There may be 10 people behind the counter, you walk in because your order is ready, and not one of them looks at you or takes you seriously as if you are a statue, it can't get any crazier, I've always had the problem with Kokkie that they are not friendly, except for 1 woman.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. The Kipcorn was especially tasty.

The food is great, lots of choice, good price and quality However, they are open until 8:30 PM, and if you place an order for 5 people around 8:00 PM, you are told that this is not the intention, that they want to go home at 8:30 PM. Then no longer place family orders on your site from 8 p.m., only small snacks or ice cream.

I come especially from Eefde to get fries there, even though I live less than 100 meters from Big Snack. But Chinese can't make fries!!! Give me the big chip war With extra cholesterol. Extra mayo peanut and curry. Always good food, wide choice, nice staff and a clean, tidy place. 5 stars from me.

While you are eating, people are sweeping, vacuuming and using a leaf blower. Not nice if you want to eat quietly.

A pity: Taste is fine. Only come on, for the price you paid, this container should have been overfull. In the past, you would get the container filled to the brim, even with fries left in the bag. Oh and it normally also had mayonnaise on it.. Once again the taste is great!

Ordered food for a certain time but it arrived (much) too early (about 20 minutes). The person who would join us for dinner was not there yet. Kokki eventually resolved this nicely and we still had a delicious meal!

Place an order on Friday 01-03 - delivery takes place AFTER 1.5 hours. Do you discover that you have received the wrong thing again? (I ordered 3 frikadellen spec and got regular ones) Calling again will be fine in 15 minutes (they say). After waiting 30 minutes, the delivery person kindly thanked him for the late delivery and had the regular frikadellen and the hot frikadellen specially taken back. NO more food from Kokkie for us.

Was here last week. I understand that when it is busy you will not be helped immediately. The boy behind the counter saw us come in. We stand in front of the counter, he looks at us and then continues with his order. We have been here for almost 5 minutes now and in the meantime several staff members have already passed by, but no one greets us or asks if you will be helped. Finally, after almost 10 minutes, a young lady finally comes to replenish snacks and asks if we have been helped yet. It was as if we were invisible. Even if you are busy, you can say good evening at some point or something like, we are busy for a while, I will come to you shortly. Small effort to let the customer know that he/she is seen. I thought it was quite rude and you still have a lot to learn when it comes to customer service. Food was also fine

And it tastes excellent, just like the noodles and nasi and of course the spareribs are super good!

Not really a place to sit down and eat if you are in a wheelchair, very small seating area, the toilet is very difficult for someone in a wheelchair

the food is good. but this is now the 5th time I have received a wrong order. When I call, I will receive the correct order 45 minutes later, while my front door is next to theirs, and that for my 8-year-old son. Next time I will go a few streets away, no customer service.

Echt goede cafetaria! Vriendelijke bediening en de patat wordt goed gebakken.

Wow kokkie in Zutphen bij de action.. daar werkt een chagrijnig blond mokkel..er kan geen goededag van af.. Kids wilde een ijsje maar waren nog bezig met hun keus betreffende een bakje of hoorntje.. maar haar blik sprak boekdelen.. Kids wilde een hoorntje erbij..koste weer 10 cent.. prima.. nou dat bolletje Ijs was zo zielig en er zat bij mijn dochter nog een haar in ook.. bah! Hier een nieuwe voor gekregen.. ander personeel was overigens wel vriendelijk..

Nog een frietje voor een redelijke prijs.

De betere snackbar van Zutphen. Ze bezorgen ook. Online bestellen is mogelijk.

Gewoon de beste snackbar van Zutphen. Vriendelijk personeel. En een toppertje van een eigenaar.

Het eten is erg goed, zeker de broodjes hamburger. Het personeel is vriendelijk, komen de bestelling brengen en kunnen tellen! (Ja, dat is helaas een luxe tegenwoordig, dat 7 friet met bestellen, ook 7 friet met krijgen is)

Al jaren een vertrouwd adres om lekker te eten. Daarnaast een super team! Wij komen er graag. Saté Bonaparte, aanrader.

QR dictatuur, jammer. Eten was verder prima maar ik ga voortaan wel ergens anders eten.

Laatst friet laten bezorgen. Zaten beel afval stukjes bij en koude frietjes tussen de warme. Bezorging was keurig optijd.

Het was erg lekker hoor. Echt kwaliteit dus ! Hans uit Arnhem.

Bestel zovaak wat, maar elke x mis ik gwn wat van de lijst, of heb en ze weer een x niet geluisterd welke wel saus etc. Moest hebben... service is best ruk, en de patat is vergeleken met vroeger echt achteruit gegaan... beetje jammer dit

Steekt er qua snacks en saus bovenuit... met ook nog eens mooie en aardige dames ij de bediening
