The food is no longer the same as before when Harry was in charge. Different supplier???

Before the takeover, there were never any problems; now, something is wrong with the order almost every other week. If you then drive back and point out that something is missing, it takes a long time before they understand what is wrong, and then they give you the wrong item again. I won't be going there again.

The new owners are incredibly friendly and cheerful; they just don't speak great Dutch, but you have to overlook that. Everything still tastes deliciously the same. Simply top-notch for years!

Suddenly Harry was gone when we wanted to get a coffee and a cookie after a few weeks. We thought the atmosphere was pretty okay. But I don't know if that will ever come back. Another Chinese person who has taken over the lunchroom. Why is this?

Since the new owners took over, all the love has been sucked out of this cafeteria. Fries fine Pikanto fine (How could you possibly get this wrong?) Had the most terrible homemade hamburger bun. The hamburger was tough, black, and dry. Like it was from yesterday. The fried onions were black, and nacho cheese sauce was used instead of cheese. Subsequently, I had to sit in the toilet for the rest of the evening. Thanks! After 15 years of loyalty, you won't be seeing me again!

It is noticeable that the previous owners handed it over. Whereas we were always satisfied, and used to drive specifically past Veendam for some good food, we will now drive on from now on. This was the second order in two months that wasn't right. You order half a healthy pastry with it, and you get a half-broken roll with a stinky egg. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. The people were nice though.

Not customer-friendly. I was here once with my mother and wanted to order a kids' menu because I can't finish a large portion; a kids' menu is actually already too big a portion. But that wasn't allowed, at least not to eat it there. Takeaway was allowed, though. Since we didn't have much time, I ended up ordering a normal portion of food, three-quarters of which had to be thrown away. So, I won't be going here again anytime soon.

Delicious products at a reasonable price. A well-run business that prepares everything well and cleanly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty snacks.

Nice place, if you want to order special fries you get them without onion and the staff seems a bit deaf, the food also takes a long time, what about orders or crowds in the building

Great place for Autorama, the food is always excellent and prepared with care. However, the service, especially on Fridays, is lacking. They work a lot with businesses during lunch (I understand), but a private individual can't place a lunch order by phone because they're too busy with business orders. I'm also working and only have a half-hour break, just want to place a small order as a private individual. After all, every customer is a customer, right? I think this is really bad!!! Stopping by is no problem, but they don't take orders by phone. Where is this going? I've always been taught that every customer is one; it doesn't matter if you're a private individual or a business.

Ordered a duo menu for a quick meal. But after 30 minutes, I left and the food wasn't ready. My break was over. So I continued working without eating, and it was gone for €9.35.

Super good cafeteria/lunchroom. I certainly don't live nearby, but I still drive there several times a year, or sometimes combine a visit on my way there. The food is always well-prepared and delicious. They also have wonderful set menus! My wife and I went there again last night for dinner, and it was so good and delicious that they more than deserve these 5 stars!

Great snack bar, but it's ridiculous that a year after the introduction of the plastic surcharge, they're still using plastic containers for various snacks.

Nowhere such delicious ras fries as at Harry's lunchroom. Everything is delicious there anyway. And great service!

This case clearly falls short in many areas. social? No. Rude staff? Yes. Always hygienic? No. Yelling at staff and customers? Yes. If you have any self-respect, I won't go here. If I could give 0 stars, it would be worth a maximum of half a star overall. (Ps yes there are literally mice in the kitchen there so I don't know if you can sometimes spontaneously eat a piece of mouse.) Saw that disrespectful behavior from both owner and staff was immediately reversed, especially after I saw the mouse.

The special thing is if you have 2 schnitzel menus ordered and consumed on site, you must pay in advance and not after that time. That's why for me it's an average snack bar and nothing more.

Weirdly bad thing. Girls who worked there were often seen crying in the laundry room/behind the cash register because Harry screamed and his wife (supporter) went along with it. Very sad to see.

The fries aren't really my thing. But the eigrn made burgers are TOP!!

I also tried this snack bar for once, I just called to place an order and had to wait more than half an hour until I could pick up my order. In other words, if you sit there you can wait a very long time for your food, but it is often very busy at Harry, which is of course a good sign, otherwise the quality of the food is of good quality and tastes good, there are a few snack bars that are still here. can learn from. The hamburger deluxe is amazing!! Highly recommended. Even with consultation, it is sometimes not possible to eat there even though the place is only 25% full. Do you have the impression that you are not really wanted?

Wir gehen da öffters hin wenn wir in Veendam sind. Essen eigentlich immer Hamburger Spezial und sind sehr zufrieden. Auch ist das Stammpersonal immer freundlich.

Als we echt rustig en even lekker willen eten gaan we hierheen ... Vooral de saté plate is erg lekker ruime portie en echt heerlijk .. Wil je ipv patat een broodje erbij of andersom is dit mogelijk vriendelijk personeel.

Wij gaan er vaak heen voor een uitsmijter of een patatje.je kan er goed eten en drinken.

Werelds, de patat is heel goed, de snacks fantastisch, het personeel echt heel aardig. Het is gewoon echt een aanrader echt waar!!!

Het eten is van goede kwaliteit,en Harry is een vriendelijke man, en zijn medewerkers ook. Maar erg druk, waardoor je soms lang moet wachten, en de shoarma kan beter. Maar best de moeite waard.
