I would say, if you like Oriental dishes, you simply have to go here. Highly recommended: Chicken "the Great Wall"

Classic chinese dishes, the loempia was nice and crispy but i found the filling bland. The fried banana though was really good, it was freshly made and one of the best i have ever tried.

The monthly menu is a good choice.

Surprisingly good Chinese food. My Tja Tsjieuw had a refined, thin sauce that was much tastier than the sickly sweet stuff at most Chinese places. The chicken with garlic and butter sauce wasn't a watery sauce either, but really delicious. We will definitely be back here. Prices are also fine, and the staff is friendly, jovial, and pleasant.

More like Chinese Chinese than Dutch Chinese. Simple, fresh, and very tasty. Welcoming, friendly service.

We even come by ferry to get Chinese food here. This is the best Chinese in the region. Great takeout.

Bad service. Put someone on the phone who actually understands Dutch and knows how to take orders. Called early to place an order. When you come to pick it up, nothing is ready and they try to fob you off with something you definitely didn't order. I just left without food and won't be coming here again.

From 2012 to 2014, I frequently visited Great Wall for a bite to eat while studying in Wa Village. The owner and his wife were incredibly caring and I'm so grateful for their dedication to bringing authentic Chinese food to students. It was so much better than what I'd had at E's. The signature chicken, the stir-fried crab with scallions and ginger from the hidden menu, and the duck soup were all absolutely delicious!

Delicious food! I especially recommend the Chicken Great Wall. Of course, all the other food was delicious too. We were very early so it was still cold inside in terms of temperature, but it quickly became warmer. The tables were just a little too small with heaters on them to keep the food warm, but it all just fit. We keep coming back, especially for the takeaway, which is where we go most often.

First of all I can't say anything about the the food or the atmosphere (but it was a saturday evening and there were only 2 guests eating at the restaurant). We were on the way back from Amsterdam to our hotel and I had to really use the toilet (I have crohns desease so if I have to go, I have to go!). I entered the restaurant and kindly asked if I may use the toilet- I also would have paid for it - but the woman at the bar smiled at me and said no and I think that is pretty sad. I hope nobody of the staff there ever gets in this situation and nobody let them use their toilet. I just wanted to share awareness for people with chronicle illness like me.

Nice authentic Chinese restaurant approved by almost every Chinese in Wageningen

As a newcomer to the region (Rhenen), I had been looking for a good Chinese for a while. This one meets my high standards, because where I come from, I came to a restaurant where I already went as a child. Although the location is not really inviting, I was still pleasantly surprised and I intend to try the entire menu, so I will come here regularly to pick up. I highly recommend it.

Vanaf vanavond hebben ze er nieuwe klanten bij! Wij haalde altijd een afhaalmenu bij ons in Bennekom (China Garden), maar zij zijn ermee gestopt, dus we zochten zodoende een nieuw adresje! Vanavond de voordeelmenu gekozen (27 euro) met Nasi, Foe Yong Hai, Babi Pangang en Kip 'de Chinese Muur' (kip met knoflook in een boterjus/saus) Heer-lijk! Wij hebben genoten! Steker nog, zelfs de Foe Yong Hai vinden we erg lekker, terwijl we dit elders altijd heel muf en vies vinden! & daar komt ook bij dat mijn Indische manlief ook heel enthousiast was over het eten en als hij enthousiast is over eten, is het echt goed. ;-) Tot de volgende ronde!

Starting tonight they have new customers! We always got a takeaway menu from us in Bennekom (China Garden), but they stopped offering it, so we looked for a new address! Tonight we chose the value menu (27 euros) with Nasi, Foe Yong Hai, Babi Pangang and Chicken 'the Chinese Wall' (chicken with garlic in a butter gravy/sauce) Delicious! We enjoyed! In fact, we even find the Foe Yong Hai very tasty, while elsewhere we always find it very stale and dirty! & on top of that, my Indian hubby was also very enthusiastic about the food and when he is enthusiastic about food, it is really good. ;-) Until the next round!

Informal atmosphere. Nice service and excellent quality food. We had half a roast chicken in curry sauce and chicken in stew with vegetarian nasi and a spicy soup as an appetizer. All very tasty. Highly recommended.

Actually it is a quite good Chinese restaurant even though it's not known by many people. What impressed me is that they served some very local cuisine.

Take away or dinner, both surprising flavors, nice service with good explanation of what is served.

Vegetarian mini spring rolls are not made in-house and no effort is even made to check whether they contain eggs. Wanted to order Su Tau Foe with Nasi without egg. That was also not possible, I had to use either white rice or Nasi with egg. I can also cook white rice at home, I also indicated and thank you kindly walked out the door again. I didn't feel taken seriously, service leaves much to be desired. Kind regards, Very dissatisfied vegan

Got some take out, the food looked good. But it was dry, salty, rubbery and tasted old. It was sad really, first time eating food from there and didn't get impressed. Maybe it was because of the day i got it, or there were some problems in the kitchen.
