Cas Wolters de Bakhal in Wijk 02 Roermond-Zuid

Apple fritters are tasty, oliebollen are really nothing special.. but the price ratio is BAD. They are WAY, WAY too expensive for what you get.

Hats off to Cas and his team. This guy has an incredibly well-planned kitchen. We attended a Limburg pie workshop. It all fell into place like a jigsaw puzzle. Upon entering, it looked a bit commercial, but once I climbed the stairs, I changed my mind. Everything was taken care of; all the materials were on hand, and you didn't even have to do the dishes. Cas clearly explained what to do and answered every question. And last but not least... we went home with three delicious, fresh pies each. Which was really handy, since we had a party planned that evening. This workshop is definitely recommended if you love baking.

What a great afternoon we had and also took home a beautiful cake. Cas is an excellent host and explains everything well. The atmosphere was very pleasant. What particularly appealed to me was that it was so neatly organised. Thank you for the pleasant afternoon!!

We enjoyed, laughed and learned a lot during the "lemon pie" making workshop. Cas explains everything in clear steps. The products we work with are fresh and widely available. We also went to Cas twice to get oliebollen, apple fritters and sausage rolls for New Year's Eve. Everything fresh and tasty. Cas is a great and sympathetic teacher.

Ordered oliebollen, sausage rolls, and apple fritters for the drive-through. The ingredients weren't fresh, and the spices weren't good. Factory stuff. It's a shame there were no responses to the review.

Ordered oliebollen, apple turnovers and sausage rolls. Just get them on Sunday, they are fresh.... isn't that nice? Oiebollen are like bricks and old. How do you know if a sausage roll is fresh? By biting into a cold net... also old, at least 2 to 3 days..... 4 for 7 euros I can and I pay for FRESH.. Very poorly seasoned with, among other things, shawarma herbs and sparsely filled...... VERY disappointed and NEVER buy here again, loss of illusion

Heerlijke vlaaien gebakken en er ook nog echt iets van geleerd! Top middag!

Zeer de moeite waard. Niet alleen lekker vlaaien gebakken maar ook echt heel gezellig en goed verzorgd.

Super leuk. Goede uitleg door Cas, wat je gaat maken. Heerlijke lunch. Mooie grote schoone ruimte

Ik kan iedereen aanraden om eens een workshop te gaan volgen in de bakhal van Cas. Want wie wil dat nu niet, bakles krijgen van de enige echte Cas Wolters. Een gezellige middag vol plezier en lekkere dingen....daar zeg je toch geen nee tegen?
