Cafetaria Platia in Druten

To start with, we ordered two chicken gyros platters, including fries. On the website, under the heading “Plates,” the chicken gyros platter is listed immediately for €22.50. Just to be sure, we even called before ordering to ask if fries were included. We were told: “You get fries with a platter.” First of all, we never received the fries. Secondly, I called about this and got Sofia on the line. Apparently, she didn't think it was necessary to apologize at all. Additionally, she pointed out that I was the second person this had happened to. To be honest: whether I am the second or the five hundredth, it makes absolutely no difference to me. Next, she said that they could bring fries, but that it would be later and that we simply had to pay for them. At that point, I ended the call. And to top it all off—and I’m not saying this just because of the poor service—the food was also cold. All in all, a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, not something we would repeat.

The food is okay. But I ordered at 3:30 PM, and it didn't arrive until 5:30 PM. I also requested it as soon as possible. I live 10 minutes away.

Always good service and quality. From Gyros fries to burgers. Highly recommended.

The food is really of very low quality.

The orders you get delivered are always wrong, or there's always something wrong with them, and the fries are overcooked or cold. It makes me sick, and that's the last time I've been there. I don't work for Call, so if you don't want any more mistakes, cold fries, or the wrong order, you'd better go somewhere else!

Kapsalon was delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised by this new gyros experience. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

I would absolutely not describe the Gyros Kapsalon as tasty, even though it could be made a whole lot better. Nothing is proportionate and the quality is absolutely not worth the price. There were too few fries in the container, and the fries that were there looked like old, reheated, soggy leftovers drowned in chili sauce. Also, too little Gyros; the meat seemed to be minced meat in small chunks or leftovers. Part of it was also burnt. And absolutely too little cheese was present. The lettuce on top of the kapsalon seemed decent, and that is the only thing decent about this Gyros Kapsalon… as long as they can't make a decent Kapsalon, I'd rather eat at their Turkish neighbors', who do know how to make a good kapsalon. I hope they do something positive with my review and make the kapsalon the way it should be.

I've tried calling several times, but they won't answer. Even though they're open. I really don't understand it at all.

Just picked up, delicious food. And because you order online on their website, you also get a can of soda, great of them.

One star because you have to. The second for the fries, because they were good. BUT: The price/performance ratio is terrible! An XL pitta for 11 euros and you get a mini pitta with a little more meat, which was incredibly dry. Barely any vegetables on top. Sorry, but I can only recommend this place for the fries; otherwise, stay away.

This [Greek] business runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is busy processing online orders. The quality of the products is high and prepared with care. Unfortunately, shrink-flation is evident on the menu here.

Just a small downside: a limited menu

I am Greek and I have been living in the Netherlands for a year now, one of the best quality fast food I have eaten, you should definitely choose it.

Food is delicious. But if I have it delivered, it takes too long. Even if you order well in advance and indicate what time you want to eat, they will arrive 45 minutes later. So you better get it yourself. Update: Large and overcooked fries. Taste has deteriorated (January 2023)

Delicious fries, snacks and meat dishes! Recommended!

Bediening ronduit waardeloos. Er word niet gevraagd of het smaakt, of je nog iets te drinken wil. Overal zelf om vragen . 2 dames staan achter de bar de haren te bekijken en op de telefoon . Geen hartelijk welkom. Moesten overal zelf om vragen. Het eten was duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Niet smaakvol . Absoluut geen aan rader

Het eten is goed, ook netjes op tijd. Alleen jammer dat ze ook voor binnen Druten bezorgkosten rekenen ongeacht het bedrag.

We’ve always been satisfied and order there since five years. We noticed, however, that some things have worsened. The food itself was always great. One time, our food was delivered an hour too early and the following time, it was an hour too late and cold. Unfortunately, this time was shocking to me. I ordered Gyros Pita which tasted fantastic with crispy gyros. Almost finished, I noticed a hair. But it wasn’t a hair, it was several thin strains of melted plastic. Like the fuzz from knitted polyester sweatshirts. I am really sad about the development and I am not sure, if I will order again.

Het eten was koud en er lag een gedeelte in de bezorgzak. Als je 2.50 moet betalen voor de bezorging mag het minstens warm zijn en netjes. De friet was taai en koud. Dit was de eerste keer dat we wat bestelde daar en waarschijnlijk de laatste. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding zijn niet in balans

Kwaliteit van zowel het restaurant als de afhaal is zeer goed. Vooral de burgers zijn een aanrader. Ook het personeel is niks op aan te merken.

Super gegeten, snelle bezorging. Alleen maar lof!

Ik had hier een bacon burger besteld. Deze was erg lekker en compleet belegd. De prijs was goed.

Niet heel duur, zeker niet goedkoop. Maar ook niet bijzonder. Wel prima snelle hap als je de kapsalons eens helemaal zat bent.
