affordable quick snacks / light meal, tasty and top of all the lady running the shop was very friendly!

Tuesday evening I ordered some snacks. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address, but the delivery driver was kind enough to deliver it to the correct address. This meant the food wasn't as warm, which is understandable, of course. I also ordered milkshakes, and one of the two was only half full, and the other was a bit off. The delivery driver told me they were already at the cafeteria and that we should call. We also ordered 6 chicken strips, of which we only received 3. I called again Tuesday evening, but they were already closed. I called again today (Wednesday). First, a staff member answered the phone and she went to get someone who had also worked yesterday. And so, we got it. The woman on the phone had a very arrogant tone. She said that if it had been ordered to the wrong address, they wouldn't even be allowed to deliver to the correct address, so we'd be out of luck. She couldn't do anything about the chicken strips, and for the milkshake, we had to come to the store to get a new one.

Top-notch service. Regular customers, great food, delicious and affordable, you can't expect anything better than this, the staff are super friendly. This deserves a solid 5 stars. If it were up to me, I'd give it 100!

Ordered fries for 2 people and the fries were very soft and full of fries spices that we did not order

You can have a fantastic meal there, and the food is incredibly delicious, especially the Joppie burger with bacon is delicious. The staff is very friendly and kind, and it's always clean and tidy. Kind regards, regular customer.

Not usually a fan of caferaria burgers, but I was in the area, thought I'd give it a try. One of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time. Not too greasy, not drowned in sauce. Fresh, neat balance, hot, perfect. Cozy atmosphere, top service.

More than an hour for delivery and still waiting…

Ordered food by telephone but it did not show up, then called but was not answered. After waiting an hour and a half and calling 4 times, I ordered something else.

Addendum: On August 2nd, 2024 we were in Enschede and also took a short break with you. In addition to Bami, we also had fries special, see my photo. It was simply delicious again. One of the fast food vending machine restaurants typical of the Netherlands. Ideal for a small snack in between or a complete meal. Very reasonably priced and for my taste the best Bami slice I have eaten in recent years. I'll come back on my next visit to Enschede.

At this cafeteria, waiting times are very long, sometimes more than an hour, worthless, we will never order here again. People be warned

Pro Bedienung freundlich Kontra Pommes höchstes ok Trotz, dass man Gast ist bezahlt man 50cent für die Toiletten, die nicht nur dreckig sind, sondern nicht einmal Seife im dafür vorgesehenen Behälter haben. Fazit. Nicht nochmal.

Wie üblich in den Niederlanden gibt's in Enschede natürlich auch Snack Automaten. Ich finde es einfach hervorragend und für den schnellen Snack unterwegs äußerst praktisch. Wie üblich findet man in diesen Automaten fast alles und mit Bedienung ist auch frisches Fast Food möglich 😉
