Why you take orders if you can't deliver?

Ordered food, cold, tough fries, and cold fricandelillas. 😡 NEVER AGAIN WITH THEM And unreachable by phone.

The speed of the pickup was impressive. I hadn't even had time to mentally plan the order in which I would devour everything before my name was called. They work faster than my stomach can growl, and that's saying something. But then... the taste. Friends, this wasn't food. This was the taste of guilders and a carefree lifestyle. One bite of the fries and goulash and I was 12 again, standing at the fair, without a care in the world. The burger was exactly as a burger should be: noble, timeless, and above all, robust. The oyster mushroom croquette? That's proof that you can fry up a whole bunch of vegetables. They deserve a ribbon (made of croquette crumbs).

What a mess. I placed an order at 4:15 PM. It's now 7:15 PM and the delivery driver is still on his way. This is the first time I've ordered from here, but definitely the last. Now I just need to get my money back.

You order and then never get your food

When I arrived, the 8 o'clock news was on. It was great to be able to enjoy Rob Trip's stories (see photo) while eating. A Lihanboutje, vegetarian croquette, and satay fries—all the classics are available. You can also read a Donald Duck magazine before, during, or after dinner. The perfect snack bar atmosphere, enhanced by the owner's pleasant mustache. The woman next to me turned out to be a nice woman; I asked her out on a date, and she said no! Great evening!

Order not delivered and cannot be reached by phone.

Delivery takes an awfully long time

Extremely bad. Ordered at 5:30 PM and still haven't received anything, and they're also unreachable by phone. I sent them an email, but no response. Don't order anything online or through Thuiszorgd because your food won't arrive or you'll be waiting four hours. My contact information is correct, but they're unreachable by phone. This isn't a reason to cancel an order; you accepted it, and there was a waiting time for home delivery. I believe you have an excuse for every customer; you've lost one customer. I'm also getting emails saying it's not your fault; communication with your company, like a simple chip shop, is terrible. They're also trying to tell me I'm a new customer, which isn't true because I've ordered from them several times in the past. I hope your business stays in business for a long time, but I'm afraid not! Good luck.

I ordered dinner last night but never received it. The company is unreachable.

We ordered food from here through Thuisbezorgd. We were told in advance that delivery would take between 60 and 80 minutes, which wasn't a big deal since we ordered at 5:30 PM. We ended up waiting over 3.5 hours for our food. The fries had definitely been dipped in grease more than once, were tough, and cold. The burger was cold, the lettuce was brown, and there was more sauce in the container than on the burger itself. They're unreachable by phone, but luckily they can be reached somewhat via text message. Unfortunately, they didn't respond to customer service and weren't very helpful in finding a solution. I definitely don't recommend ordering food from them.

The ice cream was delicious, the fries were also delicious!

Just ordered food at 2:15 and it was delivered at 4:00!!! Absolutely terrible!!! If you're short on delivery staff, don't offer delivery! The driver is delivering 5 orders, so 5 addresses at once, depending on the route! Isn't that right? Find delivery drivers, or stop delivering!

Well fried Rasfriet and mushroom croquette!

We had to wait an hour and a half for our order. Then it turned out the entire order was cold, the snacks were crushed, the sauce containers were leaking, and the fries were soggy.

I've never had to wait so long for my food. Ordered at 5:28 PM and delivered at 10 PM, 4.5 hours! Disgraceful. Then I get a text saying I'll get a can of coke as compensation (oh dear), and to top it all off, they forgot the can of coke. First and last time.

I always love getting my fries here. If you order something other than the classic Dutch cafeteria snacks, the quality varies, but the classics are always good. The fries here are often even better than elsewhere. I recommend them with the "mannekepis sauce."

Had to wait almost three hours for my order. The food arrived cold. Calling was pointless. I got a message saying they couldn't be reached by phone.

I've ordered from here many times, and it's always delivered fairly quickly in Oosterbeek. Today I received a friendly message saying it might take a little longer due to the busy schedule and a shortage of delivery drivers. I decided to pick it up myself. The service was friendly, and the quality matches the price. We'll keep ordering from here :) Update: Just picked up another order. The quality is still excellent, and so is the service 🙌

Food took 90 minutes. Were 2 burgers and frikandel speciaal. That should not take 90 minutes. The rest of the food was mediocre! Lettuce was brown. Chicken burger was not crispy. Not reachable by phone and they do not respond to text messages. So in short if you are hungry I would not order here

I ordered here and asked to call upon arrival, but this was not done. Right now it's 2am and getting an abnormal response from this company! Can't even type 1 sentence of normal Dutch.

Atmosphere n/a. Ordered from their own website. Substandard food. Normally very satisfied, now less so. Fries should have been longer, milkshake was not as cold as it should be, kibbeling is not from real cod and has a rubbery structure. Shame.

Very good food, but they are so slow! It says it can normally take between 20/40 minutes. That is certainly not right, wait at least 2 hours. Too bad because otherwise a very good thing.

We waited 3 HOURS plus 15 minutes for our food!!!! The food was very tasty and neatly presented. We did receive a nice apology with of course something extra.

Well, I ordered around 11 p.m., after an hour and a half, my order had not yet arrived and when I received my order, it arrived cold. I messaged those people that it was cold and that certain things were not allowed in my order and they just don't like it. Unfortunately, delivery always takes less. Delivery people sometimes do not speak Dutch and are sometimes customer unfriendly. Pick up is more than fine. The burgers are really worth trying. TIP: order via the Onder de Linde website for a discount with the voucher: PIGGY Update 2024: How expensive you have become. I think it is the most expensive in the region. Not normal, Parisian prices. I understand that everything has become more expensive, but this is overly expensive! Too bad.

