Lousy Customer Service, If you get sick from the sushi and ask for your purchase amount of more than 70 euros back, they don't even take you seriously. They simply keep insisting that everything is okay while I read several reviews here that hygiene leaves much to be desired. Yes, we can give you a voucher of 15 euros. Which I am not interested in because I have little confidence in the hygiene and quality of the food and especially the handling of complaints ensures that I will not give it a 2nd chance here. It is simply said that we will respond quickly with an answer and even after a 2nd e-mail no response back, after which you can call back yourself after 1 week to get the story. Now I understand those other 1 star reviews customer service crap otherwise the delivery person is much too late or the order is half forgotten. If you get sick from the sushi do not expect money back from this company it is all at your own risk with raw sushi.

If you can't get it right, take fewer orders... hot dishes were lukewarm/cold, and the shashimi I ordered wasn't delivered. I'm waiting for a solution for the undelivered items; I've sent an email about it. The sushi, however, was good and tasty.

Food arrived over an hour late despite ordering at 2 p.m. We tried to call to ask where the order was, but no one answered the phone. Food was cold. We tried calling back again to express our dissatisfaction. No answer, despite 12 attempts. The avocado in the free roll was rancid. The roll was thrown away. I was completely dissatisfied, so I finally sent an email with all the issues I mentioned. Still no response. The customer is not being taken seriously at all.

Ordered food for 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 16th... Nice and on time, you'd think, right? The food arrived over an hour late. The company was impossible to reach by phone, even though we tried several times. The delivery driver couldn't explain it either... not even the fact that they didn't answer the phone or that we weren't called to say they were late. When I opened the bag, there were no chopsticks, soy sauce, ginger, or wasabi. That was already disappointing, so the poke bowls were completely flavorless. The spring rolls I ordered were ice cold! The free sushi roll was also wilted, not firm, and tasteless. I tried calling the company again, but there was no answer. I emailed the company, but so far, no response! Outrageous, €35 was wasted!

Ordered yesterday at 5:15 PM for 6:15 PM, you are late by default, so you have already chosen the first available time. I called at 1925 to find out where my food was, the delivery person was on his way and would be there in fifteen minutes... Called again at 2015, the delivery person was still not there. Finally a delivery person came at 2045 to bring my order. My order was incorrect, I received different things than ordered. It's quite bad if you order individual items of 2 each and then 6/10 are delivered incorrectly. The food was now lukewarm and no longer fresh and tasty. I ordered for two people to complete a pleasant evening. But my company had already left and I was able to eat alone. As a result, I only ate half of it and even ate it reluctantly because it was already very late, my desire had gone and the sushi was no longer tasty. The extra rolls were very poorly filled and more rice than filling. I've had issues with your delivery before, but this is really bad. It was said on the phone that orders were not coming through quickly. But please contact us and discuss this with the customer. Then give the customer the choice to cancel, collect the order himself if there is a shortage of delivery people, or get a refund or something. Same if things are out of stock. Give the customer a choice and don't decide for yourself!!

My experience with Daisuki Sushi in Sittard is downright disappointing. After purchasing a sushi voucher through Social Deal and making a reservation two days in advance, I drove 25 minutes to the place, only to find it closed. No light, no answer when I tried to contact them. Even worse was the fact that my reservation was canceled just 2 MINUTES before the appointed time, without any warning. This irresponsible behavior has not only wasted my time and fuel, but also disappointed my guests. The complete absence of communication and professionalism from Daisuki Sushi is disappointing. My advice: consider ordering elsewhere and avoid my frustrating experience.

It's not expensive, but I was disappointed with the service. I had called to place an order, quite late at night. When I arrive, it was not passed on properly. Luckily they were quick to make the food. Quality was fine, only the Terayaki chicken sticks were very salty. The Poke Bowl seems well filled, but if you look closely, 80% of it is rice, which I thought was a shame. Delicious sushi and we had 2 rolls for free because we had a large order.

Waited 2.5 hours for my order. I ordered here on Thursday, December 11th, at 4:31 PM. After waiting almost two hours, I finally called the restaurant. They said the delivery driver was on his way and would be there shortly. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called again, and the answer was an apology, saying they didn't understand why the delivery driver hadn't delivered it yet. When the delivery driver finally arrived, I told them it had taken so long, and they immediately yelled at me with a lot of gestures. After closing the door, we heard him scolding and walking away. We'd never experienced anything like that before! Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the food because we had to leave. After calling the restaurant about it, they only offered apologies, no compensation whatsoever. Avoid this restaurant! We definitely won't be returning!
