solution. I was literally told to keep my mouth shut, and they hung up on me.

We always get our fries here. We think they are the best in Veldhoven. Top!

I ordered fries for three people, but it was only half a bag. I'm definitely not getting fries from there again! From now on, I'll be going back to my old, trusted chip shop.

Ordered online for 3, delivery time between 6:30 and 6:45 PM. Delivered at 7:30 PM. Cold fries. Called to have new ones delivered! Called again half an hour later and was called a liar because the lady said the fries were warm! Treated very rudely. KEEPING MONEY BUT NOT KEEPING COMMITMENTS. Terribly awful!!!!!!!!!

The figures are based on a snack bar. It's just a nice place, super nice staff and good fries! We'd love to come there!

Unfortunately, I cannot describe my first experience at Eetvuur as positive. After placing a telephone order, we were told that we could pick up the fries after fifteen minutes. Once we got there, we were faced with an extra wait of no less than 45 minutes inside. The smell of delicious fries was in the air, but the final taste was downright disappointing. The fries did not live up to expectations and lacked the crispy texture and flavorful seasoning we were hoping for. This first experience made me doubt whether I would choose Eet Fun again in the future. Hopefully attention will be paid to the service and quality of the products so that other customers have a better experience.

We asked for soft fried fries and we got hard cold and old fries.

Friet was enorm hard, net stukken hout. Tevens de meest goedkope saus bij de Lidl gekocht voor over de friet. Jammer! Volgende keer weer naar Wouters!
