Cafetaria Moreno in Wijk 09 Sterrenburg

I come here about once a week. The food is simply amazing. The prices are also lower than other snack bars in Dordrecht. I never get it delivered. Fries cool down quickly, and they're always very busy. So, the risk is definitely your own. Pickup is easy... The people who work here are really nice!

I've always ordered food here with complete satisfaction, but the last time was also the last time. What incredibly terrible service from Moreno. We ordered food, and when it finally arrived after over an hour and a half, it was lukewarm, and the croquettes and a nasi patty were crushed or broken in the container. We called, and they simply said the delivery driver had fallen. So you don't check the order before delivering it????? They also said come and get a new one???? We didn't order it for nothing, did we? Finally, they said they'd re-fry it and deliver it right away. Well, that was two weeks ago, and they still haven't come. Sorry, never again Moreno 🤬🤬

We didn't like the fries. They seemed fried too long or multiple times. Unfortunately, we'll go elsewhere next time.

I ordered food through Thuisbezorgt.nl, and after an hour and a half, I decided to call because the app kept saying the food would be here soon... No, there's something wrong with our system, and we're making new food. I wanted to ask how long it would take, but didn't get a chance. It was delivered quickly, and I have to say, it was delicious!

It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious greasy meal. Excellent.

The fries were not cooked through, super limp, we got sick from it. They forgot the milkshake, but the milk was not good either. Never order here again

What do you get when you add up good fries, very late delivery (so if your fries are cold they say that is the risk of delivery) and very bad service? Moreno! At first I was really satisfied with the food, so I thought I would order here again. After waiting an hour and a half, my order finally arrives and I immediately notice that I did not receive something delivered. I then called and neatly indicated that I was missing something and that the food was very cold, the response was that it was the risk of delivery and if I wanted it again I had to come pick it up. Still, they managed to deliver something, which was supposed to be a large special fries and instead I just got a damn large bag of fried fries. I'm done with this whole place after ordering twice, I realize. I didn't really want to write this review, but I happily did so. 👍🏼

They better close the whole place down, horrible people working there man man. Ordered fries, first of all they arrived cold. + they did not deliver something, when calling they asked if they would deliver the order warm, not possible, there is also a toddler working behind the phone who says 'yes that is the risk of delivery' literally no empathy. Never ordering here again. Stupid people

Never had any problems with it, always satisfied and the food is also tasty until I had telephone contact. The operator is very rude and the other employees who also answer the phone are not customer friendly. Order was wrong, and upon repair it took longer than 1 hour to be delivered. They haven't apologized even once. Bad service and not customer friendly when it is their fault. and also hang up the phone in my ears because they are wrong and absolutely do not want to admit it, when I asked for my money back they were refused. Shame!

Had to wait almost 2 hours for our order. Called in between and they were on their way!? Not because it took more than 30 minutes before they delivered the lukewarm food. Was already the 2nd time.

Ordered via home delivery and then waited 1.5 hours for the food. The food was cold and I think it was dropped by the delivery person. The peanut sauce ordered was not included. In the future, just pick up and no longer order via home delivery

Ordered food last night at 5:57 PM and it didn't arrive until 7:47 PM. We also called to say that it was taking a very long time, that we would be the next. Well, it took another 37 minutes. Then the food, nowadays apparently you can no longer order rasp fries without sauce? So you don't have the option to order rasp fries without it via your own page?! Then the quality. Rasfries were all small dark brown remnants, the other two normal fries were limp and greasy. I didn't eat my croquette, it was cold and smelled very bad. There was almost no sauce on all the fries. The chicken corn was cold. The nasi snack had fallen apart. So we didn't enjoy the food with the kids. And stomach ache... One of the reasons that we did not order from Moreno for a long time was precisely the poor quality, and we always went to Family at the shopping center, it seems that despite the good new way of the new owner, for whatever reasons, the quality of service and deliveries are now starting to return to the old poor level. Not to mention the price increases... Understandable, but the quality needs to be better...

The owner is very unfriendly and rude to the guys who deliver the food. In addition, calculate 0.20 cents plastic surcharge for a paper bag. This is going so well for Moreno

I was in the shop with several customers. A delivery person (another boy about 15 years old) was verbally abused by 3 people behind the counter in front of customers. What a shame to talk to your staff like that. And to continue to make this boy completely small. What a shame. Really the last time I've been here.

Great food, everything was really hot and delicious

fries stew, 2 pieces of meat found. The lemon stick has run through the peanut sauce. The bag is on the receipt while I had my own bag. Very chaotic. From now on we will bake ourselves.

My order was made wrong 4 times, I now have fries, mayo, peanut onion, and I only received peanut sauce, and I also had a hogweed with peanut, but there was no sauce with it.

Placed an order via ThuisBezorgd just before 7:00 PM. Delivery time was confirmed for 8:30 PM, very long but certainly not illogical due to the European Championship competition (NL-ROE). We called and asked if we could also pick up the food, this was no problem. We were promptly refunded the delivery costs upon collection. The food was delicious. We will definitely order more often, via your own website ;).

Very tasty fries/fries; soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Wide choice of snacks. Friendly and quick help. The cafeteria is small, but radiates in quality.

Chicken burger was pink on the inside they didn't want money or a new chicken burger give bad food and service

After a long time, the Gnome came again to get fries and a special fricandel. Always great fries and definitely tasty. The hot thunder is delicious.👍👌😋😋but get back to it soon.👍

One of the best snack bars in Dordt.

Ordered fries twice. Plus 2 croquettes plus 2 peanut snacks plus 2 shawarma rolls and I've been calling for at least half an hour with no contact. And only 1 fries was delivered. The peanut sauce was next to the bowl just like when they feed dogs, I pay 5 cents per bowl and it is thrown in a bowl, really woof woof dogs. How they transfer the food to platanenlaan 18. I would like my money back.

Unable to eat everything was black in the garbage bin done. they were busy delivering orders so pick up was not an option there.

Ordered fries today and had them delivered to your home. I deliberately ordered a family bag of fries because they are delivered in a paper bag. But here too there was a plastic surcharge!!! Then the fries were delivered, they were lukewarm and the peanut sauce was missing. There is a surcharge on absolutely everything. When I called to report that the peanut sauce was missing, they wanted to bring it over. That makes little sense: then the fries are already cold. Money back would have made more sense. By the way, the excuse was: it was busy... There are more snack bars, we will never do Moreno again!

Goeie patat en dat is toch de basis. Rond etenstijd lekker druk, maar ze zijn dan nog snel. Lekker normaal en dat is precies wat je wil van een snackbar. Weinig plek binnen, dus altijd meenemen tenzij het terrasje een optie is.

Snelle en vriendelijke bezorging. Goed eten, vooral de patat stoofvlees 😋. Alleen jammer dat de prijzen zo omhoog zijn gegaan maar dat is helaas overal zo..

Patat vers maar niet goed gebakken. Rest is wel aardig.

Beste friet in de omgeving! Die andere tenten in de sterrenburg kunnen er niet aan tippen. (Of er moeten meer dan 3 friettenten in sterrenburg zijn) Vergelijkbaar met die langs het spoor 👍

Heerlijke patat,en raspatat,echt een aanrader....
