Never order from here. They're rude; they forgot to deliver my drink. I called them back. They expected us to pick it up ourselves.

Once, never again. Wrong order, food ice cold. Steak smelled like mondongo? How? Dreadful. Such a shame.

Paid €26 for a party mix platter, had no flavor, and wasn't even worth €10!!! Waste of money, never eating here again.

Burned, tastless and overpriced, overall not jamaican jerk sause nor flavor

The food was not the best also had little to none flavor. The chicken was slightly burned I was tasting more burnt than flavor itself. The food itself looked very good but very disappointing. They had YouTube playing and the ads were playing most of the time.

Food is okay(not great) in our opinion and service is horrible. We arrived at the pickup time to pick up the food but they had not even started yet. No steak available.

The food is delicious 7/10, the service is friendly 8/10. The portion is smaller than the competition.

Extremely poor and tasteless. The steak was so thin, cold, and tasteless. It had already been pre-cooked and then just put on that dirty plate for show. The macaroni had absolutely no flavor. The lettuce was old, and the dressing was watery. Beautiful photos and good marketing, but not worth it at all. I was looking for Caribbean food, but this was incredibly disappointing and definitely poor promotion for our islands of Aruba and Curaçao, which is also their selling point. This definitely shouldn't be called a Caribbean grill. The staff was uninterested. One star is even too much! Not worth the price!

Just ordered food from here! Delicious, I recommend it to everyone! Especially the corn on the cob, it's so delicious!!! Keep it up, guys. I called to compliment you, but you're not answering.

Worst experience ever. I was first very happy to taste Caribbean cuisine but once arrived I ordered 2 different dishes that supposed to come with 2 sides (rice included). I’ve paid 52€ for fries and meat because once the order was ready they didn’t tell me that the rice wasn’t ready yet. I had to ask if the dish supposed to come with the rice. After that they told me that it was still cooking… once I finished eating the rice wasn’t ready yet so I complained to the waitress and the guy gave told her to give me back 2€. I think for a dish of fries and grilled meat the price is way too expensive.

Points of concern: 1. Ordered food 40 minutes before departure. They were still 20 minutes late. 2. Portion was incredibly small for a €20 meal. 3. The taste is far from the hype. 4. Service is terrible; I had to add sauce myself and package my food for pickup, even though I ordered online. But apparently, that's the theme there. 5. Not a good afternoon, not a pleasant day. Absolutely nothing. People seem to have been breastfed more than raised. Rude. 6. Loud music, everyone walking past each other. A complete mess. In short, not worth repeating, not even free njang.

You order something half of the order is missing and when you call they tell you to come pick it up and hangs up… so you basically scammed my money.. do y’all need it that bad business slow?

The food was tasty, but my dog threw up on my bed because of your fries.

We ordered food here and it arrived completely ruined. The bag was soaked, the sauce was everywhere except on the food itself, and everything was soggy and wet. We immediately spoke to the delivery driver, but he said he couldn't do anything and that we had to contact the business. When we called, we received even worse service: we were told they couldn't do anything because it was through Thuisbezorgd, and that they weren't willing to offer a solution. Even the idea of a refund or sending a new order was immediately dismissed. In short: terrible food, terrible service, and absolutely no responsibility. Absolutely not recommended!

We booked delivery, but my wife and I absolutely had to eat Caribbean Grill tonight. Once we arrived, I was able to place my order immediately at the counter, and it was ready within 10 minutes. We were prepared for the possibility of not being served (quickly) due to the crowds, but on the contrary, our brother behind the counter quickly got us settled! Love ❤️

I ordered two meals for the first time, the larger one. The quantity was good, but the taste wasn't! The grill wasn't cleaned, so everything was burnt. It should be yellow, but unfortunately, there were too many black bits from the grill everywhere except the rice and fries. This is carcinogenic, and all you tasted was burnt flavor. After a few bites, I threw everything away, worth €60. The staff wasn't wearing work clothes. The music was too loud, like a disco, and the hygiene wasn't very good, considering the restaurant looked so bad. For €60, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I'll never eat there again. I don't think they understand the consequences of burnt food and the grill not being cleaned for the people who eat it! Such a shame! Because the concept is good, thanks to the high prices! Yesterday, after a boat party, I went here for dinner with friends. I've rarely had such delicious Antillean food; the food is delicious! The staff is cheerfully dancing to the lively music, and the staff is super friendly. I've saved this place because I'll definitely be back.

