Always super satisfied with the quality. So today I tried the red velvet. Well, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it was overly sweet and inedible. I ended up returning more than half the cake; it's a shame they didn't offer to make it right. You'd expect that if someone wasn't satisfied with the quality and a cake costs €18.50. It's the last time I'll order anything here, anyway.

By far the best bakery in Amsterdam West for your cakes and certainly top 3 in Amsterdam. The Banana and Tomato Pouce is an absolute must. Be quick and order for larger quantities.

Been a customer of this pastry bakery for years. Something went wrong with our order during Eid-al-Fitr and this was resolved very professionally, we have no words for that. And not to mention the quality. Thank you toppers!

They have the most delicious macaroons here. Really delicious.

Unfortunately, their pastries are full of incredibly bad ingredients, such as corn syrup instead of regular sugar, and so on. My skin started itching the next day and my eczema also worsened. They pretend to be 'chick' and package everything beautifully, but the ingredients tell a different story.

We ordered a customized cake for our son’s eighth birthday from here once again, and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was stunningly designed, delicious, and a huge hit with our guests—so many compliments all around. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Highly recommend! .

Bijroetman ordered a cake once but never again 55 euros for a 15 person cake I don't know what bakers think but I don't serve petit fours when you have a birthday you buy a box of cakes and there are no petit fours and that's what I expect from ern cake from 55 euros also that you can cut reasonable piece(s) filled with whipped cream, then I do not expect to taste cream wrapped in marzipan I do not expect to taste fondant

Was always good, clean, tidy and of excellent quality. Yesterday, however, I got some kind of red velvet with white chocolate cream, but unfortunately, it was uncookable. Looked like it was made of concrete, had a bad taste, looked like it had aspartame in it, darn. The combination of I think the buttercream, white chocolate and red hairstyle looked more like a cheap Aldi frozen cake than the Roetman cakes of yesteryear. Ended up in our garbage bin. Too bad, you lost a customer. Wasn't busy on Saturday either, there used to be a line from here to Tokyo. That was already a sign on the wall...

They use gelatin in their products, while they tell people that they do not use gelatin. Many people don't want animal products in their cakes.

Regelmatig komt er een Amsterdammer op bezoek bij ons in Twente. Hij trakteert ons dan steevast op tompoucen van Roetman. Met recht de lekkerste die wij hier ooit hebben gekregen. Ze zijn de besten!

De meeste gebakjes in de assortiment doos zijn erg lekker, maar er zitten 2 "gebakjes" tussen die echt te belachelijk zijn voor woorden. Een bakje chocolade met slagroom en een dubbelgevouwen pannekoek met slagroom. Blijven altijd over en mag geen gebak heten. Gewoon slecht

Hier hebben ze de lekkerste tompouce van Amsterdam en omstreken.

Hun taarten zijn zo lekker dat je ze haast niet wilt delen. Daarom dus ook voor mijn zoons 1e verjaardag een taartje voor hem alleen.

We hebben een prachtige taart voor 50 personrn voor mijn 50-ste verjaadag besteld. Het was de mooiste en de lekkerste taart die we ooit hebben gegeten. We hebben heel veel complimenten van onze gasten ontvangen.

Lekkere tompezen, leuke bediening en service

Een fantastische banketbakker, met super lekkere zoute krakelingen. Mokkahoorntjes en Jordino's zijn een aanrader en de tompouce is helemaal te gek. Als ik naar vrienden in Mierlo ga of naar Groningen krijg ik zelfs bestellingen om mee te nemen.
