Very friendly staff. The cheese steak burger is one of the best burgers I've had in a while, especially for that price! Also delicious homemade fries. I come here regularly, maybe my favorite snack bar in Arnhem!

Ribeye sandwich is really the worst sandwich in Arnhem. Inferior quality meat on a factory sweet McDonalds-like doner sandwich that is completely soft. Never had such a bad combination. In the past they were tasty sandwiches. But what you get now is really something to cry about.

After a nice sporty afternoon/evening, ordered a quick hair salon at this picturesque eatery :) I also ordered a coke, but didn't understand that I had to get it myself 🙈 Unfortunately, I only found out about this on the train. Contacted the owner, explained the situation and he promptly transferred the amount back :D Great service!

Cafeteria Het Poortje has potential with an inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, but the quality of the food and pricing are substandard. The disappointing veggie burger, small burgers and extra charges for sauce make it difficult to recommend this cafeteria. Improvements in food quality and more customer-friendly pricing policies would make a big difference.

best cafeteria around their food is great the portions are great service is very good and they now even have a digital board to order from like in Macdonald ok now to the 1 negative thing I have to say and that is that their burgers are not good they are a waste of money to buy if you have to much money its fine but i cant recommend those burgers for those prices i will say the new burger they have the cheesy steak one is absolutely phenomenal compared to all the other burgers so they are on the right track

Good service, nice and fast even with a large group. Good donor. One person had to wait a bit long for his croquette and then got an extra one because of the longer wait.

Lekker eten, eerlijke prijzen en snelle service. Eigenaar altijd betrokken en hart voor de zaak. Geen doorsnee snackbar maar een plek waar je kwaliteit krijgt en een uitgebreide menu hebt. Ik kom er graag en niet te vergeten lekker lang open!!

Het is de plek om lekker na het uitgaan of als je 's avonds laat nog trek hebt even wat te scoren. Personeel is altijd erg vriendelijk en werken lekker door
