Great atmosphere and delicious food, definitely worth repeating!

Luckily, I read in previous reviews that it's not my fault: the staff here is indeed incredibly bad and inexperienced. It's unbelievable that they let such employees serve, who clearly don't know how to interact with customers. It takes forever to get your food, and you have to ask for everything yourself. A terrible place; my stress level rises every five minutes. Never again!

This prawn dish is amazing, you have to have it.

On July 24, 2025, I ordered two tagines from Dar Moroccan for €16 via TooGoodToGo. My husband picked up the order, but only received one meal. The employee didn't seem to understand the TooGoodToGo concept. I filed a complaint about this on Instagram, but unfortunately, Dar Moroccan offered no solution. It later turned out they don't respond to messages. The bread roll was dry, and the chicken tasted awful. It was a waste of money, unfortunately. I won't be ordering from them again.

The worst Moroccan restaurant in my life. The Tagine had NO VEGETABLES. The “minced meat” Tagine was bland beef meatballs in a tomato sauce that seemed more like a poor Italian dish that should come with pasta. Even then it was bad. Lamb portion was small. What Moroccan restaurant only serves a couscous on Fridays!! Then, doesn’t take Visa and server acted like this was the machines fault…. Not the restaurant. We won’t be back

We had to wait a long time for the food, and the service was also poor. After I told them the food wasn't good, they said "yes." It was the first time, and it was also the last time.

Service: bad! Very slow, you had to ask the staff for cutlery, bread, all the standard things Food took an hour, had to wait super long for an order for 2 people? Mix grill so disappointing! Plate full of carbohydrates rice and fries, and only 1 pathetic merguez a cutlet full of bone and skewer of chicken/meat, for 35€? They should better fill their plate with meat instead of cheap rice AND fries! We will not come back

Moroccan dishes in the center of Eindhoven, with "baghrir and msemmen" and Moroccan tea, you'd think you were in the country.

The food was ok, this is the second time we come by. The staff is inexperienced and has no respect for the customers. Tables are dirty. You really have to ask for cutlery. Way too slow and too long to wait for the food. It is a kind of self service. Because you have to address the staff continuously. Really very rude!!

Delicious authentic Moroccan cuisine

Very tasty dishes, not expected because it is so quiet. But it exceeded my expectations. The paninia shrimps is recommended and also the chicken bestilla. Delicious!

Been calling for two days and even sent a message. No answer and no response.

The food was super tasty! A really big 10 and the atmosphere was good. The service from the younger ladies and gentlemen was also top notch. However, the woman who works there without a headscarf, who does not speak the Dutch language well. Could be a bit friendlier to guests. We noticed that she often rolls her eyes and talks with an attitude. It's a shame to treat your guests this way, while the rest of the experience was great.

Dealing is good without anyone else. Moroccans have a little bit of bad treatment. The food is very good. Please note that the special water is at the table. It’s okay. We finish on a small lottery for 3 euros 🙂 especially a Ramadan bear.

Delicious food...will definitely come back

Unexpectedly during iftar in Eindhoven. After some Googling we came across Moroccan. What a bull's eye! The restaurant is a feast for the eyes. The food was delicious. The service is extremely service oriented. I would drive to Eindhoven especially for it.

Food was generally good. Service is less and especially not expected because it was quiet. there is an inexperienced boy at the counter and serving. It takes a very long time for your food to arrive. If you are not asked for drinks, you have to serve yourself more. Service is not friendly and appears disinterested. They don't ask questions. You have to ask for sauce yourself. No ice with the soft drinks. Cups on the table are not clean. These should actually come new with the soft drinks! I've been here 3 times, all 3 were not pleasant. Just missing a nice host here that would complete your concept. I especially missed the Moroccan hospitality!

The food was truly a delicacy! Worth repeating!

It was very quiet because I was the only one there at that time. The food was very tasty and the owner is in the kitchen and is very hospitable. However, the service still seems a bit inexperienced. It is also a pity that the Couscous can only be ordered on Fridays, but the reason is that it is their best dish that requires so much attention and preparation that it can only be ordered on this day.

Great Moroccan food, staff are friendly and lovely.

The woman behind the counter snaps at you when you ask something, not only from us but also from other customers. We all walked away (including the other customers). The woman tried to get us back into the business, but to no avail. If you are not customer friendly, it is better to look for other work.

Wow! Authentic Moroccan experience. The food is amazingly tasty and fair-priced. The portions are generous. The place is beautiful, the music is amazing, and the service is impeccable. It felt like I was back in Morocco with how kind and attentive the staff was. The chef is super nice and came to our table to see us :) I had the bisarra soup (fava bean soup with olive oil and spicss) - it took me immediately back to the one I had in Morocco 🤤 Then I had the tajine lamb with plums (tajine being the national dish afaik). It was so tender it was falling off the bone. Nice and fatty, just how I like it. Came with a portion of amazing thing fries and a small salad. Oh, and finally - authentic moroccan mint tea!! Will bring my friends here next time. Best find in Eindhoven recently after dr. Feelgood's burgers!

