The fact that you sometimes have to wait longer is one thing (although I find 45 minutes for a small dish absolutely absurd), but when you feel ignored or even forgotten, empty plates aren't cleared, and you have to wait 15 minutes to finally catch a waiter's attention to order a drink or even the next course, it's incredibly frustrating. The food is also very inconsistent. Dishes arrived unannounced, unevenly, as if we wanted to share, even though we each ordered our own. Our experience so far has been much better, but it's a real shame if this becomes the trend for Cosa.

What a fantastic restaurant! Both the food and the beautiful terrace offer a fantastic experience and are definitely worth a visit.

Had a nice meal for an evening at Royal Park Live, summer evening. Tasted and shared various dishes. Staff is friendly! Good price quality. Recommended!

Nice terrace, good food, great service. Dishes are small so you can try several things. The quality is very good. You have the idea that you are eating real Italian food, different from a typical 'Dutch' pizzeria.

You pay for tap water. Charged for 3 bottles. We got 2. 4.50 each. Very strange, I only saw it at home. Food was fine, service too.

Service not informed about food and wine Ordered a bottle of wine (€64!!!!). Was just water (online €8). Indicated to the service. ‘Yes, this arrived this week’ no further compensation or thoughts. Cocktails watery and ‘original Italian recipe’ in other words: junk The food is OK. Have been here a few times but with each visit it became less and less. Unfortunately. Always recommended, but from now on a warning before they go (that they should not go). Not recommended.

We come home here every time. ❤️ The menu changes every now and then, but the quality of the dishes is always guaranteed. The staff is extremely friendly, social and hospitable. The nicest Italian in the area.

Super bad. Eating with 4 people The 4th person only gets food when everyone is ready and the table has been cleared. We want to speak to the manager, but he comes to ask if we want something to drink. If you then say that the food for the 4th person will only come after everyone has eaten, you will be told that it is shared dining. We all ordered starters and main courses separately. I also didn't see other visitors sharing. It is especially unprofessional how customers are treated here. First time in this restaurant is also the last time.

Service was bad, everyone next to us got their dishes at the same time but we didn't. We had spoken to them about this, but did not respond well, purely antisocial. Better eat at Tuto peppe!

Staff have difficulty showing empathy towards the customer and respond very laxly if you have a complaint. They do not explain the concept (shared dining) upon arrival and it is not mentioned on the menu. The Italian passion and love that you expect is hard to find, especially for that price. From now on we will eat at Tutto Pepe, the only real Italian in Baarn. My tip is to invest a little more in waiters with Italian roots instead of interns from the catering school.

What a fantastic experience! From the moment we entered, we immediately felt welcome by the warm and cozy atmosphere that this restaurant radiates. The interior is attractive, and the service is genuinely friendly and hospitable. You really notice that they have a passion for what they do! I love the share dining concept. It is so much fun to taste and share different dishes together. Every dish that came to the table was prepared with care and full of flavor. You really notice that attention is paid to quality and presentation here. I have read some negative reviews, but I absolutely cannot agree with them. My experience was only positive: delicious food, a nice setting and a team that does everything they can to give you a great evening. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a nice meal together in a nice atmosphere!

The restaurant has changed its menu and things have gone downhill. Fewer dishes, less tasty dishes, smaller portions and a higher price. Not a good combination. It was TOP in quality and diversity of dishes, but fortunately the tiramisu is still very good. Very unfortunate.

Real Baarn ball tent. Nice to sit, excellent wine and food in the category 'tasty, but I can also make it at home'. It's just a shame they couldn't handle the crowds. There was way too much time between dishes, almost an hour. When we said something about it, we had to wait a while because it was busy. In short, not my tent.

Cozy informal tent, with a slightly classic style. Friendly staff. Not too large a menu, no stress about choosing and authentic dishes. Small point, I ate there twice in quick succession, and the second time was slightly less tasty. That won't stop me from going a third time.

The food here is always delicious, with beautiful dishes for the price. The atmosphere is nice due to the cozy decorations and the layout of the zones. What was less is that there were only two overs for the entire restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get something ordered. Also, the fact that there were several (read 5+) MICE running through the room did not make this any better. When we pointed this out to the staff, it was laughed off as something normal. It's a shame that this isn't taken more seriously in a place that serves raw dishes.

The coffee was strong and fresh, but it was served without sugar or cream—providing these as options would be great.

