CASPER - Food Court in Oud-Strijp

I've ordered several times before. I ordered pasta once, and it was burnt. The other orders were delicious and delivered quickly.

I paid €5 and €8k for one small bowl of pasta via Good to Go, which I don't think even costs €5 on the menu. And they didn't even look at me. The staff were unfriendly on the phone and spoke poor Dutch. All in all, I didn't get a second chance for my money, so I could earn them. Absolutely terrible. I'll never order from them again.

Don't order delivery. I got something completely different than what I ordered and nothing I could do about it

Awful experience second time ordering. First time was excellent this time a disaster. One burger missing and getting told “we have three people confirming that everything was in there” and “the driver probably ate it” when the bag was closed. The staff was not willing to call UberEats I had to give them the number to call UberEats. Said I was going to get called but after 30 minutes I call and get told “I got a message that your phone number did not exist”. They fixed nothing only offered to make the burger but we had to pick it up. One burger was cold and no substitute was given. Awful costumer service no willingness to help and needed instructions from the client to call UberEats. Staff was not competent and said I was going to get the burgers and got one because “it is nice that we got one burger for free”.

What a shitty restaurant. They forgot one of the two burgers, but couldn't help us in any way because "they were sure it was included." After calling five times, we were finally able to pick up two new burgers because the first one had gotten cold. When I got to the restaurant, they simply gave me one burger without saying a word because the manager had told me to. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They just kept saying they were sure it wasn't their fault. What a terrible place. They should take down the "customer is king" sign.

I never make reviews, but I ordered a salmon and cream cheese bagel with added ingredients. only came with cream cheese, rucola with NO salmon and NONE of my added ingredients. very disappointing! as a student I payed good money expecting good food! Please just read the order properly and really pay attention to what you’re making, if anything I would like a little refund, thank you!

Vegan Burger Brothers: this is what was delivered today; a pink - not cooked burger, everything was cold. Even the cheddar did not melt! Called the restaurant; “we can not do anything about it” Never order here! Don’t waste your money! P.s. the colour of the burger should be like the second picture….

We thought we would order a tasty burger. We were very hungry and everything they had to offer looked delicious. How wrong we were. The order was not made correctly and let's not even get started on the cheese on the bun. It was so transparent you almost had an edible magnifying glass. We called the restaurant with our good courage, which took us 4 attempts before someone answered to come to a solution. An apology was not yet possible and we had to figure it out ourselves. This was the first and last time for us.

terrible food, half the listed ingredients were missing. beyond disappointed

Couldn't be reached, received too little and everything was cold. Ridiculous, very disappointing unfortunately! Do not order here.

This is a joke. Caesar salad was a box full of gross chicken and 3 pieces of lettuce

Too bad I have to choose at least one star, I would have preferred to take one away... Ordered a meal via 'Too Good to Go'. Because they and Casper are against food waste and Casper advertises freshly made meals, I expected a decent meal. What I got: A DEFROSTED frozen meal from the grocery store! See pictures. Can't believe this. I have filed a complaint but they continue to claim that it is a freshly made meal. This is deception and deception. And it was soggy and tasteless. WORTHLESS!!! And then also dare to ask to leave a review...

The quality of the food was really poor (mushy fries and unpleasant burger sauce). If you consider the price, then it’s really not a good option

Terrible experience. We ordered 5 burgers and 3 types of fries. The sweet potato fries were soggy, the wedges were hard and the waffle fries were elastic! It seemed they had been reheated. Both texture and flavors were bad. The burger buns were dry, the meat flavor unpleasant. All this was wrapped in a excessive price and more than an hour for delivery.

Waited an hour and a half, talked to the delivery person who was also angry with the restaurant. Order canceled after 1.5 hours, no food, no compensation, no explanation, nothing. All restaurants closed after that time, thank you very much!

