Very tasty meal. The children had a fantastic time in the play area. Also satisfied with the service: we had not made a reservation and were first given a table a little further away from the gaming area. When a table became available that was closer to the playing area, we were offered it. So very nice thought.

The terrace is spacious for our wheelchair daughter, the food is tasty... but it takes so long and things regularly go wrong. We were 5 people, 1 person had soup, which came quickly (not very hot, but okay), the other 4 dishes did not arrive after half an hour. Just asked some people around us who ordered later, all eating. After about another 15-20 minutes our sandwiches arrived....while the one who had soup was long gone. 2nd round of drinks was wrong, forgot something and one drink was wrong, but it was quickly corrected. When paying, the wrong drink was on the bill.....quite a few downsides. Too bad, super nice location, tasty lunches...

Food was fine, but we had to wait a very long time. And I indicated that we had a birthday boy with us, but nothing happened, very disappointing. Also had almost no table service even though we had empty glasses. I will certainly not go back here, even though the food was excellent, the service was disappointing. Then I just paid since no one came to the table.

Bad experience and disappointing customer service at De Eetkamer! On May 1, I had lunch with a friend on the terrace of De Eetkamer. To my horror, an employee dropped a tray full of dirty dishes, including sharp knives and forks, over me. This incident caused not only physical discomfort but also damage to my new clothes, which turned out to be irreparable. Although the employees immediately apologized and assured that the damage would be reimbursed, this promise was never kept. Despite several attempts to remove the grease stains from my clothes, the damage remained visible. In subsequent email contact I was asked to send photos and a receipt, which I promptly did. Then I got no further response. When I contacted them again, they denied receiving my previous communications and claimed they could no longer do anything with my complaint. Ultimately, I was asked to return my garment again for a final attempt at stain removal, which is unacceptable given the previous promise of compensation. It is particularly disappointing that De Eetkamer, despite repeated confirmations in previous emails that the damage would be reimbursed, never fulfilled this promise. De Eetkamer's attitude towards my complaint and their unwillingness to take responsibility for the damage caused is far below par. Not only was the incident itself very unpleasant and potentially dangerous, but the lack of follow-up was also downright disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend De Eetkamer. The combination of poor service, failure to keep appointments and the unprofessional handling of complaints means that I would strongly discourage others from eating here.

Food is pretty good but some are overpriced though and they charge you for a small glass of water for your child, which falls under the category service for me. The waitresses are very friendly though.

Large restaurant. We have been here for breakfast. The map is very extensive and full of extra information, which makes it a bit much. The staff is friendly and they take good care of allergies. I had a delicious meal: 'fish out of water'. The smoothie 'Berry energizer' (blackberry, strawberry, blackcurrant) is highly recommended!

Food was fine, we had made a reservation for 11 people a long time ago, but apparently this was not communicated properly. We were called several times a day in advance and upon arrival it turned out that it was not clear whether we were coming for lunch or dinner. We had to move tables once. Shame…

We had a puzzle dinner. Eating from a fixed menu with (3) puzzles before and between courses. Not too simple puzzles. Food was fine. Starter, main course, dessert. The parfait was very heavy and rich, for parfait. They serve steppe grass, which are extremely thin fries. So much that the joke "How did you find the schnitzel? By pushing the steppe grass aside" became reality.

If you are looking for a place to eat in the center of Uden with children, this is the place for you. Very nice, modern play corner and a simply good menu.

Food was good. The play area for our children is great. The fries were especially great. We also noticed that a lot of fries are thrown away. Tip for the chef: slightly less fries and possibly order more for free.

Nice place to have lunch with the kids. Don't come later in the afternoon! The kitchen closes at 3 p.m.! We also couldn't sit in the play area because they were already setting up for the evening at 2:30 in the afternoon!!? Other people after us could sit there. Je kan hier prima eten, bediening was wat matig, duurde soms lang. Leek te weinig personeel te zijn. Maar dit is een veel voorkomend probleem op dit moment. Kinderen kunnen hier lekker spelen. Uodate: vandaag weer even langs geweest om te borrelen. Nu was de bediening prima. Voldoende mensen die je optijd hielpen. Dus ster erbij bij service.

Super fijne plek om te lunchen. Bezocht met 2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen. Er is een mooie binnenspeeltuin aanwezig waar de kinderen zich naar hartenlust kunnen vermaken. En ze zijn daarnaast in de buurt om in de gaten te houden. 1 ranja, 1 cola, 1 koffie en 1 fristi. Uitsmijter de eetkamer 2* poffertjes Broodje carpaccio Besteld en we moesten €46 afrekenen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Top! Lekker eten, piping hot, leuk en origineel bijgerecht in de vorm van steppegras ipv friet. Bovendien ook voldoende grote porties! Ook een grote plus: de medewerkers; vriendelijk en supersnel; wat extra mayo? Meestal krijg je dan uiteindelijk nog iets als je de friet al op hebt, hiet niet: binnen 10 tellen! Geldt idem voor extra verfrissingsdoekje bij spareribs: geklokt op 9 seconden 34 honderdsten. CHAPEAU!