Lovely place with great atmosphere and great tasting food. Slightly let down by slow service and portions that aren't quite worth the price, despite the fact the dishes taste great. Overall we enjoyed the experience though and will definitely go again!

Delicious food, super sweet service!!

Price/quality not in proportion. Portions really too small for what is asked for. The amount of ingredients is also meager: pistachios are barely present in the ravioli, no rosemary in the potatoes, and the sage in the sage butter can hardly be tasted. Atmosphere and service excellent.

We ate here with colleagues on a regular Thursday. Excellent! Actually, that's the only word that fits.

Today, we ate at Cosa Baarn for the first time. Nils (Nils, am I spelling your name correctly?) served our table. If it is not for the food that we come back, then it is for Nils!! This boy deserves either a raise or a permanent contract!! Thank you for this fun and enjoyable evening!

A party where you can completely lose yourself. Get away from it all in the area.

Great food at Cosa and really friendly service, but the music is really terrible. First of all, it is too loud and the music is fine for a festival or dancing, but not for a restaurant where you want to be able to hear each other. We heard that there were already many complaints about this, please do something about it!!! For me a reason not to come anymore.

Food tastes great. Small portions force you to order multiple courses/side dishes to be satisfied. Small bottle of still water €4.00, draft beer €4.25. This makes the total pricey. Very correct and friendly service. Acoustics in a full place with tables close together and "music" on is substandard. Decor / lighting attractive, but a somewhat gloomy green wall and quite dark.

A bit messier operation than before. Young people who are trying very hard. We came to have a delicious meal. That worked. The bill is quite hefty and that's partly why My criticism: The music was too loud, which the owner sitting at the bar apparently enjoyed very much. As a guest you would rather have a conversation. If I wanted to go to a disco, I would have to go to a location other than a restaurant.

Good, but rather big restaurant, which takes away the intimacy, that would have fitted better with the high quality of the food. The food is to share, excellent fish dishes, pizzettes and other Italian plates.

We had dinner here yesterday with 7 people for our team outing. Price of the dishes not in proportion to the portions. Service very slow. Had to keep asking if we could order something else. Half of the table had already finished their food when the other main courses were served. Side dishes arrived when the food was already gone. When we said something about this, the waiter indicated that they could not serve more than seven dishes at a time. Vague discussion with the host when I asked for cutlery. He jokingly said that I could also eat my prawns with my hands. Shame. Ruined beautiful location due to poor management/service and food.

Heerlijk gegeten bij Cosa (Baarn) een prachtige zaak met een aantrekkelijk terras, een wijnbar en een kaart met verrassende gerechten zoals Pollo Arrosto “polderhoen” mooi gepresenteerd en buitengewoon smakelijk. Aangevuld met een heerlijk glas Italiaanse witte wijn en een fles water. Alles klopt, wat ons betreft een aanrader en aanwinst voor het dorp 🥳

Kom hier vooral niet eten. Even drankje doen is wel oke. Echt triest. Bruschetta voor veel geld was een verbrand oud broodje met wat smakeloze tomaten erop. Ik heb de ober gevraagd om zelf te proeven en vertellen of hij er geld voor zou betalen. Antwoord was nee. Bruschetta terug naar de keuken. Iets later kregen we een nieuwe “on the house” maar jongens nee, jullie hebben er nogsteeds geen verstand van. Heeeeeel lang wachten iedere keer dat de ober naar je kijkt terwijl de zaal bijna leeg was Jammer. Verpestte mooie locatie door slecht management/ service en eten

Heerlijk gegeten. Leuke opzet met kleinere gerechtjes waardoor je niet maar 1 gerecht hoeft te kiezen als je twijfelt. Je neemt ze gewoon allebei dan. Tiramisu is heerlijk. De avond was wel vol waardoor het wat druk werd binnen. Update 02-09-2023 De kaart is inmiddels 2x aangepast en ook wat kleiner geworden. Hierdoor heb je minder verschillende keuzes wat ik persoonlijk minder vind. Nog steeds een gezellig restaurant maar de kaart past minder bij mij, vandaar een ster minder.

