Nice place for Autorama, the food is always excellent and prepared with care. However, the service, especially on Fridays, is lacking. They work a lot with companies at lunchtime (I understand) but a private individual cannot place an order by telephone before lunchtime because they are too busy with orders from the companies? I'm also at work and only have a half hour break, I just want to make a small order as a private individual. Anyway, every customer is a customer, I think that's a really bad thing!!! Dropping by is no problem, but orders are not accepted by telephone. Where is this going? I have always learned that every customer is one, it does not matter whether you are a private individual or a company.

Ordered a duo menu to eat quickly. But after 30 minutes I left, the food was still not ready, my break was over. So I continued working without eating, gone 9.35 euros

Very good cafeteria / lunchroom. I certainly don't live nearby, but I drive there several times a year separately or sometimes combine a visit on the route. Products always well prepared and tasty. Also delicious menus on the menu! Went there again last night with my wife for dinner, it was so good and tasty that they fully deserve these 5 stars!

Great snack bar, but it is crazy that a year after the introduction of the plastic surcharge they still use plastic containers for various snacks.

This case clearly falls short in many areas. social? No. Rude staff? Yes. Always hygienic? No. Yelling at staff and customers? Yes. If you have any self-respect, I won't go here. If I could give 0 stars, it would be worth a maximum of half a star overall. (Ps yes there are literally mice in the kitchen there so I don't know if you can sometimes spontaneously eat a piece of mouse.) Saw that disrespectful behavior from both owner and staff was immediately reversed, especially after I saw the mouse.

The hamburger deluxe is amazing!! Highly recommended. Even with consultation, it is sometimes not possible to eat there even though the place is only 25% full. Do you have the impression that you are not really wanted?

Wir gehen da öffters hin wenn wir in Veendam sind. Essen eigentlich immer Hamburger Spezial und sind sehr zufrieden. Auch ist das Stammpersonal immer freundlich.

Als we echt rustig en even lekker willen eten gaan we hierheen ... Vooral de saté plate is erg lekker ruime portie en echt heerlijk .. Wil je ipv patat een broodje erbij of andersom is dit mogelijk vriendelijk personeel.

Wij gaan er vaak heen voor een uitsmijter of een patatje.je kan er goed eten en drinken.

Vriendelijke mensen. Zijn er vorige week geweest mn dochtertje moest haar flesje (eten) warn hebben ben ik na harry geweest ze waren toen dicht maar toch wel geholpen.

Werelds, de patat is heel goed, de snacks fantastisch, het personeel echt heel aardig. Het is gewoon echt een aanrader echt waar!!!

Het eten is van goede kwaliteit,en Harry is een vriendelijke man, en zijn medewerkers ook. Maar erg druk, waardoor je soms lang moet wachten, en de shoarma kan beter. Maar best de moeite waard.
