NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! I ordered a beef noodle bowl last night around 18:30. After preparing the order, the person in charge called me to say that I had to pay extra. However, he did not inform me about the extra charge before making the order or ask whether I agreed to it. When we said we wanted to cancel, he told us it was not possible and that we had to pay anyway. During the call, he claimed to be the owner of the restaurant, but later we found out that this was not true. His behavior was very rude and aggressive, and he was shouting on the phone. On top of that, the food was extremely greasy and oily, to the point that it was inedible. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Overpriced food for very little. Delivery takes a very long time.

I waited two hours for it to finally be delivered, only to receive a bowl of noodles that had apparently been sitting in a vat of oil. The spring rolls were limp and soggy. When I called after an hour to ask where they were, they were very nonchalant over the phone. It was the first and last time we ordered from them.

Takeout service is excellent! Extensive menu with excellent dishes! Generous portions, delicious food!

Holy shit, that was awful! It arrived an hour later than indicated on the website and was simply inedible. Don't order from here is not just a suggestion, but a strong recommendation.

Absolutely disgusting! The delivery guy is sitting outside smoking weed and stinks for an hour. And the cook is standing next to him with a cigarette butt in his fingers. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like or whether they wash their hands. But if you let your staff smoke weed under the umbrella, you're just plain stupid! My buddy gets it there often; they'd never seen me before and they won't see me again!

Good food, crispy chicken—not so crispy, but tasty! Punctual delivery.

Mediocre food. The vegetarian option lacked flavor, with very dry tofu. The chicken noodles had way too much sauce. It was a waste of money. We won't be ordering again.

The food was really tasty and it was ready super fast, just 5 minutes! However, I didn’t appreciate that the menu said €9.50 on google maps but I ended up paying €11.95. Please update your prices now if they’ve changed. This kind of thing doesn’t feel good and leaves a bad impression, even though I really respected the food and the pace. I hope its not a marketing trick/scam, but simply a little mistake. But it makes me hesitate to come back.

I recently used China Express's service, and I am very satisfied with my experience. When submitting a complaint, I was helped in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. The team showed understanding and professionalism, which greatly facilitated the process. Moreover, they offered a good option to solve my problem.

Just received my order and your delivery guy was sorry my order toppled over during the drive. Tell him no worries: everything was fine as usual!

Then you order food for four people via Uber Eats because they are offering a great deal... you get a load of dry rice with a little sauce and an inch of meat and four slices of cucumber, etc. So I call them and tell them that I don't think this is nice. customers (leaving them hungry and giving them something other than what they think they are buying). The person on the phone said that I don't get a normal portion ("it's not one meal, but it is if you order via the normal route"). The message is actually that I should have ordered through them and not been such a cheapskate. How is this my fault/problem? Because I ordered through Uber Eats and they have to pay Uber, I compensate for the financial gap between offer and income with a mouth full of dry rice, a lack of food and a full waste bag. Now we are chewing dry rice, well it is even in the trash. What a travesty and we are still hungry. When I politely pointed out to him that it would be better not to offer it if they do not deliver what you buy, he pointed to the good reviews. Never here again, what disrespect, I would rather waste my time and money somewhere else where I can be assured that I will get what I order. As icing on the cake, there was also a piece of razor-sharp bone that luckily I didn't get into my gums. Money back please cultivate some mobility in your potential customers. Man man man...

Ordered takeaway, food was not great honestly, it didn't taste bad but was incredibly mid. took 2 hours to deliver and they forgot the Fortune Cookie they say that is included. I also called them 1h after I ordered to get an update because I had not received anything, and they told me the food was on the way and the food arrived over another hour later. Moreover, I had even tipped the courier 10% . Terrible service.

I have ordered online twice in the past. It was good. Containers were large enough that you still had a little left over at night or in the morning and it would still have some taste of the sauce or meat. I've been there twice now. You will now get a container about two-thirds of what it was before. You get white rice or, for a euro more, nasi. And honestly... the meat with the sauce is about a sixth of the container and the vegetables, peppers and onions, are about two-sixths and three-sixths are rice or nasi. at the bottom you will no longer have any meat, vegetables or sauce. never mind....

Received at home, 1x at this restaurant. Delicious tenderloin with pepper, nice and spicy and a lot for just me. Can't answer about the atmosphere, as I haven't been to the restaurant ;)

Found this takeaway/delivery restaurant at the last minute. And what a pleasant surprise! Friendly young man on the phone. Who, together with the cook, said: yes, we will prepare it for you. Even though the kitchen was actually already closed. And a separate extra meal. Absolutely top notch service. And the taste? Awesome. Definitely worthy of a restaurant. We're going to do this again!

Worst noodles experience ever. I ordered the seafood noodle box and apart from the really bad quality of seafood and the overcooked noodles, they even forgot to remove the plastic cover from the surimi stick…

I tried Singaporian noodles with Tofu and eggs and spring rolls. My meal was very delicious and yummy 😋. Person on counter was very polite and nice. He suggested me what could be best as per taste. Can recommend this outlet if you like Chinese dishes.