Bon Vibes Good Food Great little place, not the biggest, but plenty of room to sit and eat. The atmosphere was great, with nice vibes and music. We stopped by late in the evening to grab a bite to eat, as they were supposed to close in 15 minutes. We were allowed to stay and eat our food in peace. Hopi Dushi!

Yesterday I got food for the first time. I waited 30-40 minutes for my food. Usually, I don't mind if you get good food, but it really wasn't good. The grill needs a good scrubbing; there's meat and sauce residue from the previous one, which burns after a while. Then they put new meat on top, and the meat becomes bitter. You hear people say that's the taste of "grill." I have a restaurant myself, and I know what grill is. My meat doesn't taste like an ashtray. Besides, it's become a kind of community center. If you want to be seen as a good restaurant, you shouldn't want to be seen as a community center, which makes people hesitant to come in. It's not polite when neighborhood guys just walk in and go to the back to ask for something because someone they know works there. I order food, and I see guys from outside coming in where my food is being prepared. I usually give it to small places with good food, people who work with passion for good food, and don't pay TikTokers to promote ash meat. 27 euros for fries and meat ocho in Rotterdam Veilingweg 50 you only get real food for 10 euros a platter.

Ordered 2 times via uber eats and cancelled twice, kind of no delivery people while I called the delivery person and he said yes they cancelled it themselves while he was waiting, lazy people work there and don't want to earn money, never again! And if you are hungry don't trust these people. You will be very disappointed. Worst Caribbean restaurant in all of Rotterdam.

The food was good but I was disappointed with the sauce (I didnt ask) they put all over my meat which made the entire plate sweet. You can’t really add sauces without a client’s permission on top of the meal. I was also confused because the options listed were fries and yellow rice yet I received fries and pasta. But the worst was the sauce. The rest was good, but I will not be ordering again.

The price/quality ratio is great! When you enter the shop, you really notice the Caribbean atmosphere and the love for the food. Recommendation for people who love a positive vibe and delicious food!

I called before I came and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. the female staff (they looked more like men) were very unfriendly. I had a question about the sauces and received a sigh and an irritated response. I almost didn't dare to ask what flavor the sauces were because the plumper dark lady constantly sighed and didn't look at me while they were talking. In short, I will never come here again! the one in Amsterdam is very good!

We kwamen binnen en als eerst dacht ik... wat is het klein. Maar gelukkig heb je kans om daar wel wat te eten. Met hoge barstoelen en op 2 lagere klapstoelen. Na een evenement bij ahoy, zou je graag een goed gevulde maaltijd willen. En dat kregen met verschillende keuzes uit kip, vlees of garnalen. Het meisje achter balie had een gezicht alsof je beter uit de buurt kon blijven ;), maar als ze je te woord staat... was ze supervriendelijk en had geduld om alles uit te leggen. Toen we het eten kregen... was wel lekker. Maar door dat de deur de hele tijd openstond, werd het eten daar vrij snel koud. Tussentijds geniet je van de mooie motivatieteksten over hun droom en neon belichtte 'carribean grill" op hun muur, Desondanks dat er geen klanten wc's waren, mocht ik toch van het meisje achter de kassa's naar de wc. Heel erg bedankt voor deze maaltijd. Het eten zag er zo lekker uit, dat ik 2 happen had genomen en dacht oeps foto. ;)

Aardige medewerkers, helaas waren ze de kaassaus vergeten waardoor we een droge maaltijd hadden, het vlees zag er lekkerder uit dan het was, het was zo hard dat je er niet op kon kauwen, 25 euro voor een maaltijd en dan krijg je iets wat je thuis lekkerder kan maken. Klein schattig tentje. Het eten was bij afhalen snel klaar, lekker warm en smaakte ook nog eens heerlijk! Ik wil echt het recept van de overheerlijke homemade saus die over de gerechten heen zit 😋😋 Ik had een loaded fries met kip en garnaal en een chicken platter besteld. Enig minpuntje was dat er maar 3 garnalen op de loaded fries zaten en het voornamelijk kip was. Verder top service🫶🏼

Lekker gegeten, echt een aanrader !!

Eten is echt super super lekker. Vlees is goed mals Maar ajb werk aan jullie planning. Het is gewoon algemeen bekend dat het veel te lang duurt allemaal. 2 tot 3 uur op eten wachten kan echt niet. Echt een gemiste kans. Nog 1 puntje vraag aan een Surinamer om jullie gele rijst op te spicen of op zn minst het recept want het heeft geen smaak alleen een kleurtje. Maar het vlees, pasta en de sausjes 10+
