Horrible high prices. We had 1x black coffee, 1x flat white and 2 cinnamon buns. Cost 20 euros!!!! Maybe peter pan made these cinnamon buns.. Service? Young people hanging out in a group like its a pick nick . Dont even bother to say a thing..

Great atmosphere, popular with students and young professionals, with comfortable seating and a nice place to sit and work or relax! The coffee was decent, and the pastries were a mixed bag; the brownie was quite chalky, while the lemon bar was passable. Overall, a pleasant café for the atmosphere and the coffee rather than the accompaniments at least from this visit 😅.

Good scenery and coffee. Unfortunately the staff will sit at one of the terrace tables for costumers and smoke blew into our faces and into the restaurant making it smell like cigarettes. The drinks also smelled and had a taste like cigarettes.

Working with two guys where one just sits there chatting with a friend the whole time and the other is busy for 10 minutes for three people because of it—yeah, great service, not.

I loved their specialty coffee. I ordered a Flat White and it surprised me; it was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended 😊 I'll be back

Possibly the best café in Delft to work or study from. It is very work-friendly, has a comfortable atmosphere, and staying open until 6 PM makes it especially convenient. They also have a great selection of iced drinks, and the matcha options are definitely worth trying if that is your thing. I have been here many times, and the barista is always incredibly friendly, which makes the place feel even more welcoming. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded, especially during exam season or on weekends. I would recommend coming early if you want a good seat and a quieter place to work.

A flat little apple pie, lacking in flavor; a medium-sized Americano, unfortunately made with very bitter coffee beans – even three spoonfuls of sugar couldn't improve it. A shame. The restrooms could be cleaner.

This is an excellent place for coffee when in Delft near the market square. The place was celebrating it's 30th anniversary and all coffees and teas were half price which was a nice surprise. But regardless of that they serve excellent coffees so no reason to skip it without the discount. It can be busy with lots of students and young professionals. Definitely a place to go back to.

It's a very peaceful place to have a coffee and read or work on your laptop. It's usually filled with students working on their computers while having tea or coffee. The drinks aren't cheap, but I think that's because customers tend to stay for a long time. There are different areas and levels, and it overlooks a canal. The sofas are still as old as they were 20 years ago 😂

They were super kind, friendly and profesional, and it is a very good place to have some coffee, and just relax or work.

I visited this café about 20 minutes before closing and ordered two coffees and a sandwich. The employee told me he couldn’t warm up the sandwich because the toaster had already been cleaned. Fair enough — closing time procedures happen. What surprised me though was that no alternative or solution was offered. Even something simple like suggesting another item or asking if I still wanted the sandwich cold would have made the experience feel more welcoming. The staff member wasn’t rude, but he seemed quite disengaged and barely made eye contact while speaking. To me, this feels more like a management and training issue rather than a problem with the individual employee. Interestingly, before visiting I had already read reviews mentioning service, and I wanted to see for myself. Now the important part: ☕ The coffee was excellent — really delicious. Rich flavor, very well prepared, and honestly one of the better coffees I’ve had recently. That’s why this place has a lot of potential. The location is great and the coffee quality is clearly there. With better service training and a stronger focus on customer experience, this café could easily become a top spot in the area. ⭐ 3/5 stars overall My recommendation: Come here for the coffee, because it’s genuinely very good. But hopefully the service will eventually match the quality of the coffee. Because when the service isn’t great… even good coffee can taste a little bitter — if you get my point. 😉

Got a Matcha latte which I drank while enjoying the view by a window; relaxing music, people talking casually creating a comforting background noise, and the whole atmosphere is great.

Good coffee, fairly priced, and in a pleasant atmosphere.

Third time I've been here and each time the same conclusion: no atmosphere, unfriendly staff, too busy, terrible service and way too much pressure (not worth the price)!

Even though the place is pretty sweet and chill, I feel that it is way too expensive for what it offers, plus the fact that it is a chain. Also I felt there was a lack of options, with just 2-3 cakes and 2 bars. I understand that the location is very central, but yeah. I will give it 4 stars because of the table service, the nice atmosphere inside, and the great staff.

I went there just to test the atmosphere — and I was really tired. The receptionist told me they only accept credit cards, so I paid with mine. But she didn’t inform the bartender to prepare my coffee. It took quite a while, and eventually I had to prove that I had already paid. The coffee wasn’t cheap either. It was frustrating and honestly quite embarrassing. Not a pleasant first experience.

Nice location and view, comfortable couches, place where you can focus on work or study, helpful service and amazing drinks. You can order on the table and especially I must recommend vanilla bourbon latte and white chocolate matcha.