I ordered a bagel with egg cheddar cheese and bacon and the same on a foccacia bread, the worst thing I have ever ordered, the cheese had not melted at all, the egg had no taste and it seemed as if they had put the bacon in the oven for 1 minute. pan and quickly put it on the sandwich. First time ordering this but never again, I wouldn't give it to my dog

I don't understand what makes this a 10 euro burger if there is even less on it than on the Mac? In addition, delivery took 45 minutes and I now have a cold, limp burger with 3 leaves of lettuce

A scam in the name of Indian food. This was the worst experience in online food order. What we ordered was biriyani but what we received was 10 spoons of rice with all sorts things you wouldn't find it in a Biriyani!!!!

I ordered the Salmon Focaccia Sandwich and got the smallest pinch of salmon with nothing but bread lettuce and onion I do not recommend ordering that at all. Other items I have ordered in the past come in good amounts prepared messy, but this was just sad to see never had a problem before till today when I ordered something I thought I would get the ingredients evenly spread through out the sandwich instead just got a pinch of the ingredients

Messed up my order, after calling I was told they had to ask the manager what to do about it. I asked them to call me back as soon as they knew what was going to happen - after 20 min I decided to call myself and no one picked up. Then they even removed my order number from Uber Eats so now I cannot get a refund... In addition to a missing burger, the one I did receive missed ingredients. The loaded missed nearly all vegetables as it only came with red onions...

This place was really good a couple months ago but suddenly the quality of the food dropped horrendously, I'm quite saddened to see such a thing happen this was my favorite burger place.

Take out order. Wings deal. Each item is ~1€. (16 for 4+4+4 wings) Boneless chicken (nugget?) Are not the best. Go for other ones

Sfeeloze afhaal locatie met allemaal stoelen opgestapeld die nog van het vorige restaurant waren volgens mij. Je kunt daar ook niet eten dus waarom staan die daar? Het eten is prima, maar echt veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Een focaccia brood voor 9,99 euro was een teleurstelling toen ik hem op m'n bord legde, had hem wel 2x zo groot verwacht. Dan kun je nog beter op Eindhoven Airport een broodje halen

Very average food, potato wedges tasted like they were out the microwave. Chicken was decent. Burger was also just very average

Loved the veggie lasagna here, and of course, the cookie dough is worth trying, especially the red velvet flavour!! Props to the staff for maintaining the tidiness of the place. Definitely recommend casper to everyone!!!!

Aangename ervaring (online bestellingen). Ze bieden meerdere 'keukens' aan (lasagna, taco, hamburger etc..) De standaard hamburger was voor mij wat flauw maar de lasagna was lekker. Alles is met aandacht gemaakt en afgeleverd en dat geeft vertrouwen. De reden dat ik die moete neem om mijn ervaring te delen is omdat de reviews (UberEats oa.) serieus worden genomen en dat mij (ongevraagd) een korting wordt aangeboden om het menu vooral nog een keer te proberen nav mijn 3/5 sterren beoordeling voor de hamburger. Ik ga mij bijna schuldig voelen want voor mij is het snel niet pikant genoeg gekruid...

Het eten was heerlijk. Ik raad het iedereen aan!

Ordered at Jack's Chicken Shack a couple of days ago. The boneless wings are tiny, hot wings are OK and fries were soft. All in all OK food but I don't think it's worth the price you pay online. Perhaps it's cheaper for takeout.

Nous avons choisi, 1 Chicken bagel € 9,99, énormément de moutarde... et très cher pour un simple bagel qui se décompose. 1 hamburger € 11,99 pour rester sur sa faim. €12 pour l'équivalent d'un cheeseburger à 1,5eu au McDo 1 portion Loaded Fries € 7,99 +++ Terrible !!

Ik heb de Barney's combo besteld om te laten bezorgen. Dat is een classic burger met wedges en een drankje. De bezorging was op tijd en het eten was warm. Het was ook echt heel erg lekker en zeer vullend.

Eten was (bezorgd) echt ontzettend lekker. De kip Teriyaki vond ik persoonlijk iets te sterk van smaak, maar de burger en de aardappeltjes super vers en lekker.
