We had a delicious meal, and it was really quite filling. I just thought it was a shame there weren't any restrooms for people staying there to eat, which I missed, but otherwise it was fantastic.

Today I had the doner box, and the kapsalon was absolutely delicious!!!! I recommend it to everyone. Friendly people and delicious doner meat!

The products are generally great. However, if you order the satay dish, the satay goes straight from the freezer to the deep fryer! A bit of a shame, I think. Then the satay goes on a warm baking sheet to properly thaw. A shame, because the satay, which is otherwise excellent, would be much better cooked on a really hot baking sheet. What a strange reaction to the otherwise positive feedback. What a difference!! New owners and immediately great food. Excellent service. Well done!!!

It's become a beautiful place and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, they forgot a chicken wrap for us, probably because it was so busy. It happens. When we got home, it was missing, and one of us was left without food. Better luck next time.

This caferatia has been a detour since its new owners. We've tried both the kapsalon and the döner box (a great lunch deal!), and both are exceptional. Well I didn't think it was good. I don't really find the meat tasty and the bottles of sauce are guarded with conviction by these "police officers", I'd rather have them on the table. I'd like to make a joke but the gentlemen do that themselves when they put meat on your sandwich, very little meat men!!!

I understand that the cafeteria was taken over by a new owner a few months ago. I also read a lot of positive reviews since this transition. I must say that the tent has become more attractive. But unfortunately I have to say that my experience with the service and food is not that positive. I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. That was around 6:00 PM, but still. And the food I got was cold. The fries were cold, the snacks were lukewarm and the salad was frozen. We had to put the food in the oven at home and throw away the salad.

Went to eat with the new owners. A really big improvement! Had mega delicious fresh fries and the chicken cheese burger was really good. Sweet new owners, beautiful interior and a super extensive menu. Recommended!

Fortunately, this business has been taken over by these two gentlemen, after a renovation and cleaning period of almost 2 months they have just opened. Everything is wonderfully clean and hygienic. Fries and döner are very tasty. Old-fashioned tasty soft ice cream. They are also open for a nice long time. In short, great!

I was told yesterday that this business can finally close! Happy! Owners were ready for some rest. I've been there a total of 4 times in 1 year. All times very unfriendly service. As if the owners were "forced" to work. You certainly shouldn't ask for anything extra. You were helped while sighing. Felt very uncomfortable in the shop all 4 times. I don't care what you get in return, anything is better than walking into a business and feeling like you're not welcome! Oh, the dog smell was never missing here either, because it was always there in the kitchen! Dear owner! Would just stop responding. Accept that no one was satisfied with your attitude and behavior and retire happily! Enjoy it! Aju! Xx

Terrible customer service. At the counter I ordered fries, when they asked me which sauce, I said loud and clear “truffle mayonnaise”. When I got my order it was regular mayonnaise. I explained that this wasn't what I ordered, but they were adamant that this was what was on my receipt, so that's what I get. I explained that the guy who took my order got it wrong, so they asked me if I wanted truffle mayo added, I said yes, and I asked if it would only be 40 cents extra, which was the price difference (50 cents mayo/ 90 cents truffle mayo). The lady said “yes” and sprinkled some truffle mayo on it (not even the full amount of sauce that fit in the container, because the container was full). At the checkout, when the other employee charged me, he said “truffle mayo isn't 40 cents” and tried to charge me 90 cents, despite this not being what I ordered, and I had agreed to pay the difference pay, and the other employee had explained the situation to him and asked him to charge me only 40 cents. This is not legal to agree on an amount and then charge me more, and it's also terribly poor customer service when I ordered enough food to only get the little bit of sauce I originally asked for. I walked out with my food because I already paid for it and what they did is not legal, not fair and petty. I've been ordering from them for years, but they just lost a customer. EDIT AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: Not a liar, everything I said is true, I was tricked into paying full price for a small amount of sauce after we agreed to pay the difference to make up for the mistake. Not a thief either, according to the consumer protection law you are not allowed to charge more after a price agreement. A hospitality course won't go amiss. No desire to make an effort for you, no kindness, everything is sighing, supporting and difficult. When you call they don't answer even though the 3 of them are standing with their hands folded when you arrive. On the other hand, the quality is very poor compared to other snack bars. Nasty products including fries, mayo, etc. Freshness is also a consideration... better to drive a bit further because you don't want to eat here.

Op 22-2-2024 heeft mijn collega een telefonische broodjes bestelling gedaan bij Bakker Bart aan de Stadspoort in Ede. Doordat online bestellen niet mogelijk was heeft mijn collega deze telefonisch besteld waarop we deze bestelling zelf afgehaald hebben. (normaliter worden bestellingen door Bakker Bart op ons kantoor gratis afgeleverd) Na lang wachten in de winkel kreeg ik een tas in mijn hand geduwd met een bestelling, die bij terugkomst op de zaak, niet compleet was. Na telefonisch contact werd er gezegd dat we het ontbrekende broodje zelf op moesten halen... Zeer slechte service! Omdat ze daar een fout maken moet de klant hiervoor bloeden. Na opnieuw in de auto gestapt te zijn en weer wachten bij de balie, kreeg ik uiteindelijk het broodje mee. (Tijdens het wachten in de rij telefonisch contact opgenomen, waarop ik met voorrang geholpen werd) Uiteraard heb ik mijn ongenoegen geuit, waarop ik als excuus een zakje met mini Donutsen kreeg overhandigd. Het heeft mij al met al bijna 1,5 uur gekost om deze levering compleet te krijgen... En de nodige brandstof... (10 km x 2) Ik ben van mening dat de gehele order gratis geleverd had moeten worden ter compensatie van alle frustratie.

