Good snack bar with lots of variety. Friendly people. One small drawback for the atmosphere: the incredibly bright lighting. It looks uninviting. Otherwise, great.

It's become a beautiful place after the renovation. Unfortunately, the portions have been halved and the prices have gone up considerably. The food quality is still good, though. We've been coming here for years, and in the past, you'd get plenty, or sometimes too much. But now the quantity is half that. The shawarma is floating in grease, and the portion of fries pictured is included in the menu. A Kinder fries is even more! I got wafer-thin pieces, and I think there was half a meatball left, and two slices of onion, divided into four pieces, haha. The durum was so thinly filled you could almost see through it. I called about this, and they gave me the excuse that they weigh everything. See the photos, where you can see for yourself that one roll is thicker than the other, so weighing is also an excuse, so it's always been different. If you want extra meat, it costs 3 euros, while that extra meat used to be the standard portion! Only apologies, no compensation. I really don't need that, but some goodwill would have been nice. Last time we ordered from another one in the city center, and they had normal quantities for the same price, and some items were even cheaper. Same quality food! So, it's a shame, but after years of Veenderweg, this was our last time.

You can get some excellent fries. The kapsalon is very good here, by the way. Unfortunately, they've become quite a bit more expensive since the renovation.

The staff is always incredibly friendly, respectful, and hospitable. You immediately feel welcome. The food is consistently top-quality—always fresh, flavorful, and consistently top-notch. I truly wish this business and the family the world!

A pleasant snack bar where you can enjoy a peaceful meal. The snack bar looks attractive, and the staff is friendly. They put a lot of care and attention into the food and drinks.

Nice shop, a bit cramped, but otherwise, everything is there. Clean and tidy. However, there are a lot of people behind it, which makes it look a bit cluttered and hinders communication. The food was otherwise excellent.

By far the nicest and tastiest snack bar/cafeteria we've ever been to. We don't live nearby at all, but we're coming to Ede for swimming lessons for the youngest member of our household. We've been there twice now and received a very warm welcome both times. Besides the fact that the food is prepared with passion and truly high quality, the staff is also very friendly. Tables for six are a huge plus for us. Plenty of space to enjoy a meal with your family of six. We plan to return in September! Important... The photos on Google are out of date. They've had a renovation, and the restaurant is modern, bright, and has a cozy atmosphere.

What delicious fries and perfect peanut sauce. The tasty roll was also fine, it is sometimes baked too long and too hard, but it was very tasty. Everything looks neat and the people are very friendly. If I really had to think of a downside, it might be nice if there was a napkin with the cutlery. But that's the only thing. Good quality!

Super clean place, the best food in Ede and the surrounding area and exceptionally friendly staff. Recommended, especially the Turkish pizza and kapsalon are delicious. Partly thanks to the garlic sauce…. I always make it myself but this is the only place ever where I like it!

Order collected. Frikandel sandwich without bun and a kapsalon shawarma in which there was almost no shawarma to be found, only lettuce, an extremely thick layer of cheese and fries. The last time I was here the food was fine, but this time it was very disappointing.

I have eaten here in the past, first asking whether the eatery sells halal products, the owner then states that his products are halal. I later find out that he prepares pork products in the same fryer as the halal products. I confronted the owner about this, but he thought he was a fool.

Friendly lady behind the counter. Everything was clean, fresh and tasted great. Other person also friendly. Very busy place. The decor could be a bit more cozy. But hey, better food and friendly staff in a less cozy snack bar than the other way around. And what a huge choice of food! Dear people, the review mentioned below from a certain Machiel is completely wrong!

Na een lange tijd niet meer in deze regio geweest kreeg ik bij het zoeken van een pauze locatie cafetaria Veenderweg als suggestie van google. Er stond ook bij dat ik er 2 jaar geleden ook al was geweest. De presentatie van mijn friet waterfiets was zoals je op de foto ziet echt goed 😀. Bord met meer dan voldoende friet en 2 Frikandellen. Vriendelijk personeel en zou deze locatie ook aanraden aan andere collega's die hier in de regio rijden.

Voor een paar jaar geleden uitgeroepen door de edestad als beste cafetaria.

Great quality food with friendly service, sometimes there is loudly screaming and fighting kids inside of the personnel or family which can be a bit annoying but overall probably the best cafeteria in Ede.

Waren auf der Suche nach einer Pommesbude in der Nähe des Albert Heijn XL und sind dann dort hin. Die Bewertungen auf Google waren ja ganz gut. Von außen sehr unscheinbar - Pommesbude halt. Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich (derzeit?). Die Pommes und die Saucen waren erstaunlich gut für den ersten Anschein und vor allem waren die Portionen für den Preis mehr als reichlich. Klare Empfehlung.