Delicious food, nice staff, nice seats

Very neat tent. Just had breakfast here, service was great, food was good, both taste and presentation. Quiet tent, definitely worth repeating when I'm in Eindhoven again!

It was all about beautiful and original details. I felt that I went to Morocco for 1-2 hour. Everything was super good, food was such a great that I wanted to eat my fingers. Toilet was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been. Close to menu stand u can also see coffee plant in the jar. And there is perfumes everywhere this owner has a respect to his place. Tip: drink Moroccan tea before meal. Tip2: Ask for recommendation, Tip3: if u liked Moroccan food& hospitality like me, go to Amsterdam for food hall. There u will find an amazing fresh meals too. I can’t wait to be in Eindhoven food market too, just bcz Moroccan food is great!

Good service and the real taste of Moroccan cuisine

The “Moroccan house”, is how the Dar Moroccan translation was explained to me. Had dinner with a Moroccan friend, in a neat, attractive atmosphere, everything very clean and taken care of with attention. Service was very friendly, food and drinks were very tasty and well served. A cozy Moroccan house in Eindhoven, definitely recommended for a Dutch person to feel at home 👍🏼😊

Wolah, if I could give you minus 5 stars I would do it right away, how can you make someone pay 22.50 for 1 piece of chicken with 3 olives, this is really ridiculous and when I pass by I don't say anything and look at each other sheepishly, you will never see me again they just stole my money that's how I see it and I never expected this from my own people tfoe

Real authentical moroccan experience with a modern interiour design. The dishes are flavourful and delicious just as in Morocco! We came back 2 times in a row and we will definitely return! (The staff is a bit unexperienced.)

We found Bissara to be bland in taste. Tagine lamb was good! Mix grill too monotonous and salty. Service could be a bit better, but it was quite busy and she was in her 1st position.

This took me back to Morocco for a moment, the food was delicious. There is no music playing and it is a nice place to come and eat with family.

There were ten of us for our working lunch. We got there at 12:15 and had to wait 50 minutes for all our food to be on the table. Everything also came separately, so one person was already eating, while the other had to wait a long time. That was a shame. Shrimp sandwich was really delicious, crispy roll, lots of juicy shrimp. The harira was also very tasty with just enough coriander. For a change, the Moroccan tea was not as extremely sweet as in other places, which was a real relief. Furthermore, the breakfast was tasty. Two fried eggs, msemen and a semolina pancake. And then a plate with olives and other sweet spreads. The fried eggs were there long before the rest. Which was a shame, because I would have liked to eat the pancake with something extra. The food was tasty as a whole and separately, but the system could use some more flow and structure.

Lamb tagine highly recommended😍 Ate here for the first time today and in Sha Allah not for the last time. Super nice people who come to serve, young but very neat, friendly and polite. Food was really delicious!

We had a delicious meal here! Took a little longer to get the food, but once we got it it was worth the wait. Super freshly prepared and deliciously spiced in a Moroccan way! The case also looks super nice.

The food was delicious. The service was friendly. Highly recommended.

I'm giving one star because i can't give it lower than this !. Very very bad experience. We went there for Iftar, and we were 3 persons, each paid 35 euros, it took them 1.5 hours to bring the main dish. All the portions were very small, i wouldn't pay 10 euros for that. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Will never go back, and i advise you to stay away.

We went to « Dar Moroccan » for a ftour and even if they don’t find our reservation at the beginning, they found a solution for us. Food is very good (just less pepper would be perfect for my taste). Pastilla is just incredible. Chicken tajine was awesome and the mint tea was served perfectly by a very nice person. It’s a real nice place to be with friends or with family. Just a last suggestion. Putting some Moroccan andalous traditional music would be a great « plus » to completely feel in Morocco :) congratulations anyway.

Had the iftar menu today and it was truly five stars. The food quality is delicious and lots of variety. Nice atmosphere and the employees are very attentive. We will definitely come back!

Just had dinner here and it was delicious. The service was great, the staff was super sweet and really helpful. A really beautiful building. Neat, clean and even a corner for prayer. Very tasty food, I had meat tagine myself and it was gone within 5 minutes. Top restaurant!

Gisteravond heb ik genoten van een heerlijke Tagine bij Dar Mansour! Het eten was verrukkelijk, het personeel super vriendelijk, en de Marokkaanse thee was ook top. Het interieur, verzorgd door Mirella, draagt bij aan een gezellige sfeer. Een perfecte plek voor een smaakvolle en gezellige avond! Zeker een aanrader.