I would say never order anything here, I just ordered a hair salon. I only got doner with fries! She sent a salad because she made a mistake and an ice tea for free. They don't answer phones, it doesn't even taste good and it smells bad. I made a mistake and ordered it here, but I will never do that again. It is written very small that it is delivered without salad! If you are used to a nice hair salon, you have not come to the right place. Phones are not answered, you have to send text messages to a number or make calls that are not answered and strange voicemail. It was delivered quickly, but it didn't taste good at all. First tried to get in touch via SMS and then sent an email, but no response, meanwhile, 1 hour later after the SMS. Ordered Kapsalon with some extra sauce. Delivery was fairly quick, but after opening the salon was lying on its side in the container, the cup of garlic sauce was a paper container that had already become completely soft from the garlic sauce. It was also more fries than meat and by the time I had put everything back together myself it was already cold because it didn't arrive very warm. If I had known that contacting you was not possible, I would not have ordered. Might as well have ordered fries and a chicken kebab sandwich, I would have had more meat and it would have been cheaper

My friend and I were away for a weekend in the Petersburg country estate and were looking for dinner for Saturday evening. Then we ended up at this cafeteria. Ordered via home delivery and could choose from many times! When we picked up there was a friendly man behind the counter who certainly had a passion for what he did when you see how he worked. It tasted fantastic, definitely recommended if you are looking for a cafeteria in the Arnhem area!

Order placed. This would be delivered within 25 minutes. However, after 50 minutes still nothing received. Also not available by phone. When receiving the food, the contact with the delivery person did not feel very pleasant. Food was great. Nothing to say about it

Pay €14 for a frikandel sandwich & portion of flames with garlic sauce. I asked for 8 pieces instead of 6. Then I got 6 flames soaked in chili sauce. Then you want to call that guy to let him know that for these prices you can expect your order to be prepared properly. And because someone else's fries were not tasty at all, they cannot be reached by telephone, only by text message. The connection is disconnected while you are calling the SMS number. Food goes in the trash, yuck! Shame on you for charging such prices in this day and age while delivering this quality!

OMG delicious fries nice and hot at first I thought they wouldn't come anymore because I ordered around half past twelve. delivery person was very friendly. for me it is worth repeating.

I have made order yesterday evening at 22.44. Estimated delivery time was 23.30 which is acceptable but the time have past and now one comes finally i went to sleep because it was late and i was to tired to wait. Apparently the foor arrived at 00.52 which is over 1h 20m later then it should be. Of course i haven't accepted the order - i tried to call and cancell order but restaurant doesn't allow phone calls ( probably because they dont know how to deal with criticism and not because they have short staff). They didn't even try to inform me about the delay. Now they dont want to pay money back. Owner is arrogant and have no respect for customers whatsoever. I have attached screenshot of our conversion as a proof. Scammers.

Eten was er super snel. Eten was nog heet en friet was goed knapperig. Fantastisch, kreeg er nog een gratis blikje cola bij 😃

Bezorging was top en optijd via UberEats. Helaas was de pizza zeer slecht. De bodem heeft geen smaak en lijkt op een goedkope bevroren pizza. De saus was overheersend en in combinatie met de matige kaas die niet goed verdeeld was maakte het niet waard om de pizza te eten. De friet en snacks waren oke kwaliteit voor besteld eten, maar vergeleken met andere cafetaria's konden ze wel wat 'verser/knapperiger' zijn. Ik zou hier zeker weten geen pizza meer bestellen, maar voor een vette hap is het prima.

Deze cafetaria beschikt over een van de beste burgers van Arnhem. Niet alleen dat, maar is de service perfect, en wordt de winkel gerund door een man die ook verstand heeft van eten maken. Je zult hier niet teleurgesteld zijn.

ik had een kapsalon bestelt + €3,35 betaald voor extra vlees, maar er zat amper vlees in, en geen enkel frietje dat te eten was alle frietjes waren bom hard. Ik kreeg dan wel een gratis blikje cola en een frikadel er bij. Maar dat was niet wat ik wilde, ik wilde een lekkere kapsalon. al met al een onvoldoende. sorry.

Gewoon een cafetaria waar je alles kunt kopen wat je van een cafetaria verwacht. Plus nog iets meer

Duurde erg lang om hier te komen en er miste wat dingetjes, ook was de XL frikandel misschien 2 cm groter dan de normale, ook moet je alles nog zelf in elkaar zetten want alles zit los van elkaar. Niet zo handig. Wel een grote vles cola gekregen in ruil dat we 5 sterren zouden geven, sorry maar was het niet waard 🤷.

Heerlijke pizza, goed dik belegt en werd warm bezorgd. Kreeg een appje wanneer de bezorger onderweg was en kreeg er een drankje van het huis bij! goede service zeker een aanrader.

Zoals altijd, top service! De bestelling snel ontvangen. T eten was goed bereidt en een drankje van de zaak gehad.

Bezorging is altijd binnen een half uurtje en friet was goed warm. Eigenlijk zowel bij bezorgen als afhalen zijn we altijd prima tevreden.

Hele goeie ervaring! Snap niet dat de reviews slecht zijn... De groentes op mijn kip kapsalon waren vers. Ook heb ik een drankje van het huis gekregen 😀

We bestellen hier regelmatig online, over het algemeen lekker eten en ook meer dan genoeg. Zuurkool met worst een aanrader; is echt heerlijk.

Bestellen via de site en halen af in de cafetaria met de kortingscode van Piggy (10%)... voorheen lieten we bezorgen, dat ging eigenlijk altijd goed, maar omdat het orderbedrag wat hoger is voor bezorgen halen we nu altijd. Normaal plaats ik geen reviews, maar dit even als tegenhanger voor al de andere reviews, want wij zijn echt wel tevreden!
