There's plenty of choice. The snacks are good, but the fries are a bit soft and could be a bit crispier, in my opinion.

By 7 p.m., the entire display case was empty...not very inviting, but okay. So, I went on autopilot: peanut fries and peanut spring roll. I took them home, but unfortunately, the peanut butter turned out to be brown water with a peanut flavor. It had all spilled out, and...having been out and about at night...it wasn't good. Too bad, because the fries themselves were fine.

Today I arrived at 5:00 PM to place an order for two portions of fries and two snacks. After waiting almost an hour, I finally received my order. In the meantime, I saw other customers come in, place their orders, and then leave much earlier than several people who had been waiting longer. While I was waiting, two other customers also complained about the long wait and had been waiting just as long as I had. One of these customers eventually went to the cash register to report it. Other than that, the food was fine, but the wait time was unacceptable. It's a shame, as it's always been great in the past. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had such a long wait, hence my review. Hopefully, this will provide more feedback to the staff.

Good food and friendly staff, recently changed ownership, but still a great place to go if you fancy a meal or snack from a quality snack bar.

Got classic fries and they were delicious

We ordered at 6:45 PM and it was half an hour late. We ordered by phone and had to reorder.

I recently placed an order for 6:00 PM on Cafetaria Wielwijk's website, intending to pick it up at 6:30 PM. The website indicated that ordering was still possible. Upon arrival at 6:30 PM, my order hadn't gone through. The employee at the counter told me that "you should be aware that if you order at 6:00 PM, it might not be ready at 6:30 PM." I found the communication unpleasant, as it seemed like I was being held responsible, even though the fault was theirs. They also explained that they normally call if an order is not feasible, but that in my case, this hadn't happened due to the busy schedule and the late arrival of the order. After a discussion, another colleague offered to take care of the order within 15 minutes, which I greatly appreciated. Although I believed Cafetaria Wielwijk was at fault, after receiving my order, I apologized for the inconvenience, both at the counter and to the employee involved. I believe it's important to remain polite and respectful, despite an unfortunate situation. The employee involved was friendly, and we discussed and resolved the situation together. However, I suspect that stress is affecting the overall work atmosphere. As constructive feedback, I would suggest making it clearer on the website when a specific time is no longer available, for example, by using time slots. This also applies to the phone. These days, this is easily resolved, so the staff's work remains enjoyable and they don't experience such situations repeatedly. I understand the pressure and the staff's dedication, but a focus on customer satisfaction remains essential.

The fries were well priced, but my frikandel special was unpalatable. The onion tasted like it was from the weekend before, and the frikandel was overloaded with sauce. You get what you pay for: Cheap, dirty junk.

Bad service. You place an order online, but once you want to get your food you are told that you come for free. Stiffly insisting that they called you to say that it was no longer possible at the time, while they never called me at all. Nice job chasing your customers away

I picked up my order yesterday and checked whether everything was included (2 half chicken menu and 1 spring roll special menu). When I get home, there are no fries with the spring roll. The chicken was also fried way too hard. And to make matters worse, a comment from my daughter (I'll get it somewhere else from now on) hangs up the phone. How do I ruin a birthday?

Decent prices, tasty food (try the pork ribs....delicious), fast service, polite staff, nice terrace, value for money.

Vriendelijk personeel, makkelijk te bestellen via WhatsApp, en altijd goed en warm eten.

Gister hier op het terras beland, omdat we in de buurt in een b&b zaten.. Wat een gezellig terras, echt Heerlijk gegeten.. Lekkere bord vol met patat en goede berenklauw pinda.. en de lekkerste pindasaus die ik ooit op heb! En ze zijn ook tenminste niet zuinig met de saus.. en lekker salade erbij..Hmmmmmmm En Super leuke meiden werken daar Echt een aanrader!! Jammer, of miss maar goed dat het niet dicht in de buurt is hahaha

Op terugreis vanuit Friesland de files ontweken en zo hier terechtgekomen. Heerlijke friet hoewel ze het patat noemen😉

Gewoon dikke prima :) lekker gegeten, goede friet, en de lange lummel is natuurlijk ook gewoon goed. De schotels zijn ook zeker een aanrader

Kwaliteit snacks, wel vaak druk. Tijdens etenstijd kan je beter telefonisch bestellen om af te halen.

Lekker eten. Vaak snel klaar dus lang wachten hoeft niet. Goed bereikbaar en makkelijk parkeren

Patat is prima, hamburger was echt niet lekker... Misschien troffen we het ook niet, qua drukte, maar hij smaakte ook gewoon niet. Zeer vriendelijke staff!

Lekkere vette hap die vrij gemakkelijk je slokdarm doorglijdt naar je maag door de overweldegende hoeveelheid saus. En een leuke meid achter de balie, zou ik wel een keer een apollo mee willen eten.