Nice interior with moroccan details on floor, plates and wall.you get some bread and sauce upon arrival while waiting. Harira was delicious filled with chickpeas and beef especially now when it is cold outside. Chicken bestilla also very nice. Tajiine was ok but can be improved with some better sauce. Fries are added to the dish. Moroccan tea is a must try and was presented in small cute teapots wnough for 2 glasses. All in all nice to try out and kind waiters. Of you want couscous ... visit on Friday

Heerlijk tajine kip gegeten, samen met de voorgerecht harira. Kip spiesjes van de grill waren ook erg lekker Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en de sfeer ziet er leuk uit! Erg traditioneel en de porties zijn goed het was de eerste keer maar zeker niet de laatste keer!

Vandaag een vrijdag shower gehad van mijn zusje in dit restaurant. Allereerst wat een top top service. Het eten was zeeer lekker. Ze hielpen met alles en ook nog eens met meedenken. Super bedankt en tot de volgende keer weer

Heerlijk gegeten bij Bab Mansour Eindhoven! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant is zeer schoon en is mooi ingericht. De koran op de achtergrond en de werknemers die hun gebed verrichten creëren een gemoedelijke sfeer waardoor wij ons thuis voelen.

الاكل مره لذيذ + تعامل العاملين جداً ممتاز وخصوصاً الاستاذه فدوى والله انصح فيه وبقوه خصوصاً للعرب والخليجين

Ik heb in Dubai 3x heerlijk gegeten bij Bab al Mansour en kwam hier met hoge verwachtingen eten. De naam van het restaurant is immers hetzelfde, net zoals het interieur en zelfs het servies. Logo van het restaurant is ook vergelijkbaar. Ik dacht oprecht dat het dezelfde restaurant was als die in Dubai met dezelfde eigenaar (beroemde Marokkaanse tv-kok Choumicha). Toen het bestelde eten kwam, schrok ik ervan. Het was smaakloos en helemaal niet lekker! Na mijn bezoek kwam ik erachter dat dit gewoon een namaak restaurant is, maar dan met veel slechter eten. Ik ben bijna geneigd om een melding te doen in Dubai. Vraag mij af of dit mag…

Gister zijn wij met een hele grote groep gaan eten bij Bab Mansour. Het eten was heel lekker, zeer goede service en wat een mooie en gezellige sfeer is het daar, echt een heel mooi restaurant met een echte Marokkaanse sfeer. We zijn super goed ontvangen en mochten met 23 personen een hele leuke avond beleven. Ze hadden veel geduld voor ons en hielpen met alles. Top restaurant. Ik kom zeker vaker terug👌👌👌👌

We hebben hier vandaag een babyshower voor onze vriendin gehouden. Sowieso is het een prachtige interieur dus veel aankleding was er niet nodig. De service was top, de twee meiden van de bediening waren enorm lief en het eten was echt lekker en smaakvol. We waren met een groep van 23 en het eten is tegelijkertijd voor iedereen uitgeserveerd 👌. We hebben enorm genoten van het eten en alles erom heen en komen zeker terug!

Really bad service and expensive.

Nous sommes venu mon petit frère et moi, au mois de juillet. La nourriture était très bonne, et le service irréprochable. Les tajines sont excellents. Tout le personnel, a été très agréable avec nous. Sans oublier le monsieur qui nous a encaissé. Vous représentez bien l’hospitalité Marocaine 👍🏻. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons avec certitude, lors de notre prochain passage à Eindhoven in chaa Allah.

Super restaurant marocain ! Personnel très sympathique et multilingue. Décoration intérieure soignée. Endroit très propre. Le tajine œuf tomate était excellent. Le thé aussi. Tout était frais , et fait minute ! Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons biensur lors de notre prochain passage à Eindhoven!

In één woord: Top! Samen met mijn vrouw wezen eten. Het eten was heerlijk, personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug!

Nog nooit zo slecht gegeten als vandaag. Couscous met aardappel bovenop rode en gewone verder weinig andere groenten. Smakeloos bah. Ook couscous met kip meegenomen voor thuis was niet te eten kip nog rose van binnen niet gaar en totaal geen smaak absoluut geen 5 sterren waardig helaas.

Lijkt in niks op echte Marokkaanse keuken helaas. Bijna ongekruid en koude tajine. Wel mooie restaurant en schone toiletten.

Heel mooi interieur. Ik had een broodje kip deluxe met frites en was tevreden. Duurde wel lang terwijl het niet druk was.

Restaurant très agréable et nourriture assez bonne. Musique bien choisie. Personnel aux petits soins. Y aller pour un repas express ou une soirée centrée sur la nourriture marocaine. Décoration travaillée et vaisselle de qualité. A poursuivre.
