Here they have little understanding of service. Ordered apple pie. Turns out I have to wait 20 minutes for it because it's fresh out of the oven???? An apple pie fresh from the oven within 20 minutes? When I dug my teeth into it, it was still a lump of ice on the inside. The service wasn't too friendly either; Comments regarding waiting time are not appreciated. It's very busy at the moment so apologies for the wait. Very busy? The place is less than 25% full and I see at least 6 employees, not all of whom are busy with their work. Sorry sir, if you think it can be done faster then you should do it yourself. Such a shame, your business will go to shit and you will see fewer and fewer people returning. They don't see me there anymore.

Nasty stuff! We went here for a coffee around 2 o'clock. Upon entering we had to look for a clean table because ALL EMPTY tables both outside and inside were filthy and were literally full of dirty glasses, plates and waste, which attracted a lot of flies. So we sat down somewhere in the hope that the staff would perhaps come and clean the table in a moment and wipe the table with a cloth, but unfortunately this was not the case. While I had just paid for our coffees and carpaccio sandwich and had to wait for our order, I saw constant flies around and on the food at the pickup area where sandwiches were ready to be picked up by beepers! Just VERY unsanitary and they didn't really care. As a manager, I would direct 1/2 colleagues there to simply walk through that store continuously to clear the dirty tables? Clean tables = more customers = more turnover. Stupid job indeed, but it just has to be done for hygiene reasons. The staff seems to only be here to make money and not to give people a nice coffee moment, the staff who finally walked around after a long time to remove tables clearly does not enjoy this work and it seemed to cost her a lot of energy. When we left, a staff member walked through the entrance at the same time as us, there was no eye contact or wishes for a nice afternoon, no, he simply let one of the two swing doors fall against our stroller where my sleeping daughter was lying, purely because he was too busy chatting with his colleague so I spoke to him but he just walked on without feeling addressed, so not concerned with guests at all. Bizarrely, we simply won't come back here again. Too bad, but nice coffee!

Advertising and reality are very far apart here. An affogato for 5.35 here consists of 3/4 cream, a few soft lumps of caramel, a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and an estimated half espresso. According to the picture, the other one should be different. Half of the caramel cubes were spread out on the tray. There was one person in front of me, three drinks and a piece of cake. Took almost five minutes of waiting for me. What do they do here when the store is full? I couldn't recommend this cafe more highly.

Mini spoons in large beakers that can burn your fingers or have to wait until your coffee is cold.

Wat een afgang dit. Begin middag en alles is op. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel en 10 minuten wachten op je koffie en staren naar je UFO tot hij gaat trillen dat je koffie klaar is en het kan halen terwijl de helft van het personeel op zijn telefoon zit. Nou sorry hoor maar dit kan echt niet.

Wat een waardeloze service isdat bij Casa del café.. 35 euro 1 ijs koffie 2 cola en 2 broodjes ... geven ze nog de verkeerde mee ook... krijg een grote mond van het personeel. Gewoon om aan te geven dat het niet klopt. Kom hier nooit meer terug!!

We hebben niks gegeten, alleen gedronken. Dat was prima, enigste vervelende was de deur aan de breedste zijde van winkel, die maakte veel geluid bij het dichtgaan, volgens ons lag deze ook uit zijn sponning, helemaal scheef..zag dat meerdere klanten het merkten.

Lekker gegeten was alleen jammer dat ik geen kop koffie kon krijgen zonder gruis erin,en dat tot 3maal toe,moet wel zeggen dat ik voor geen enkele tas koffie moest betalen, personeel vond het zelf niet kunnen, boden oprecht hun excuses aan.
