By far the worst chip shop in the Netherlands, they just do whatever they want and the service is appalling.

I have had several problems with them, 3 times our fries are not well cooked so we had to eat it anyway after today the 3rd time I went there myself I filed a complaint and got it back well but the staff was joking about me.

I always come here it's really delicious

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST JUSTIN Justin shouldn't work here. His behavior is outrageous and completely unacceptable. He's ruining the snack bar for everyone. • He looks at customers as if he wants to start a fight. • He constantly curses, threatens, and provokes. • He picks his nose while making food. • He starts arguments and fights inside the restaurant. • He rides away on a souped-up scooter as if rules don't exist. This is not an employee. This is a danger to the snack bar and everyone who works here or comes here. He should be fired immediately. No warning. No second chance. Get rid of him.

Fries, cold snacks that we had not ordered were thrown on top of each other and 2 croquettes completely broken and again 2 sauces were not received with the food, this is now the 2nd time

Delivered half an hour late, after calling first. It wasn't even complete; one salad and one fries sauce were missing. Paid €30 for a half-delivery! Never again!

If you say that this is a Snackbar, then you're wrong, this is so much more, happy people work here, prices are fair, food is excellent, free parking, cash or card, not any issue... FRIKANDEL 50 CM, IT'S A LEGEND,.... Coming back

While the quality of all the products here is excellent, I want to highlight the burgers. Well-topped burgers where the meat is not only juicy, but the grilled flavor makes them unforgettable!

Ordered online. Had a rough day today. Picked up at 6:40 PM. I didn't get my order until 7:08 PM!!! And when I got home, the order was incomplete. No bun and no extra mayo. The logistics could really use some improvement! The customer who came in after me to order left with their order 10 minutes earlier. I should have ordered directly at the counter at 6:00 PM. It was much faster. New owner??? I'm never coming back, even though the food is good.

They forgot to deliver a pair of Ras fries with my order... it happens... I called, and they said they'd bring it as soon as possible. Forty-five minutes later, a delivery driver was at my doorstep with a bag of limp, tough Ras fries. I think if you forget something like that, you'd just deliver the first Ras fries you see out of the fryer... Shouldn't take longer than fifteen minutes...

Had the worst banana milkshakes, what a disappointment.

The order contained 2 milkshakes, which were less than half full upon arrival. The delivery person should have checked the bag when they delivered it, so they could have taken it back straight away.

Had a great time in Ghent, what a lovely city

The fries were burnt. The hot dog had sauce on it, but we had to figure out what to do with the hot dog bun. I waited in the store for over half an hour. Everyone in the store was complaining about the wait time or things they'd forgotten. This is the umpteenth time this has happened, unfortunately. This was the last time for us.

We waited a very long time to get the next thing. 1 decent portion of fries 1 lump of raw raspberries 2 raw frikadelles 2 hot dogs, ordered special ketchup, got curry. Both cold, though. 1 cheese soufflé cold. All in all, we won't be coming here again. What a mess. Actually, not even worth one star.

It's not the first time things are missing from an order. Now, here's the next one. The war over kids' fries. The mayo that, according to the menu, should come with the fries. A Russian salad that should be on the menu. And all the ingredients for the Hawaiian schnitzel, but I only had a plain schnitzel, which is full of fat. A schnitzel from the supermarket is even better. And as always, no garlic sauce with the kapsalon garlic sauce. I will never, ever come back here again!!!

It used to be our favorite snack bar. These days you have to check everything yourself, and I've had several incomplete orders. Two weeks ago, a pair of fries was missing, and they were delivered later. I went in today, but when I checked in the car, a croquette and a raspberry fries were missing. I went back into the restaurant. I told them what was missing, and the girl who took the fries was upset and said I'd have to fry the raspberry fries separately. The guy who took the order said, "I didn't hear anything about a croquette." He wrote everything down on a piece of paper, and they basically called me a liar. I didn't pay for it and got it for free. But when I got home, there was still an unordered hot dog in it, so another incomplete order for someone. I'm pretty much done with it now. There are about six of them "helping" and they're all chatting away together.

After previous disappointments, I finally gave it another try. I ordered three things, and the staff still struggled. Such a shame, what was once a good restaurant had now been expertly served in a complete mess. This was truly the last time. The food was always good, but they don't understand how to prepare it properly.

It's a shame the quality of the sandwiches is so disappointing. The photo on the website doesn't do justice to what you actually receive. "Healthy Brie Sandwich" turns out to be a plain roll with two slices of brie... (expensive!) On-time delivery also seems difficult... Too bad!

I worked in a snack bar for years, so I know how it can be. But on a weekday, with so many people in a shop, and then not having your customers out within 15 minutes of ordering is truly awful. I could easily handle the pressure, but I always had one extra colleague to keep the workload manageable. So the other ones they have are redundant... and besides, they take far too long. They throw mustard in the bag with the croquettes that have just been removed from the fat, making the bags all greasy and therefore difficult to handle. They're working tirelessly through orders, but don't think, "Oh, we can easily add one more croquette, that will keep things busy, and that woman will be done quickly." Learn to work more efficiently...

