Chinees restaurant Nieuwegein in Batau Zuid

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Arrived half an hour late. The atjar had leaked throughout the entire bag, making the pangsit completely soggy. Spring roll soft and wobbly, but black.

It feels primarily for takeout. The seating area isn't very inviting. The food was tasty! Friendly service.

I placed a delivery order by phone today, had a very friendly gentleman on the phone, I could pay cash at the door or via iDeal link. My food was delivered at 7:30 PM, a very nice gentleman came to deliver it, very friendly, and I honestly had a delicious meal, it was really super!! I only received the payment link an hour later, that really shows trust in people!!! You guys are the best, keep up the good work!!

I have been waiting 50 minutes for food in the restaurant, it is still cold and very bitter, not recommended and way too expensive for the service and taste.

Delicious food and friendly, efficient service. Fine for takeaway (possibly after ordering by phone). The restaurant section has only 6 tables, 4 of which have no view of the outside and are not really decorated in a cozy way. If you don't mind that, you can have a delicious meal there too. Hence 5 stars. Update March 22, 2026 Ordered food by phone for six people, to be picked up at 17:15. However, the food was not ready until 17:40. The satay was tasteless, the babi pangang was tough, and four of the six of us had stomach and intestinal complaints. Hence only 3 stars now.

Super quality, I've been coming here for years

The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Nice place. I went there for the first time for babi pangang with nasi, which were good. I wouldn't eat there, but it's perfect for takeout.

I think this is the best Chinese food in Nieuwegein and the surrounding area. They're also very customer-friendly.

This restaurant is basically s take-away restaurant. There seem to be a limited dine-in option but that area was pretty dark. I tried their King do kai, which was pretty good, and their tjiew jiem kai, wich had a good taste but wasn't crispy at all. As if they warmed it up in a microwave or they fried it in oil that was way below temperature. Their Cantonese rice is great though. Serious potential here but pay attention to details.

Excellent food, affordable, and always generous portions. There are still a few tables where you can dine in. Not really recommended for a cozy night out, but if you're stranded in Nieuwegein, you can still go here. The number one (Chinese restaurant) in Nieuwegein.

Very friendly contact to place an order. The food was delivered a few days later, perfectly on time. And we had a delicious meal, wow! Super delicious. Highly recommended.

There are tables, but not really in use or inviting, we got take-out food, friendly people but the food was very disappointing in taste.

Good restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. I was stranded due to a road rage incident. Highly recommended!

Nice and tasty takeaway restaurant

Always incredibly busy, but they work so quickly that you rarely have to wait long. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. There's not much atmosphere, but they mainly focus on takeout. Highly recommended if you're a takeout lover.

Meh, Everything tastes the same. The food was lukewarm. The lady behind the counter wasn't friendly. I don't understand the 4 stars.

Got takeout here for the first time, and the other reviews here are right on target: they say it's exceptionally good. I ordered by phone and picked it up myself. The food is very well prepared, with good (Cantonese and regular) noodles. Everything was well-prepared, nice and hot, generous portions, and very tasty.

This Chinese restaurant seems to be primarily set up for take-out. At first, we didn't even know if we could eat in. There are only a few tables. Actually, it's only the limited space that is not separated from the (busy) take-out area that dampens the atmosphere a bit. The restaurant looks very neat. The toilets, for example, were also very neat. The service was good and friendly. I had a special babi pangang. The food was surprising. Different flavors than we were used to. But certainly very good. Large portions. It was perhaps a bit more expensive than other Chinese restaurants, but certainly a good price/quality ratio. Very positive experience.

Tastiest Chinese restaurant in Nieuwegein.

The tastiest Chinese in Nieuwegein. Food is tasty, portions are good and there is plenty of choice.

Best Chinese restaurant in Nieuwegein. Generous portions, pleasant communication via WhatsApp. Delivery spontaneous, fast and warm!

The best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Fresh hot and delicious

What super good quality! We come from IJsselstein, but we like to drive through for this top food. Guarantee the current quality and you will have a top tent.

Delicious food, large quantity. no possibility to visit a restaurant, takeaway only.

What happened is normally good, but on Sunday there was no satay, old noodles, maybe one new chef, which wasn't that bad.

How bad this turned out, Foe yong hai with pre-cooked frozen shrimp, sauce with garlic and the egg and vegetables barely touched the pan, €18.50, thrown straight into the garbage bin

Used to have more in it. They have moved. Food just as good. Quick service. Now also delivered, but I prefer to pick up.

Food is always good here . The old place was great to dine in. This new place not so much

Food was tasty. Had to wait an incredibly long time for the food/before it could even be ordered.

Tasty and beautiful building. It has become more of a takeaway. But you can still eat there. This Chinese is always good!

Usually rice table Nieuwegein or Indian rice table, very tasty!

The restaurant is quite small, but it wasn’t very busy. The restaurant and toilets were both clean. As for the staff, they were really friendly and kind. The food was also amazing! In my opinion, one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city. I recommend trying it out if you’re in the neighborhood.

Our to go place once a week. Super great food and best service!

Heerlijk gegeten echt top restaurant

Lekker gegeten!

Eten besteld, konden we snel ophalen (binnen 20 minuten). Stond net klaar op afgesproken tijd. Top dus!

Nieuwegein rijstafel besteld. 2 personen Echt superlekker.

Heerlijk eten goede service klant vriendelijk

Beste Chinees van Nieuwegein is terug ! Heel fijn
