A pleasant experience in this cafe! The pastries were delicious, fresh and well prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The surroundings were beautiful and the café had a nice, attractive appearance. Definitely a place to come back again!

We stumbled upon this cafe by accident because the others were full. Well, it became our regular ever since. The cakes are to die for, and the sandwiches are not to miss either. Dirty chai is heaven. But…. Most importantly for us is the genuinely friendly face and service, which is rare to find in cafes in Amsterdam. Love.

We had chosen the high tea deluxe. There were many different sandwiches with ingredients such as salmon, pesto, chicken and tuna. By the way, everything is also halal! The nice thing was that it had a Turkish twist such as feta borek. Kind employees who come every time to ask if everything is to your liking. Definitely worth it!

Tried their Devils Cake. It was awesome, not too sweet, just the way I like it! Very cozy atmosphere and Ali is a wonderful host.

Had the deluxe high tea here with a friend. The contact in advance by e-mail was pleasant and we received a nice welcome. It is cozy and cozy inside. The hosts were nice and enthusiastic. The food was tasty and nicely served, but for the price we paid we might have expected something more special. We had a nice afternoon!

It was so cozy and cute. The staff was super nice. We did the high tea arrangement and it was really good! Everything tastes fresh and it’s all homemade. I would really recommend to go here. My favorite was the carrot cake!

We made a reservation for high tea for 4 people through Social Deal. Unfortunately we had to deal with 3 sick people the day before the high tea. However, the business could not be reached because it was closed after 5 p.m. We wanted to reschedule the reservation for the next morning, but that was no longer allowed, because they had already taken into account a high tea for 4 people. I only received the amount of 1 voucher back and through Social Deal customer service we received another 1 voucher credit - quite a meager compensation. It is very unfortunate how this turned out, because there is not much you can do about reports of illness. As a result, I lost out on 53.85 euros while I was still willing to reschedule the high tea to another date. In any case, we will never come back here again.

A nice surprise! I was passing by and decide to have a coffee break. In the end, I went for a quick lunch as everything looked so good and the service was very friendly. I tried the winter cinnamon latte, which I loved! It really warm my heart. The caprese sandwich was also very tasty. In overall, a great experience! I will add it in my list of frequent cafes. Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful time at Chiqueolatte. The barista team there are so invested your experience, sharing stories from home and how the food is prepared. You can feel the love and pride in their work. You must try the winter cinnamon latte. Exquisite! Best latte in all of Amsterdam!

I recently visited Chiqueolatte in Amsterdam and had an amazing experience! We tried the chocolate fondue, and it was delightful, with a fantastic selection of dippables. The coffee was also top-notch. What really stood out was the barista—he was incredibly friendly and lovely, making our visit even more enjoyable. Her enthusiasm for the drinks and the overall vibe made us feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough for a sweet treat and a warm atmosphere!

Last year we enjoyed a delicious, pleasant lunch with 10 people, great service and will be back again this year for a High Tea and hope for the same experience.

We had the “deluxe high tea”, but the offering was certainly not deluxe. We received 8 pieces of bread, 3 pieces of croissant, 3 puff pastry bites and 3 cake slices. The savory part was very sparse, because the slices were very small. There was no information available online about the difference between the "deluxe" and the "normal". The staff can't explain this either. We also received 1 pot of tea. All in all: it wasn't bad, but for €35pp you can get much better elsewhere. Price/quality ratio not in balance.

Ordered a high tea via Groupon. It all started when I called to make a reservation and was answered with “hello?????”, for a moment I thought I had the wrong number but ultimately managed to make a reservation in a very unclear conversation. Service was nice but said “delicious” with everything he served or covered, it became quite annoying after the third time. Even though the sandwiches were tasty, this had nothing to do with a high tea, even that one chocolate and piece of cake couldn't save it. Also no clean toilet. All details that would keep me from coming back here anytime soon.

Disappointing high tea and completely incomparable to what I see in the photos, with or without a voucher, apparently this varies every day. Our high tea consisted of pieces of country bread and we were given a piece of carrot cake to share. And oh yes, 1 pot of tea. Even if it was with a voucher, for the same amount I would have had a better high tea elsewhere. We also left at some point because the staff had been sitting in the garden together for more than half an hour. We were waiting at the cash register (to neatly sign out because the high tea had already been paid for) but at some point we left.