I ordered a "raspatat oorlog" (traditional fries) from the incredibly grumpy, older, "blonde" woman behind the counter. Regular fries came, but after I pointed them out, the correct ones arrived. The guys and girls working there are also really nice, but that older woman should probably look for something else. It's a shame the atmosphere was so bad.

How do you manage to ruin a successful business like this? I arrive on a Saturday evening at 7 pm. No customers in the store. At least six employees standing behind chatting instead of sweeping the floor. It was full of cigarette butts, among other things. Under the order counter thick, greasy, blowing cobwebs and in the display case dirty little flies. The croquettes were fried much too hard. Too bad, but after many years of being satisfied with the previous owner, this was the last time.

Yesterday ordered a chicken satay and a banana milkshake. Chicken satay was bone dry with a satay sauce that dripped with fat. Milkshake was sickly sweet with a chemical aftertaste.

New owner, check your order carefully because there is nothing wrong with it. Really annoying... Products are good, ate well.... 02-07-2025, I thought I'd go again, well nothing has changed, I didn't get the right order again... They don't pay attention. They don't read, I was so angry... Never again, what a bunch of balls...

Wanted to have lunch here, plenty of seating inside and outside, had a delicious sandwich, the price was on the high side but they were very tasty!

Picked up a large order today, including 4 milkshakes. All 4 of these were undrinkable. Very sweet, enormous amounts of flavor syrup that you also saw floating in the shake. Contacted by telephone, instead of offering a suitable solution, the employee questioned the story because it turned out to be a "tuned machine". No excuses and no solution, the last time for us.

Are you going to order food for a large amount? Only half is delivered. Call again. Pattat limp and not tasty snack not really warm. Milkchake more ice cream than you can drink. Once but never again

The service and quality have completely declined since the business was taken over, there is no atmosphere in the business anymore and quality really leaves a lot to be desired.

Bad snack bar. The times we order there we have to wait 2 hours+ and when you call, the answer is answered with no interest. And constantly saying that the order has “just” gone out, but 15 minutes later nothing has arrived, even though we live fairly close by.

Ordered food had probably fallen or something like that. , milkshake had partially emptied, nasi disk was as if it had exploded. Not really enthusiastic about this snack bar in the past, but I'll give it another chance. So not for the time being.

We ordered delivery. 2x chicken menu. And some snacks. The chicken in the chicken menu were very, very bad. So bad that we gave it all to our dogs. And the salad contained so much mayo, we threw it all away. Overall very bad experience. Only the french Fries and Croquette were ok. But than again, one only needs to put these a few min in oil.....

They don't always take peanut allergies seriously. I regularly came there for potato fries for my grandson. The old staff took the peanut allergy seriously, but the new staff did not, despite indications. those employees simply put a plate with a dish with peanut sauce right next to the oven in which the rasp fries were baking. I said something about that and that it could become a life-threatening situation. The answer was “that's how we always do it”. I just left for the Oasis. They know how to do it! The new family owners don't take allergies very seriously. So be warned

Do not order online! Not available by telephone, even though that is the only contact option. Order 'lost' was found when I drove there. I had to indicate that I wanted the shipping costs and tip refunded. No apology received. Food was fine. So don't order online. They can't handle that. New owner so other reviews no longer apply.

I'm no longer satisfied with how much goes wrong there. If you order something, you should check there whether you have everything. For 2 fries with a 45 minute wait. Or you miss half your order. How many times have you forgotten to hang up the phone while it is busy? If you want to keep customers, meet your customers. But you make so many mistakes that you no longer have any customers.

Since the new owner, the quality has deteriorated considerably. Customer service already less, food less and prices up. Frikandel mayo curry you get a mega small bowl with mayo and curry in 1 for 90 cents these days😂

Have it delivered. Hot meat sandwich really substandard, again! Again with sauce and not asked for! Rest is ok but won't order again!

Had to wait twice as long as 'expected' for the food, which was then delivered with the question whether this was all and whether we wanted to check it immediately. Subsequently, errors were made in the order and part was taken back, which turned out to be ours... called, but because we no longer wanted a subsequent delivery (at half past eight in the evening), we did not receive a refund. Almost €20 worth of food gone, because we didn't want a voucher - since the service was this way.

We komen hier regelmatig. Het personeel is altijd vrolijk en erg vriendelijk! Superservice aan tafel en het eten is altijd goed, vers, en smaakt naar meer. Zeer ruime openingstijden en zelfs vlak voor sluiting is het nooit een probleem nog even wat te maken. Toppers.

Bij kleine bestellingen, zijn ze niet vriendelijk, wat ik erg bijzonder vind! Nu al een paar x ervaren. Bij een grote bestelling wel vriendelijk. Bij afhaal kan het soms heel lang duren. Vind het verder een gewone, wel prijzige patatzaak. Ook al een paar x het verkeerde mee gekregen. Ik rij tegenwoordig liever iets verder om een patatje te halen. Parkeergelegenheid is redelijk.

Verder kun je hier natuurlijk alles vinden wat je van een cafetaria mag verwachten en als je er toch bent, probeer hun waanzinnig lekkere stroopwafel met softijs. Met genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur, is er eigenlijk altijd wel een plekje voor een ieder. Absolute aanrader