Leuke, knusse ambiance! Met de hele familie wezen eten aan de hoge tafel in jullie restaurant! Gerechten waren heerlijk en goed op smaak, je zit fijn en het is niet rumoerig. Het personeel was wat drukker met zichzelf en daardoor werden we af en toe een beetje vergeten, ook werden er een aantal gerechten vergeten, waar we dan lang op moesten wachten; je moet wel alle tijd hebben om je lekker te laten verwennen bij Cosa! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug:)

Heerlijk eten voor redelijke prijs

Ooit onze favoriete stek in Baarn. Tegenwoordig een stuk minder. De prijzen zijn absurd voor wat je krijgt. Prijs Kwaliteitverhouding is enorm uit balans. Goed voorbeeld hiervan is de Sgroppino die ineens 11 euro kost en nauwelijks tot geen alcohol bevat. Er is een andere, betere Italiaan in Baarn waar je een dubbele portie mèt alcohol krijgt voor 60 procent van de prijs. Heel erg jammer.

Op zoek naar een leuk restaurant in Baarn, spontaan bij Cosa aangeland. Genoten van de pasta gerechten. Niet overladen met een mix aan ingrediënten, maar gewoon verfijnde smaken die kloppen. Kleine porties, met bijbehorende prijzen. En alles reden om ruimte te houden voor de overheerlijke tiramisu! Fijne bediening!

Eten duurde heel erg lang en ook bijbestellen, dus dat is eigenlijk geen optie. 10euro voor een pizza ter grote van een theeschotel vindt ik ook best prijzig..

Het hangt volledig af van de bereidwilligheid van de betreffende ondernemer maar we vinden dat water standaard op de tafel moet staan en dat je daar niet voor hoeft te betalen. Helemaal als je een fles wijn drinkt is het wel zo fijn als je af en toe een slok water kunt nemen. Niet meer dan normaal en erg vervelend voor de serveersters die steeds maar weer in discussie moeten met de klant.

Heel lekker eten het was alleen niet heel veel en het kostte veel service was oke maar er was een ronde even vergeten dus we kregen op het huis er is een goede sfweer en het ziet er leuk ui zeker aanraden

Heel gezellig om te zitten. Fijne bediening. Voor mij liever grotere en dan ook duurdere porties, zodat je aan 1 gerecht voldoende hebt.

Beste restaurant van Baarn en omstreken. Vriendelijke, leuke bediening en top Italiaans eten!

Lekker gegeten, keuze is niet groot,maar daardoor precies goed. Leuke bediening, weet waar ze het over hebben als ze iets aanbevelen. Sfeer is fijn, er is muziek, maar niet te hard. Verlichting past zich aan gedurende de avond. Zeker een aanrader als je rustig wilt kunnen zitten, eten en praten.

Leuk restaurant, lekkere gerechten. Het idee is verschillende gerechtjes bestellen en delen. De gerechten zijn aan de kleine kant, dus 1 vóór 1 hoofd en 1 nagerecht is niet voldoende. De bediening is wel aardig en ok, maar inhoudelijke vragen weten ze niet. Dat vind ik jammer, want dat zou toch horen bij dit restaurant.

Heerlijk eten, professioneel en fijn personeel en de ambiance is echt heel goed. Een top avond gehad!

Heerlijk gegeten bij Cosa,gelukkig na een lange rit uit Gen5,mochten we bij ze aanschuiven,een heerlijke verassing aan eten volgde,het was top....en tevens heel gezelig met 2 dames uit de buurt en een stel uit Lelystad...die in de buurt op dr camping staan....aan de praat geraakt,allom...zeer ongedwongen sfeer,met heerlijk eten....wat willen we nog meer!!!!

Na een prachtige wandeling door Lage Vuursche kwamen we bij toeval bij Cosa terecht. Italiaans shared dinner, leuke formule en vers bereid, wel kleine porties. Vriendelijke bediening, ondanks dat er maar 2 obers waren op een zondag. Attent was dat er uit een nieuwe schaal teramisu werd geserveerd toen er nog maar een stuk over bleef. Het zou prettig zijn als er meer licht was en meer variatie in muziek/ Italiaanse muziek Qua eten zeker een aanrader!

Super clean, and beautiful restaurant with fantastic service. The ONLY negative I could find is the carbonara, Wich to me was quite boring/blend only parmesan cheese no pecorino and I think they used normal bacon instead of Guanciale. So that was the one dish that was not up to par compared to the rest. Will definitely return because the burrata is the best one I have ever had. And the restaurant has a very chill vibe. The picture I added is the burrata, just to show how creamy it was on the inside. Real good quality. BTW I only gave 4 stars because of the carbonara. But do not see that has a no go. I still recommend COSA.