Het eten was prima. Maar het duurde allemaal heel lang. We hadden langer lege glazen op tafel staan dan gevulde. Personeel oogde niet erg fanatiek. Stonden veel te kletsen met elkaar, ipv te vragen of we nog wat zouden willen drinken. We hebben er drie uur gezeten, met drie drankjes en een hoofdgerecht en toetje. Kortom erg lang duurde het allemaal wel. De kinderen hebben er wel heerlijk gespeeld.

Gezellige ladys night gehad. Leuke ruimte met veel te kijken en toch niet te druk. Leuke mensen die er werken.

Kwaliteitslunch, leuke speelgelegenheid voor de kleintjes

Ontzettend mooie en gezellige eetgelegenheid met veel zitruimte. Heerlijk gegeten. Moest lang wachten om af te kunnen rekenen iederen liep me voorbij, terwijl ik gevraagd had, waar ik af moest rekenen. Dus dat was een minpunt.

Mijn partner en ik waren hier op zaterdag 4 nov lunchen en zelf had ik de salade beef besteld. Ik was echt positief verrast bij dit gerecht, het was echt heel goed. Mijn partner had een burger en die was ook echt smikkelen. Qua service duurde het wel een beetje lang, vooral met het leveren van ons drinken, maar we hadden geen haast dus dat was geen probleem.

Leuk om te lunchen. Voor het diner viel het ons tegen. De gerechten waren niet in verhouding qua prijs/kwaliteit. Het "mexiaantje" zag er mooi uit en was lekker maar erg onhandig om te eten. Men kreeg geen bord en om het gehakt in de taco schelpen te doen en te eten was lastig, vooral met een smal plankje onder je. De salade zat in het klein glaasje, wat ook lastig was om uit te eten. De quiche was klein en werd geserveerd met friet! Het personeel was vriendelijk maar erg jong. Begeleiding/coördinatie ontbrak. Het hoofd en nagerecht kwam in delen met daartussen einige tijd.

Leuk met kinderen. Eten prima. Vriendelijke en aardige bediening.

Heel fijn om hier te eten terwijl de kinderen tussendoor in het speelgedeelte zichzelf vermaken. Nadeel daarvan is wel dat ze niet willen komen eten ;). De bediening is goed, medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten vind ik oke, het smaakt prima maar is niet bijzonder.

Het was alweer lang geleden dat we met ons gezin bij de eetkaamer hebben gegeten. Ik had het idee dat onze kinderen de speelgelegenheid wat ontgroeid waren maar nu ik zag dat deze uitgebreid was wilde we wel weer een poging wagen. En met succes! Wij hebben lekker rustig kunnen eten en de kinderen tussen het spelen door ook 😅. We hebben lekker gegeten, de kindermenu's zijn wat standaard maar voor onze kinderen meer dan prima. De hoeveelheid steppengras wat geserveerd wordt is wat veel, je ziet her en der veel blijven staan, zonde. Qua bediening kan er nog wel wat verbeterd worden. We werden door een vriendelijke jongeman ontvangen en ter bevestiging zei hij: "met 5 personen?" En vervolgens werden we maar een tafeltje gebracht voor 4 personen en moesten we dus vragen om een extra stoel. Ook het drinken duurde vrij lang maar qua vriendelijkheid niks te klagen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug 👍

Heel vriendelijk ontvangst. We mochten zelf een plaatsje uitzoeken. Eetgelegenheid heeft tevens ook spullen uit interieur te koop. We hadden steppegras met kipspies sate besteld. Steppegras was heerlijk en de kip mals. Medewerkers zijn allemaal heel aardig en je voelt je er welkom en op je gemak. Er is ook een spaarsysteem waarbij je bij een bepaald aantal zegels 10 euro korting krijgt. Wij vonden het top en komen zeker vaker terug voor de steppegras.( maar ook voor het andere lekkere eten, waaronder hamburgers).

Mijn vrouw en ik genoten van een heerlijke lunch met een smakelijk broodje zalm en een verrukkelijke tosti Hawaï. De ijskoffie was een perfecte verfrissing die onze maaltijd compleet maakte. De sfeer was gastvrij en het vriendelijke personeel maakte het bezoek nog aangenamer. We kijken ernaar uit om snel weer terug te komen voor een nieuwe culinaire verwennerij!

Geen idee waarom veel mensen dit restaurant nou ze geweldig vinden, maar ik vind dat je erg lang moet wachten op je bestelling. Het restaurant ziet er wel gaaf uit.