To think it’s just the coffeebeans responsible for an excellent brew would be naive. They have the excellent La Marzocco espresso coffee machines, you’ll notice a difference! So get that double espresso, add an extra shot to it and you’ll get an incredibly rich flavoured brew from them in return. One of the best in Delft💪🏻☕️

Came back twice already – their matcha is amazing 🍵💚 Tried mango, strawberry & blueberry versions – always with oat milk 🌾 and always perfectly made! Delicious every time, definitely a favorite spot! ✨

We believe the coffee here would be great. Unfortunately we had only the white chocolate matcha latte, where was no white chocolate? We got offered only oatmilk, later on we heard other people ordering coconut milk (we would have prefered that as well). Even though we were just unlucky, It was disappointing…

I used to love this place even if it’s too pricey. Recently, I’ve noticed that they refuse to make filter coffee and give just excuses. They’re basically not doing it because it’s the cheapest option on their menu. But the thing is, it’s on their menu, and they still don’t do it!!

Super chill spot. Amazing matcha. So amazing that I had it a second time right after with mango instead of strawberry. But I think the strawberry one was the best. These additives were also not too sweet that it was ruining the matcha. It was a perfect balance. Self service and the seating is nice to come with a couple friends.

I love this place! Perfect for matcha lovers and remote workers. They have different matcha variations (yes, the hyped strawberry matcha, too!) and free WiFi. They also make it vegan if you want (for me they used coconut milk which I love). Will definitely come again when visiting this city.

Nice place to take your laptop. Lots of choice in coffee. Good working atmosphere. Bring earplugs or headphones, because the music is loud and some visitors shout over it in their telephone conversations. With headphones by the window it is a nice place to clean your mailbox.

That one time I came there... Nice staff, but they were just a little too busy with each other, so my order came in one cup instead of to-go. She just poured the cappuccino over it, too bad. This results in cold coffee and ruined foam.

A very nice place to have tasty coffee, right in the city centre. However, many people seem to be going there to study/work on their laptops rather than just to enjoy a drink, which can make finding a free spot pretty difficult at some hours of the day.

The coffee is nice but at €5.50 for a medium latte, it is way overpriced. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby on the square where you can get a Latte for €3.60.

Pros: nice location and nice seats inside facing the canal Cons: for a place called "the coffee company" you would expect good coffee to be served. Without exaggerating, this place serves some of the worst in Delft. I returned an aeropress three times in a row, as the beans were either stale or underextracted. The place is understaffed and that means that orders usually take longer than expected and the service is not of the highest quality. The place is not cleaned properly, it is dusty and the tables are kind of dirty. Always touching a table or sitting down you feel slimy. The toilets could use more cleaning as well. Overall a nice looking place from the outside, but not worth the prices or the bad quality of the service and products.

The toilets are disgusting, so you immediately know what to think of the audience.

The autumn streetscape with the waterway seen from the window was a sight I will remember for a long time. The coffee taste is a bit strong. I was especially envious of the student sitting across from me who was reading a book in the light shining from the window.

Weird interior with damaged chairs, strange staff, quite good desserts, below average coffee…almost self service. Nothing to add. This would be a very nice place to build up a real cozy café.

the food was bad. the lemonade was made of syrup that you can buy in the albert hijn and overall the quality was bad. it was very overpriced (€4.90 for a lemonade!!) and was not worth it. i also slipped over someones vomit that had not been cleaned. bad smell and bad hygeine. do not reccomend

As l got tired by cycling, took a rest here. Coffee seems good but l ordered just cola.. Good atmosphere. But normal cola taste with 3.9 €, of course. Free WiFi was excellent.

I like going here to learn, but I always find it disappointing. I think the coffee and food are way too overpriced for the quality you get. the 'giant sandwich' is the size of a normal sandwich and you pay €7.95 for it. the tables are also not cleaned properly.

Employees are too lazy to make coffee

I came here to drink chai latte. You have a number of different flavors, with cinnamon, spicy, etc. So it really depends on which chai latte you take, but for me I don't need the spicy one. some employees make it too sweet 😵‍💫 Please indicate in advance what you want. otherwise great business, but I think it's busy and the barristas are not very fast

Cozy place for a coffee or tea break

I really liked the latte it was well made and the artwork is interesting, I really liked the space below the stairs it was well used and we can't forget the incredible view when leaving the cafe.

I have not tried their food but their coffee is really good. It is a good place to work and study. However, it does not have many outlets, so you need a computer with a good battery.

A very nice place. It has a young, studylike chilly atmosphere. Like cafes in London or Berlin. The stuff is friendly and speaks very good english. And to safe the climate - I should stop writing, I know😉- they have a special offer with oat milk you got cafe for less🍵. And they have a lot space to sit. A lot people use the place to study or read books and even play games. The location is really central. And the cafe tastes very good. They have also small cakes.

Visiting from USA for three weeks and this quickly became my favorite coffee house. Very roomy and very comfortable surroundings. Wonderful staff and great coffee and treats. Love it.

Best matcha drink I’ve ever had! I was pleased to see that the barista used what appeared to be proper matcha powder rather than the fake stuff used in most places.

Beneden in de coffee company kun je prima werken en studeren. Hier wordt weinig gepraat of hard gelachen. De koffie is natuurlijk super, de muziek is wisselend, maar te hard om andere muziek op je koptelefoon te hebben.
