Celine's Bakkerij in Wijk 00

Since I discovered KRUIM, I don't really want to touch supermarket bread anymore. The sourdough is so delicious: crispy crust, airy center, and a flavor that will leave you speechless. The country loaf is my favorite, but the pumpkin variety is also delicious. You can just taste that it's made with care and time. I really wonder: why isn't all bread like this? Note: once you've been to KRUIM, there's no going back. At KRUIM, every slice is sublime.

I've recently started getting the baguettes here. They are incredibly good! I can only recommend them. Good quality and not expensive either.

We had high tea today, what an amazing experience. We ate wonderfully (and plenty!) from a delicious four-course menu. This is also the very best gluten-free bakery in the wider area, with very dedicated owners and a beautiful vision. They eat gluten themselves and taste everything, so it has to be truly delicious, and you can tell. From the bread to the pastries, everything is really tasty.

I've already asked twice in the notes to Thuisbezorgd for less cheese on my pizza because they put so much on it. I don't think anyone pays attention, because every time it's always way too much... We'll be ordering from elsewhere from now on. It's a shame, because the pizza would have been perfect with a little less cheese.
