Christian Chocolaterie and Patisserie in Centrum

We stumbled in, and what we saw made us buy it. When we got home, we were amazed by the refined flavors. The pastries didn't have cream, but mascarpone—fantastic! We bought quite a bit, and everything was delicious. It's a shame we don't live in Oss, but 100 km away, but it's worth the detour if we're in the area. Now, on August 13th, a month later, we were back in the area (we live in Katwijk aan Zee), so we had to stop by again. We had the same experience, plus one extra. Because it was scorching hot, we asked if they had a cooler bag. And they did, a beautiful fabric cooler bag. When we asked how much it cost, we got a truly Dutch answer: FREE!!!! What great service!

Second turn-off at this address, two weeks ago bought a so-called fresh cake which turned out to have a soft base and today bought it for more than €50 and they didn't even take the time to cut the cake. I would have liked to wait but there was supposedly no time for it and that option was not offered either.

I don't want to sound negative, but all three of these have ruined my day. After three years of consistently good cake with lots of fresh fruit, delicious whipped cream, and delicious cake, my father had to settle for a cake for his special 55th birthday that either wasn't fresh or had been hastily assembled the morning before. I know exactly what a good cake tastes like there, and this time it wasn't good. I mentioned this several times, even asking beforehand if they could take into account that he was turning 55 and there really couldn't be anything wrong with it. They promised everything, and we still had to throw it away. We politely sent photos and everything, and you could clearly see it wasn't right. Yet, she dared to promise me in advance that I'd get a new cake, and yesterday I got a message back saying it was my fault, that they couldn't do anything for me, and that I wouldn't be getting a new cake anyway. It was incredibly rude and completely over it. Those are expensive cakes, especially for a student. I've always had fantastic quality and service, but I'll never go back. I should have just apologized and stuck with my decision to offer a new cake. You just can't do this.

Very good bakery worth recommending. Large selection of sweets. All baked goods look stunning. The ordered cake was excellent in taste and made with the greatest care. I love it❤️

I received a beautiful Nutcracker figurine from family last Christmas. I'm not supposed to eat chocolate due to a slight allergy, but I couldn't resist this one after just one bite! The filling is delicious and artisanal, clearly made with care. I'll definitely be back!

The chocolates and beautiful cakes/pastries are not only a feast for the taste buds but also for the eye. What I love is that I can always count on them for a last minute order via the website (beautifully edited chocolate photos for business relations). I also like to take the Osse trots with me for special business occasions. Very luxuriously packaged and a party to give and to give people a piece of Oss by explaining the origin of this luxurious delicacy. Super!! Today I got a few boxes of chocolates. My best friend and I did a chocolate-making workshop here. The owner was incredibly passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly. He let us do most of the work, which made the workshop so much fun. The chocolates are high-quality and delicious, and they came in a variety of flavors and fillings. Something for everyone. In a word: fantastic!

At the Krona museum in Uden I had an apple pie from this bakery. Never tasted anything so sweet before. Too bad.

Ordered 10 pastries, 6 were still frozen. I had contact by telephone, I would come to the store and they would solve it, but when I got there Michelle told me that they were not allowed to solve it themselves. She did say that the cake comes from the freezer to them and the cake was taken out of the freezer too late. The complaint was placed in the complaints folder. The manager would be back on Thursday and the boss on Monday. The manager did call back, but I was no longer able to find a solution. I had a problem on Tuesday and would have liked it to be solved then.

People with allergies/intolerance pay close attention! I recently experienced that the labels were incorrect and that someone was incorrectly informed by the store staff. Contacted about these incidents and a solution was said to be offered, unfortunately I never heard from them again about the actual solution...

Way past its expiration date...Petit glace purchased on July 1, 2022. Served to my guests in the evening. It turned out the next day that they had a shelf life until June 22, 2022. On Saturday some chick on the phone responded completely uninterested. And said that the date had been printed incorrectly. Very unbelievable and otherwise very unprofessional.

This chocolate is really delicious. Been to many addresses, but wow. Everything is handmade and the employees are super nice. They also have a lot of cakes, but I haven't tasted them. I would drive a long way for this. Price-quality is excellent (although it is not cheap).