Genuinely have no idea why this place has a bad rep on Google Reviews. Their Wok Box menus are top tier comfort food and are a HUGE portion for how much you pay (especially for students in times of inflation). The flavours are always consistent. Ngl we order from here almost every week and rotate between the Mandarin chicken, Ketjap chicken, Sing-a-box and Kung Pao Beef. 10/10 for all of these, esp if you're from South Asia and are craving nostalgic flavours. If I could cut half a point, it's only because their delivery times are inconsistent since they manage it internally. At times, it's taken more than an hour to arrive, but it's always piping hot and so much food that u forget about it when ur belly's full!

Erg lekker en de man aan de balie was erg vriendelijk, de Nasi Java was goed van smaak en was erg snel bezorgd!

Specialty item boxes come with 75% rice and 25% of whatever you ordered. Very bland. The Mandarin chicken sauce tased exactly like the tofu & vegetables. Tofu tasted like it was previously dehydrated. House noodles had very little flavor but were very salty. Take out was prepared quickly.

Altijd heerlijk eten en keurig op tijd bezorgd, super!

Ik bestel hier regelmatig. Het eten wordt bijna altijd snel bezorgd en personeel is attent. Een keer per ongeluk voor afhalen gekozen i.p.v. bezorgen en hier werd netjes over gebeld om te vragen of dit klopte omdat ik het eten altijd laat bezorgen. Ik bestel altijd iets met Ossenhaas en deze keer was dat Tau Zie Gnau. Deze was erg lekker!

Ik bestel hier al heel lang, en als er iets is zijn ze altijd heel behulpzaam om het op te lossen. Dus altijd lekker eten, dus dik tevreden.

Al jaren bestellen of halen wij ons avondeten bij China Express. Inmiddels hebben we elk menu op de kaart gehad. Ontzettend betrouwbaar restaurant met heerlijke verse gerechten. Ze bezorgen snel en de porties zijn eerder teveel dan te weinig! We zijn erg blij met jullie en hopen ook de komende jaren hier te kunnen bestellen! PS: als je online besteld dan kun je dat het beste via hun eigen website doen! Dit zullen ze erg waarderen.

Heel lekker eten ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen

Eten is altijd goed, alleen bestel ik hier niet meer sinds het minimum bedrag voor bezorgen 22.50 is geworden. Ik kan niet 3 maaltijden in mijn eentje opeten, en helaas blijft het niet lang goed in de koelkast.. jammer!

Tofu noodles ++- Sometimes you might get some wierd things around the box when you get delivery but that happens if you order late night :p Side dishes +++ Really yummy.. Go for their spring rolls! Delivery time +++ They were patient with me while I forgot to hear the bell and asked them to deliver the food again because of my dumbness ;D

Lekker eten en vriendelijke mensen. De porties zijn ruim zat ( ook voor een grote jongen als mij ).

Lekker gegeten goed gevulde loempia 1 klein foutje had nasi besteld maar zat gewoon witte rijst in maar niet al te min het was heerlijk van mij mag de kip in pittigesaus wel wat heeter

Food was good and got delivered fast, had to go down to pick up the delivery because of Covid but that’s understandable (live in a student flat)

K had noodles met kip besteld. Toen deze bezorgd werden en k het doosje opende rook het heel vreemd en verbrand.. Ik vergeleek het met de geur van een asbak. En de smaak was zoals het rook, heel smerig. Terug gebeld en het uitgelegd...en ze kwamen keurig snel een nieuwe box brengen. Aan de telefoon al excuses gekregen en bij de nieuwe bezorging zat een grote zak kroepoek en een blikje drinken. En de noedelbox was heerlijk zoals ik gewend ben van ze. De oude box mee gegeven en ze gingen het met de kok bespreken... Dus super opgelost!!! En alsnog heerlijk gegeten.

1,50 bezorgkosten en 1 euro iDEAL kosten(????). Ze willen liever zwart geld, dat is duidelijk.. Eten was lekker, wel een beetje overdreven veel champignons in m'n bakkie. Wel raar dat als we 2 bakjes bestelden, en we maar 1 setje stokjes ontvingen en 1 fortune cookie....

Toch de lekkerste nasi van Groningen hoor. Goed gevuld. Ruime openingstijden en altijd snel bezorgd!

Prima chinees. Bezorging is meestal snel. Soms is het erg druk en is afhalen handiger. Er is dan alleen helaas geen pin beschikbaar en bij betalen via internet komt er een euro bovenop.

Great food for really accessible prices

We had been ordering a food since 2016, the last time the food we ordered was on 1/08/2017, it was so bad, no seeafood in, simply only box of rice for 8€. We loved to order the food from you guys but the last few months its just horrible! We will think if we should order from you or never again...