A snack bar opposite the cinema seemed very useful to me, but I won't be coming back here again. If I had had the time I would have gone somewhere else immediately.

Update 2023: staff is not yet friendly, but not very unfriendly either. Fries have been better lately. I will come here regularly again! Frequent feedback is that the staff is unfriendly. That's right, if you ask for extra peanut sauce, for example, you can, but with a sigh. And they don't greet you when you come in and order something ("Yes, just sayin?"). Anyway, I didn't come there to make friends, so as long as fries are good I was fine with it. The last few times the portions were so small that I went to Henkie Penkie. Cheaper, friendlier and good portions. Too bad, but if this snack bar works on the feedback it will automatically become a great snack bar and I will come back!

Tonight we had a delicious meal from our order that we picked up. While we were eating we discovered that we had been given something wrong. Just a quick phone call and we were still allowed to pick up what we wanted! And even at the expense of the case. And again: the food was delicious!!

Friet en snacks goed gebakken. De zaak verdiend alleen wel echt meer liefde (lees: flinke schoonmaak beurt). Hygiëne (toilet, deur ingang) schiet nu te kort, zonde van de zaak.

Ze leveren nog steeds in de coronatijd met die spatschermen bij de kassa, geen hond in de winkel. als je besteld hebt dan kan je daar buiten gaan zitten en dan word je nummer omgeroepen via een een oude box met draad en kroonsteen voor de deur hangend terwijl het heel rustig is. klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken en eten gaat nog wel maar bij broodje gezond krijg je bijvoorbeeld een goedkope witte zacht bolletjes uit de supermarkt i.p.v. vers gebakken broodjes.

Hele goede snackbar en alles klopte perfect. Doof vriendelijk personeel.

Zo teleurgesteld! Friet was niet lekker slap en stukken zwart verbrand. Ook frikadel speciaal niet lekker kwaliteit is stuk minder dan vroeger. Jammer

De friet smaakt hier alsof het gemaakt is van aardappel. Frikandellen zijn gemaakt van afvalvlees, door de curry en mayo wordt het nog enigszins speciaal.

Altijd goed, want tussen maandereng en riet bakken zij nog steeds de lekkerste friet.

Wij hebben hier op een warme dag een ijsje gekocht, super lekker softijs en groot. Vriendelijke bediening.

Bij deze Bakker Bart hebben ze lekkere broodjes en ook de cappuccino is lekker. De dames achter de counter mogen wel wat servicegerichter zijn vind ik persoonlijk.

Prima cafetaria. Prima producten. Altijd snel geholpen. Ik snap ook de negatieve reviews niet. Wat ik ook niet snap is sommige reacties daarop. Sommige reviews zijn soms onbeschoft maar het zou professioneler zijn als daar netjes op gereageerd wordt.

Het verbaasd me dat ik zoveel negatieve recensies lees. Een aantal jaren geleden (+/- 2016/2017) een keer frites gehaald hier en ik vond de frites hier erg goed! Het was wel erg druk toen (was rond 18:00) maar dat kan natuurlijk. Ik kende iemand die in de buurt van de Stadspoort woonde en zodoende hier een keer gehaald. Het is dat ik nu niet meer in die hoek kom, maar wellicht als ik weer een keer in de buurt ben haal ik wel weer een keer frites bij jullie! Wellicht tot een volgende keer!

Lekkere friet én snacks! Ook bij een patat oorlog is de pinda/satésaus van goede kwaliteit. Personeel was bij het leveren van de friet echter wel erg opdringerig, maar het was druk, dus het is enigszins begrijpelijk, maar toch niet helemaal nodig om meerdere malen te roepen naar mij, terwijl ik al aan het lopen ben naar de balie om mijn friet af te halen. Hierom dus niet volledige 5 sterren beoordeling, ik heb me er namelijk beperkt aan gestoord en de smaak van de friet en snacks maakten alles goed.

Uitgebreid assortiment. Voldoende keus. Heerlijk gegeten.

De eerste keer dat ik er kwam werd mijn milkshake van de tafel afgegooid. ik moest dit zelf opruimen en moest zelf een nieuwe betalen. dit is ook bij het hoekje gebeurt, maar daar kreeg ik wel een nieuwe. ik vind dat jullie daar van kunnen leren. vandaag ben ik ook weer langs geweest. ik nam een xxl frikandel. ik nam die omdat ze bij t hoekje lekker waren. maar bij jullie was veelste hard en opengespat. misschien moet er iemand bij de frituurpan blijven. dit is de laatste keer dat ik hier kom. en sinds wanneer is het verboden om een negatieve recensie te geven.