I had a high tea at Chiqueolatte Amsterdam. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. The food itself was fine. The presentation was quite good. Unfortunately they forgot to ask for allergies etc beforehand, and they forgot to explain what we had in front of us, since we just had a big platter of random foods. Furthermore, they forgot the tea, at our high tea. Sadly the toilets were unclean and the bin was full and had papers next to it.

Delicious food, the people who worked there and the atmosphere was very nice and laid back. Would recommend!

Beautiful place with delicious food and wonderful service. The interior is very beautiful and you're tempted to stay longer. My friends and I came here by chance and it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter was Ali and he made sure that we had everything needed. From recommendations to relaxing talks. The price is also affordable and worth everything penny. I really loved it.

Servers were really kind and the restaurant has a nice vibe! However we got our food after 30-40min, the salmon bagel had barely a salmon (mostly tasted cream cheese), and the chicken sandwich was just okay 🥲🥲.. Also I wasn't a big fan of their coffee unfortunately 🥹

We ordered a burrata salad and a caprese sandwich. Unfortunately the burrata salad wasn't made with burrata, but with mozzarella. I think that almost borders on fraud. Very disappointing

After a long day in Amsterdam we enjoyed delicious tea and desserts. It was the perfect end to a great day. Although we had no reservation, we were very well received at the best place.

Very warm ladies who received us. Everything went very smoothly and very neatly. The tea is delicious, the cakes are delicious, great that we were allowed to take them with us! The sandwiches were freshly baked and tasty.

Had high tea with friends here. They arrange everything according to your wishes. If we asked for something, it was brought to us in no time. We had a good time. The atmosphere is nice and the high tea was delicious with different choices. We didn't get it or it was so filling. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure my friends and I had a good time. Probably one of the worst coffees I have had IN MY LIFE! Food seems to be as if it’s bought at a petrol station, and the coffee is horrendous. Ambience is okay, but that is there only to justify the prices on the menu. While we were eating, the best thing to look at was the exit door ! Rather throw your money in a bonfire

Well, once for us and never again. (high tea) The freight came in and they cleaned it up first before we received our pots of tea after 45 minutes. Containing the loose leaf tea. That you had to fish out. After another 30 minutes, so in total... 1 hour and 15 minutes later we received a etagere with 4 pieces of baguette each and 2 slices of cake each. Everything was bare on the table. No atmosphere No fun So no...not recommended!!

This place is fantastic! Chilled atmosphere, excellent coffee, perfect bagel, and the chocolate all looks amazing and it was very hard to not order some.

I bought 6 of their vouchers from Regiodeals last year. Unfortunately, because of the sickness, I was not able to redeem all of them in time and happened to only visit here once with 2 vouchers used. I have been trying to get the refund for the rest 4 unused vouchers and the Regiodeals said they changed the company from Actievanderdag so the refund is impossible as the finance has been settled with the store already. So I have tried to email your official website and message your Facebook whether I may be able to redeem the rest 4 vouchers as the paid money seems to be received by you already. However not receiving any reply for 1 month so far. Recently I see the same voucher selling again on the same website, at the same price! So last week, I sent the email and message again, still not receiving a reply so far, very disappointing and hopeless for my 22 EUR…

Just had a latte macchiato with a chocolate on a Sunday afternoon. I had to wait quite a while before I could order, and then I had to wait even longer before I was served my coffee, while there were 2 waitresses and 4 customers in the shop. The 1st waitress just walked away when I stood at the counter, the 2nd waitress only came to the counter after she had left a table. Staff only spoke English. Coffee and chocolate were fine. Nice place, very high prices. The window seat is very nicely done, it always caught my eye when I walked past it a few times a week. So today I thought I'd treat myself. Apparently aimed at very young people, who are used to these prices. (€4.80 for a latte macchiato. Chocolate milk is €5.50, which must be very tasty. 😅)

Chic in price. Very expensive. In addition, the music is a playlist that resembles a bedroom playlist. Not suitable for a quiet coffee.
