First of all: what a beautiful dark green retro cake, exactly as I imagined it! And it was also incredibly delicious — red velvet, my favorite. The owner was also very friendly and had neatly packed the cake in a box. In any case, I know where I'll be getting my next cake!

We laughed a lot and enjoyed ourselves during the cake workshop with friends. Cemre was super sweet and helped us step by step. We proudly went home with our homemade cake. Definitely worth repeating!

As a company, we have had very positive experiences with CEMS. For a team day, we organized a cake decorating workshop for our staff together with CEMS and ordered unique cake pop boxes as a gift for all our employees. The communication was smooth and professional. During the workshop, Cemre managed to inspire our team, and everyone proudly went home with a beautifully decorated cake. The custom cake pops were very popular. You could tell that they were fresh and handmade. CEMS thought along with our wishes and delivered everything on time. was looking for a special birthday cake for my twenty’th birthday, found cems on google and I’m so glad I found this place. I couldn’t really decide between flavours so I went for more basic ones, vanilla bean cake and the biscoff filling. usually cakes that look amazing taste less good but the flavour was amazing, so dense and flavourful. it was made on the same day so that’s probably why. service was so nice, paid for shipping and they delievered it in a car right to my house. owners are so kind and I’m so happy, had such a special birthday. thank you so much you guys ☺️☺️ - dean bonnier

Today we followed a Bento Cake Workshop at Cems Bakery. We were warmly welcomed and had a fantastic day. The owner is incredibly sweet and cheerful, and gives clear instructions. There are tasty snacks on the table and drinks are also offered. We are super happy with our cakes, which also taste delicious! Definitely recommended! <3

I am also typing this on behalf of 4 other girls. On 23/11 we were allowed to follow a private workshop with Cem. And I am not exaggerating, the cake was delicious, there were snacks for while making the cake, Cem thinks along with you and also guides you during the entire process. I really had a top result. And the girls loved it. She really made my birthday complete. She even added a beautiful candle to the wrapping box because it was my birthday🥹

In November my mother and I attended the workshop as a surprise for my mother's birthday, and she was so surprised! What good care, where everyone's wishes were carefully listened to. Really a super sweet lady who wants nothing but satisfied customers! Of course we were allowed to take the delicious cake home with us 😋

Way of communicating is very sad. I placed an order for my birthday cake two weeks in advance and the order was canceled two days before my birthday, with the reason being yes, we are fully booked. Furthermore, they do not contact you by telephone. The company is very unprofessional and not suitable for processing orders properly. I definitely don't recommend this. Two days in advance you are told not to have any cake on your birthday. Please do not order from them unless you want to live in ignorance and take the risk of not having a cake on your birthday. Perfection, fast delivery and super tasty! I am very satisfied with CEMS. I ordered a cake and sweets for 30 people for my engagement and shared a photo for impressions. The result was a copy of the impression, beautiful! I also made a change in the meantime regarding numbers and that was no problem at all. The owner is sweet and quick to respond and just as good at managing expectations. I will get my cakes and sweets here from now on!

Ordered a cake for my son's first birthday. Wow the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten!! Cake looked really beautiful and everyone enjoyed it. I was going to pick up the cake myself, but due to circumstances we were short of time, so the owner offered to have the cake delivered to us, we were so very happy with this, really top service!

Unfortunately not satisfied at all. Ordered cake, cupcakes and cake pops 3 months in advance for €300 in total. I showed a photo of how I wanted the cake and we made arrangements regarding decorations for cupcakes and cake pops. Unfortunately, on the day of the party she had made the wrong flavor of cake (vanilla instead of chocolate). Okay, can happen. However, I notice that everything does not correspond at all to what was agreed. Cake was decorated very sparsely and did not match the photo I sent. The cupcakes only had edible paper stuck to the top and the cake pops were also not decorated as agreed. I just received standard (marble) cake pops that did not fit the theme, while she had promised something completely different that would fit the theme. All in all a really big disappointment. After I pointed this out, she admitted that she was pressed for time. I find it unacceptable for something that should be a professional company. It seems as if she mainly has an eye for customers with "respect", because she shows those examples on Instagram and they are of course beautiful. Very disappointing that not all customers get the attention and time they deserve. After some pushing I got some of my money back, which is nice, but doesn't fix the experience. If I had known this I would have spent my money elsewhere. The taste of the cake was also disappointing. I opted for Oreo (in combination with chocolate, but ended up with vanilla) and you couldn't taste it at all in the cake. Must have been due to haste. Overall, disappointing experience. Edit in response to owner's response: My message contains no untruths. You didn't deposit 1/3 of your own money without me having to ask. You transferred €30 from yourself for incorrect taste. And yes, you could still “adjust” this, but you said yourself that the cake still needed cooling time. Since we had a tight party schedule and had to travel 1 hour back, this was simply not an option. So don't pretend that the choice was mine. Afterwards I had to ask for an additional refund because the decoration was not at all what was agreed. Go back and read the messages to refresh your memory. And yes, it's nice that I got the refund. I say that in my review, right? But that doesn't make the experience any less disappointing, I think you understand that. Furthermore, I don't understand why you don't address the fact that you made the cake and sweets in a hurry? You yourself admitted this. You said yourself that you also found it "disappointing" (your own words) and that you were "pressed for time". Very typical that you ignore this and can only criticize my “tone” and so-called “untruths”. What tone, by the way? I'm just saying the experience was disappointing. That makes sense, right? After all, you yourself admitted that you found it disappointing. Next time just don't leave your customers behind like that and give them the 100% that you give to customers with prestige, then you will not receive a negative review. Success!

This really is the tastiest red velvet we have ever eaten! I ordered a cake for Valentine's Day and she delivered it personally to ensure proper delivery. Awesome! Besides the fact that the cake is really beautiful, it also tastes CRAZY GOOD! The red velvet is even tastier than that of the De Drie Graefjes. Definitely my number 1! I will definitely order more this year.
